Geoffrey Armstrong (@Gaarmstrong318) reported from York, England@virginmedia I saw the disclaimer. What is really shocking is I’m having to have this out publically with you. Your offshore call centre is not fit to diagnose issues. Every times I’ve called with a major fault I’ve been told there is an area fault and to wait for it to be fixed.
-
Gareth 🇪🇺 (@fogey) reported from York, EnglandI’ve been phoning tech help for years about this, and NOT ONCE have they said that my broadband has been throttled due to over use. Up yours, Virgin Media. 🖕

-
Hayley (@knitting_tsuki) reported from York, England@virginmedia No, I think the person I spoke to opted me out, but I’ll check my preferences online. It wasn’t a problem, and had the security checks been less intrusive I might have stayed on the call.

Guy Rushworth (@dreadedwhisky) reported from York, England@virginmedia Thanks for the response. As far as I’m aware I can’t text you so you can run diagnostics. I also can’t call you free. As my phone won’t connect with your network all of a sudden. The phone is fine as the SIM card I had to buy to keep working is having no issues.
-

Adam Thompson (@adam7485) reported from York, England@virginmedia 1 of 2. I’ve spent 52 minutes on the phone, spoke to 3 different people which means security 3 times. -
AngMacca (@AngMacca) reported@virginmedia hi, our internet has been intermittent since 30th May (ML2), with resolution dates moving back repeatedly. Can you advise on a ACTUAL date from which we will resume 100% service?
-
GingaGill💙👩🏻🎓😷 (@GingaGill) reported@SarahLudford @virginmedia @O2 Yep…sadly the service has declined since the two companies merged. They blocked my account for weeks for ‘ security reasons’. ( I had changed pw & looking for new deals) No one seemed unable to unblock it. Took several phone calls/DM’s/ emails etc.
-
Graeson Laitt (@Laitty) reported@virginmedia I'm therefore trying to understand whether there are any additional checks or blocking options available at Virgin Media's end, as I have already exhausted the options available to me as a customer.
-
D.HFootball (@iScoutFoozball) reported@JakePanetta @virginmedia @MisfitsBoxing Oh deserve all the **** coverage you got if you paid for that….
-
TheModSmith (@TheModSmithYT) reportedMy household has been with @virginmedia for around 25 years. We’re told new customers at our address can get full fibre/XGS-PON, but existing customers can’t migrate. So we’re stuck on older HFC/DOCSIS with Gig1 upload around 100Mbps. Why must loyal customers cancel/rejoin?
