    @virginmedia so had a complaint lodged, not heard anything in 6 weeks then get a letter promising a call within a week to discuss it and yet again no contact..... total joke and services are still not working right

    I’ve never had a heartbroken ex (my last was over 30 years ago and it took her months to notice I’d gone) but I imagine it’s a similar experience to leaving @virginmedia - suddenly they’re attentive and concerned, and won’t stop asking me why I left. Bit late for that now, love.

    @virginmedia getting so sick of having to deal with you. Raised a complaint in August had one missed call in August and a letter in September saying you would get it touch only to be told you are now closing the complaint cause I haven’t spoke to you..... seriously this is a joke

    Nice one @virginmedia you’ve lost a loyal customer as you’ve increased my bill by over £22 with no warning. Service continues to be mediocre at best and goes up every year (without fail) with no improvements. @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup York’s Ultra Fibre Optic here we come!

    @virginmedia Hi so yeah your router will not connect to my pc or laptop unless it physically connected (meaning I had to buy my own Ethernet over power kit) also my TV set top box has been spotty ever since we moved here. The complaint was to see if I can get some form of compensation for the

    On the subject of horrendous customer service, just been told by @virginmedia as I ordered an upgrade to my broadband speed, it means for next week, my speed will be slower than it was in the beginning. And that’s after a 20 min call yesterday, and a 45 minute call today 😬😬😬

    @virginmedia Yes done all the checks. I would not be able to get 50mb down load if it was not set up. Upload is 0.5mb. Can be intermittent also. Help!

    My buffering problems have reached their peak and now my internet just isn't working. When I renewed my contract I upped my contract so i would t have any buffering. @virginmedia #WasteOfTime #WTF

    @virginmedia 1 of 2. I’ve spent 52 minutes on the phone, spoke to 3 different people which means security 3 times. Managed to log a complaint as my service has been down since the 16th. My contact runs out in Feb so I asked about lowering from the 200mb as I won’t be home much in the new year

    Imagine my shock after being away for a week when my @virginmedia is down again 😂 terrible. Was down for 16 days over Christmas and new year and promised it would be fixed. Now it’s broke again 👋

    @virginmedia 50 minutes on the phone. 6 operatives. Nobody can tell me when the fibre will be fixed. First today. Then Monday. Then the 17th. Then the 22nd. Then the 17th again. Like I said - a shambles. Service cancelled. @Ofcom @bt_uk @SkyMediaUK #hitmeup

    @The_Looney_Toon @virginmedia Sadly I had similar problems last year, the pandemic remote working doesn’t work very well and I tried over 100 times (no joke) to get thru to cancel, eventually sorted and with BT now but it’s not that much better if I’m honest. Good luck getting sorted 👍

    @KeithHuewen I did not realise that @virginmedia had a Customer Service Team do I need Track and Trace to locate them?? It's probably one man in a back street in some foreign land who uses a public phone box as his exchange. Consistently diabolical!

    @virginmedia Finally spoke to VM Critical care mgr Michelle, who understood we simply needed service continuity, not a new contract, discount or anything else your internal processes require. Solved in 5 mins, many other staff now being retrained for use of empathy vs VM scripts perhaps?
