    @PoetNaff @TalkTalk I've heard nothing but bad things about talktalk I was with virgin media for absolutely years, with very few problems but they don't do broadband in this area I've moved to. Sky have been a constant disappointment, and I had to go through a friend of a friend to get help once!

    @virginmedia Thanks, but since it's now the whole town/ district I'm not sure you can help. It's obviously a mast issue, you need to get it looked at for the area

    @virginmedia why is it impossible to speak to someone either online or on the phone about getting a booster? your app just takes me to a page to register my interest for a pod, which doesn’t help. it shouldn’t be this difficult to speak to someone.

    @virginmedia Hi Gareth I certainly will. I’m waiting for someone to reply to my last message because I still feel being charged for 1GIG since the start without the service is unfair. Why should I be liable for £180 when I rarely had full internet and when it was working it dropped constantly

    You could argue that hardly anyone has used your 4G/5G network in the last 12 months as we've all been at home - but still paying for it! I think I can count the number of times my phone has not been on my Virgin Media wifi on one hand!

    @virginmedia I’ve called 08454541111 several times and can’t get through to anyone in a UK call centre who can help. Please can I have a direct number for a UK call centre for complaints or cancellation department immediately? This has been going on months! I am very stressed and very annoyed

    @virginmedia It shouldn't have to come to that, and I'm trying to juggle working and my issues with wifi, it is very frustrating. I'll leave it there for now. Thanks for your replies. Shame behind the scenes of social media aren't so on the ball!
