@PoetNaff @TalkTalk I've heard nothing but bad things about talktalk I was with virgin media for absolutely years, with very few problems but they don't do broadband in this area I've moved to. Sky have been a constant disappointment, and I had to go through a friend of a friend to get help once!

@virginmedia I have phoned and been on hold for an hour and 15 mins to be cut off, still with no wifi or TV. I have to frequently turn my phone wifi OFF, due to regular issues, just to use my phone -and all for £83 per month! Absolute joke!

@virginmedia I have just tried calling twice, staying on hold for 57m & 1h respectively. I pay for 100mb broadband and are currently only receiving 15mb and only intermittently. This is not the expected service levels. Please can someone contact me ASAP.

@Ofcom @virginmedia @richardbranson The absolute disgrace of virgin charging for a service that was disconnected in September 2020 and sending of threatening texts to a 74 year old woman telling her they were sending over the goons. Debt recovery unit. You should be ashamed.

@virginmedia Dad currently has no internet. Your online diagnostics process says he needs to upgrade his hub1 to hub3, but when I place order, it says to call. Call waiting over an hour (Dad can’t leave mum for 2 mins, let alone hang on for 60mins). Followed your page and booked engineer 7th
