Not getting anywhere with customer services. There’s been a recorded message for 4 days saying they’re trying to fix a ‘complex issue’... yet still nothing. Annoyed.

All responses & times being monitored for collection of data regarding regular loss of service.

The prog aired last night for the 1st time & stated after ALL eps available afterwards. There will have been an issue uploading the programme that you need to get your DTV dept to investigate.

Please can you advise when the issue will be resolved as I am paying for a product which is not working correctly which I don’t think I should be paying for

I expect Virgin to sort things out, they are saying they have an issue, but no one there know why this happening. Not my job! I pay you!
