@virginmedia But can deal with EASY problems on earth. You could literally offer me everything for FREE & Id still say no. Your company is going bust for a reason. Tell Branson you know how to fix it, tell him ‘our customer service is horrendous, we need to change’, then maybe VM will survive

I think very soon I'll be saying 👋 to @ThreeUK and 🤝 to @virginmedia...over the last couple of years, the signal has got increasingly worse. I have just bought a new phone, but the problem persists...really unhappy.

@virginmedia It says that my service is fine. It is not the Internet connection but poor WiFi. I am remote connected to my Xbox via 5Ghz connection and every 15 mins (approx) I will get a message saying there is an issue with the connection. I have the same issues on my phone.
