    @PoetNaff @TalkTalk I've heard nothing but bad things about talktalk I was with virgin media for absolutely years, with very few problems but they don't do broadband in this area I've moved to. Sky have been a constant disappointment, and I had to go through a friend of a friend to get help once!

    @virginmedia I've no idea I ended up downloading an app from a third-party and paying for a voucher... HSBC are right, you're to blame I'm utterly furious and it was terrible service

    @Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

    @virginmedia Completely off, and I've done everything. The whole of malton north Yorkshire is down apparently Inc taxi radio signals

    @virginmedia Thanks, but since it's now the whole town/ district I'm not sure you can help. It's obviously a mast issue, you need to get it looked at for the area

    @virginmedia watching @ITV @GMB this morning and the local news is suddenly showing Meridian news. I have always had London news as I am in Hertfordshire. Unsure on who’s problem this is but can someone tell me if this is a permanent change or a temporary mistake?

    @1984Mathew i'm hoping that a 4th reboot in 24 hours will get my @virginmedia router to reconnect my smart home for longer than it takes to boil the kettle, but honestly i'm not holding out much hope as it's complete crap.

    @virginmedia If it's not your Broadband service (which has been worked on several times, for days at a time recently) then it is your wifi router. Either way - we want the service we are paying for and we shouldn't be fixing it for you!!
