This last one (7.44pm) has ‘gone to consult a co-worker...’. (Complete silence now 59 mins in) What kind of service is this?!

    @virginmedia Hostnames weren’t resolving - using the dns addresses provided at the router. Using Cloudflare public dns server 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 resolves the issue

    @nicheokay No problem!! They were definitely trying to upsell it unless they were trying to sell the 500MB one, but 250MB is more than enough, and the 8 devices thing is a big lie lmao, if virgin media is available in your area its usually pretty good and solid

    @virginmedia I'll try but don't hold out hope of hearing back. How do I get through to the complaints dept? You make complaining about your poor service impossible, I assume because you don't give a damn about customers, just their money. I've been trying to complain for the last year!!!
