@virginmedia At the moment I'm back up to decent speeds, but when it does dip right down (usually mornings & evenings) it's just as slow on wired. Hub is a Super Hub 2.

@virginmedia They said they was dealing with the fault and was given no time scale. It’s just come back on now but over the last few days it keeps loosing signal for a few minutes then coming back on. Thanks for the reply.

@virginmedia No. And it never was during the entire 11 days of it being down. Still it started working few hours ago, so fair's fair. Now I await the call from a manager about my cancellation date dispute... Only 3 days overdue.

@virginmedia Why does my virgin v6 box have red arrows and red wifi signal? Its connected to my virgin wifi box by coax cable. Live tv is working fine but i cannot access anything on demand? Obviously already turned it on and off and unplugged/plugged back in all wires… help!

@virginmedia @Me2unotu2me It is an issue with Box Plus, due to ongoing issues at Red Bee and the fire incident they experienced on Saturday night. While other channels are on back up systems, Box Plus don’t have the same systems, so are using The Box and Kiss as back up feeds instead.
