    @virginmedia @VirginMedia_TV broadband and TV down again in YO31, for 24hrs….the worst service ever….do you even care? Compensation is rubbish, and does not cover lost earnings and enjoyment.

    @virginmedia 24 to 48 hours to obtain a PAC code from you is not acceptable. Why are your systems not working? I tried using a text message but directed to make a quick phone call. After 20 minutes (quick?) on a call I’m told your system is generating error codes.

    @virginmedia IG10 3HF and it’s near 56 to 64. I’m worried that rain will damage the connections inside or worse someone messes with it. As I’ve said it’s been like this for a few years and everytime we close it up it comes open again in the wind.
