@PoetNaff @TalkTalk I've heard nothing but bad things about talktalk I was with virgin media for absolutely years, with very few problems but they don't do broadband in this area I've moved to. Sky have been a constant disappointment, and I had to go through a friend of a friend to get help once!

@virginmedia I've no idea I ended up downloading an app from a third-party and paying for a voucher... HSBC are right, you're to blame I'm utterly furious and it was terrible service

@robertwiblin @virginmedia It should be a legal requirement that any service has the same level of complexity to sign up as is does to cancel. These companies are able to make the signup process so simple. Force them to either make cancelling just as simple or make it harder to signup in the first place.

@virginmedia Hi I’m getting slow speeds and also the hub will reboot on its own they offers me a hub 4 but I didn’t receive it instead they sent out another engineer yesterday which he said there is an issue in the area which I have checked again today but it’s tv on demand not broadband

@virginmedia He ended up taking my router to the pit and still had a problem with upstream and down stream he did all he could in hose ie connection cabling and so on it’s on the street the issue
