    @virginmedia Yes done all the checks. I would not be able to get 50mb down load if it was not set up. Upload is 0.5mb. Can be intermittent also. Help!

    @virginmedia The service is slow (even sitting next to router I get <50Mbps) and drops out frequently but irregular intervals & not linked to usage. Has been getting worse since we renewed in June.

    @virginmedia TV is an issue. broadband is not. Tests are always either cannot connect at this time or say there is nothing wrong. Don’t see how my kit in the house can one minute have speeds on +300Mb to next to nothing?

    @afcbbeachboy It's bloody infuriating, because I've had enough of @virginmedia I want to change to @CityFibre , they're over the road but not MY side of the road 🤷 Virgin's customer service is dreadful, I've reduced my speed because they wouldn't drop my price, I'm thoroughly fed up with them
