    @virginmedia 24 to 48 hours to obtain a PAC code from you is not acceptable. Why are your systems not working? I tried using a text message but directed to make a quick phone call. After 20 minutes (quick?) on a call I’m told your system is generating error codes.

    @virginmedia This is a small house, I have not had this problem in the 5 years we’ve had Virgin and, unfortunately, I cannot afford an extra £3 per month to see whether a booster is a solution.

    @virginmedia Thanks for your advice about the forums. A very helpful person tried to help but apparently no result. I called 789 again today. A ticket has been raised 3-5 days before I get a result. THREE TO FIVE DAYS is not acceptable. OFCOM says I should get a code with A MINUTE

    @virginmedia It’s now the 9th day since I requested a PAC code from VM. So I filed a complaint, spoke to OFCOM and within an hour I had my PAC code. My faith in VM is zero - my faith in OFCOM is 10 out of 10.

    @virginmedia The service is slow (even sitting next to router I get <50Mbps) and drops out frequently but irregular intervals & not linked to usage. Has been getting worse since we renewed in June.

    @virginmedia Checked all rooms - this is a small detached house - every room says cannot receive a signal except the living room. A conservatory is in direct sight of the Hub and maybe only 10 meters away; Kitchen Same distance with just one wall. In every room, it recommended a booster .

    @virginmedia @VirginMedia_TV broadband and TV down again in YO31, for 24hrs….the worst service ever….do you even care? Compensation is rubbish, and does not cover lost earnings and enjoyment.

    @virginmedia That number you gave me didn’t help me at all after 1 hour of asking me security questions they gave me the faults team number, not sure why you didn’t give me the faults team number? As I’m now going around the houses, as a customer is an incredibly frustrating experience

    @virginmedia I've already been on chat with someone who couldn't raise a complaint and then every time I've tried to raise it myself, I get no reference. It's to do with billing.

    @virginmedia Your WhatsApp customer service is absolutely terrible. Waiting hours for a reply , get moved to another department, wait hours for a reply , have to repeat my issue over and over. Shocking!

    @virginmedia We are still struggling with broadband. We’ve even upgraded but it’s still cutting out. I know there was a problem in the area but you told us it would be fixed. Can you please help? This has gone on for weeks. We’re in KT1.
