@PoetNaff @TalkTalk I've heard nothing but bad things about talktalk I was with virgin media for absolutely years, with very few problems but they don't do broadband in this area I've moved to. Sky have been a constant disappointment, and I had to go through a friend of a friend to get help once!

@virginmedia Yeah I did that, it said ee had fixed a problem recently, but it said nothing about what is happening in North Yorkshire today

Hi @virginmedia, broadband is out and the service says it’s due to “planned maintenance” and might be out most of the day. No email warning, no letter warning, no text alert. Next time can you let us know in advance so we can make arrangements when working from home? Thanks

@virginmedia Last time I called I was told it would be fixed in 24/48 hours, the same each time I call. ‘We are aware of issue in the area and will be fixed soon’ Honestly just need an engineer to fix the issue instead of the same script that’s trained to be said.

The annoying part of being an adult is the details. Moving houses and need to disconnect my internet. Will have to pay a £336 disconnection fee which would cost more than having the service run until next November when contract ends. You are silly @virginmedia
