@virginmedia Yes done all the checks. I would not be able to get 50mb down load if it was not set up. Upload is 0.5mb. Can be intermittent also. Help!

On the subject of horrendous customer service, just been told by @virginmedia as I ordered an upgrade to my broadband speed, it means for next week, my speed will be slower than it was in the beginning. And that’s after a 20 min call yesterday, and a 45 minute call today 😬😬😬

@virginmedia new customer here on the oomph pack and m500 broadband.... Engineer left saying everything is ok and you have great speed, which is fine when the damn thing works 🤬🤬🤬 not a day goes by without it dropping out.
