@PoetNaff @TalkTalk I've heard nothing but bad things about talktalk I was with virgin media for absolutely years, with very few problems but they don't do broadband in this area I've moved to. Sky have been a constant disappointment, and I had to go through a friend of a friend to get help once!

@virginmedia They are going to sit down and wade through it all. I don't understand why it can't be diagnosed from the "other end" that you get "This number is temp unavailable" still when you call it - but they get told it's all "fine" when they call to report it :/

@virginmedia I’m trying to log in to see when my package will expire. The website just goes to the “ops something wrong on our end” the app shows nothing and your help bots…. Well let’s not talk about them.

@virginmedia I have rebooted, checked connections, followed all of your menial advice to fix a service beyond my control. Apparently nothing wrong in my area. but when I connect to speedtest. the closest hub is Hendon. I live in SE London. Can you explain this? its all lipservice isn't it.

@virginmedia All I want is for my mobile phone to work on Jersey over the Easter weekend - to avoid the awful experience I had for my 70th birthday 2 yrs ago - its not rocket science for 02, indeed its automatic but apparently is insurmountable for VM to arrange this.
