    @virginmedia Look I’m not doing that. This isn’t an account specific issue. I worked in the Digital Management Centre in Langley for a decade until made redundant 2 years ago so it needs passing to the VOD department to investigate.

    @ohhollygosh @amy_everett_ @virginmedia Stuff like this makes me block numbers. Great customer service revolves around your customer’s needs and wants. The customer tells you they’ll call you, don’t pester as they will do transactions their way (web chat, app, website etc.) companies need to listen to their customer

    @virginmedia why is my broadband in BD2 still not working despite receiving a text to say it is fixed at 15:05. ...and when I look at the service status it says all is OK. Like it did this morning WRONG!! When is it going to be fixed and will I get a credit for it being out

    @virginmedia gets worse every time!! Had no wifi for three days, your phone operator said we’d get £8 per day compensation automatically taken off the bill. Now your email team is saying our wifi was never down and we’re only getting £5 off as “goodwill” SORT IT OUT

    @virginmedia Hi Just to let U know I got a automated Landline phone message 2day from Phone number 020 7097 1695 Saying to press Option 1 Saying That my internet provider service will disconnect my services within 24 hours it’s a scam I didn’t even attempt to press option 1.

    @virginmedia Sorry not a technician can only say the outside wires are exposed and the speed is slow and no one seems bothered so we are leaving virgin media and next month if we had stayed with you new bill would b £54 we can't afford check ur records please
