@virginmedia why are your fibre upload speeds so slow? 10mbps upload on a 109mbps download speed? Sky and BT and others offer 20mbps download speed on their 67mbps download speeds.Please review this as when 2 people are working from home on video calls 10mbps up isn't fast enough

@virginmedia Just called, same message. "That there is an issue on your area". Got a link to check the status and it says "no issues". This is a mess and it does not make sense. It has been more that 4 days now. Please, raise it with an engineer. I am not on a contract, i can cancel anytime.

I have been a loyal customer for 3.5 years. I don't miss payments. I had unexpected circumstances and I asked for help. But the contempt @virginmedia have just shown me as a disabled person asking for accommodations for my disabled child reduced me to tears. People are horrid.
