@PoetNaff @TalkTalk I've heard nothing but bad things about talktalk I was with virgin media for absolutely years, with very few problems but they don't do broadband in this area I've moved to. Sky have been a constant disappointment, and I had to go through a friend of a friend to get help once!

@virginmedia I have been without internet for the full day. I checked online and it says there isn't any issues in my area. I phoned customer helpline and they informed me there is a short term outage. Don't know what you define short term as but I have been without the full day

@virginmedia My Dad accidentally hit a thick black wire, while doing a bit of gardening ~ very shallow in the land. We now have a total outage of broadband, landline and TV. [I'm registered Severely Sight Impaired and rely on wifi for easy accessibility]

@virginmedia Unfortunately being that I'm a loyal thus existing customer the packages I were offered were worse than what you give to new customers. Can't afford the package I was on anymore so going to let the last month of my contract to run down and go elsewhere. I tried.

@virginmedia Hi, no known issues but this isn't correct. Myself and other households have same issues. Broadband drops out every 20 minutes or so. We've done all usual diagnostics
