Sky have been a constant disappointment, and I had to go through a friend of a friend to get help once!

However, having spent £10 to top up the EE SIM card and then finding out I can’t contact your customer support because it costs 25p extra is rich.

There will always be a % of the customer base that won’t be diligent about subs and will automatically move to the new rate without even knowing. They expect other customers to leave knowing they’ll be back again in future
