    @virginmedia On the forum one person states: I've rang 150 and have been told that Virgin Media block access to this site which I can't believe given its just a bicycle retailer but I couldn't get any further with that on the phone.  There is are more issues mentioned Kind regards Chris

    @bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

    @virginmedia Yeah, it said same to me as well, but the problem not in my house. I said : nobody has internet connection who use virgin media in the street! I asked them!

    @virginmedia No, I think the person I spoke to opted me out, but I’ll check my preferences online. It wasn’t a problem, and had the security checks been less intrusive I might have stayed on the call.

    @virginmedia I’ve lodged another complaint for this, not entirely convinced you will fix the issues. Being force to fought up for extra CPE in order to make your piss poor service to work is frankly disgusting

    @virginmedia I saw the disclaimer. What is really shocking is I’m having to have this out publically with you. Your offshore call centre is not fit to diagnose issues. Every times I’ve called with a major fault I’ve been told there is an area fault and to wait for it to be fixed.

    @virginmedia @_jsimpson__ I can vouch for this because I live in this house too. It doesn't work half of the time at least and we all have deadlines and need the internet. We have complained before and nothing improved.

    @virginmedia Hello, me again. Same issue - no signal on a bunch of channels, error code W02 - 5th time this year I think. We've been through all the rebooting, plug checking, etc and spent 45 minutes waiting on hold only to be cut off. After almost a year of issues it's getting tiresome.

    @virginmedia Both! Its just awful service from the company. When your engineer set us up here left the cable outside running along the top of our lawn meaning is difficult to cut the grass. On the whole, no offense, it's just a terrible, terrible company with the worst customer service ever.

    @virginmedia @EGX You email me today to tell me my broadband may not be working tomorrow when I’m working from hime ! You send me a link to tell me more, that’s not working and I’ve given up waiting on the phone. Broadband maybe fast but your idea of customer service is prehistoric SLOW !
