@PoetNaff @TalkTalk I've heard nothing but bad things about talktalk I was with virgin media for absolutely years, with very few problems but they don't do broadband in this area I've moved to. Sky have been a constant disappointment, and I had to go through a friend of a friend to get help once!

@virginmedia You and I both sitting in hope isn’t going to resolve it - can you shed any light on the matter, escalate the issue at all for a faster resolution? Take note of the impact and ensure I’m not charged for services I have not been able to access, etc. Perhaps log this as a complaint

@virginmedia The dongle never arrived. I called countless times to see what's happening. I have spent collectively 4.5 hours on the phone with Virgin (and additional time through chats) since then. Yes, this figure is correct, I checked my phone records: 4.5 hours. ⏰⏰⏰

I’ve been on the planet a few years & therefore had my share of run ins w/ disreputable co’s but never have I experienced mis selling, scamming & appalling cus. service like I have with @virginmedia. @richardbranson I assume you’re no longer involved but this lot are a disgrace.
