@PoetNaff @TalkTalk I've heard nothing but bad things about talktalk I was with virgin media for absolutely years, with very few problems but they don't do broadband in this area I've moved to. Sky have been a constant disappointment, and I had to go through a friend of a friend to get help once!

@virginmedia I've no idea I ended up downloading an app from a third-party and paying for a voucher... HSBC are right, you're to blame I'm utterly furious and it was terrible service

@virginmedia Your transfer team informed me that their procedure was that an old account at an existing address had to lose service completely before a new account is opened And that this happened over night I said that their procedure was anachronism & discriminatory against disabled people!

Dreadful customer service from @virginmedia in laws moved to Virgin last week. Number of issues. Landline not accepting incoming calls. Waiting on a call back from a manager since Friday. Spent hours trying to sort this out to no avail. Get different answers! Abysmal 😡

@virginmedia Your staff have also opened themselves to potential criminal prosecution by the Crown Prosecution Service for breaking the Equalities act You are required by law to make all reasonable adjustments to allow equal access to your services & Virgin cut off its customer 24 hours early

@virginmedia In the process they denied their existing customer access to net for the last 24 hours of their contract with Virgin Media This puts Virgin Media in breach of contract with their customer adding to the many contract breaches due to not meeting minimum terms for speed & latency

@PREEMGAMING @virginmedia Had issues since 24/11. Called on Sun & was told if not resolved in 24 hrs they'd get someone out. Called last night & was told there's no known issues so just check cables are connected. Queried what I was told Sun, get put on hold & then told actually there are known issues🙄
