    @virginmedia Completely off, and I've done everything. The whole of malton north Yorkshire is down apparently Inc taxi radio signals

    @virginmedia I have no tv or internet I’m in york. Funny how I can’t get hold of technical support but yet you lot can ring me trying to get me to “upgrade” my tv package.

    @Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

    @virginmedia Thanks, but since it's now the whole town/ district I'm not sure you can help. It's obviously a mast issue, you need to get it looked at for the area

    @PoetNaff @TalkTalk I've heard nothing but bad things about talktalk I was with virgin media for absolutely years, with very few problems but they don't do broadband in this area I've moved to. Sky have been a constant disappointment, and I had to go through a friend of a friend to get help once!

    @virginmedia I've no idea I ended up downloading an app from a third-party and paying for a voucher... HSBC are right, you're to blame I'm utterly furious and it was terrible service

    @virginmedia If they are a fraudster then you have a data breach as they have all my details including the date our service is ending, my full name and they have called on both my mobile and home numbers. You cannot get away with blaming this on “fraudsters”, it is your business model!

    @virginmedia 1. You give me a new price which i don't like. 2. I leave Virign for a cheaper broadband. 3. You still charge me a full month at the new price, while I'm in the process of leaving, Which took longer as your costumer service consistently lied to me, prolonging the process.

    @virginmedia And this doesn’t help when I work from home all day, I’m supposed to get great speeds and I get nothing.. as I said we are only a week into being a customer with you, and have more downtime than up. It’s unacceptable

    @virginmedia Can I cancel a technician visit? It’s not appearing on my account and it is booked for Friday morning. The internet has started working again so no need for a visit.
