@virginmedia No the second engineer seemed to solve it but it started happening again. It was to do with network setting and connection cables. But we’ve now had intermittent WiFi for 7 days and no compensation for earlier loss of service

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @virginmedia I moved back to Formby when we knew we were having our first child, the house we moved to wasn’t covered by their network. Although that wasn’t my fault they still charged us £400 for leaving the contract early.

@virginmedia appalling service. Have logged complaint to be told it can take up to 8 WEEKS to look at!!!! Really really not good enough. TV, broadband, landline and mobile customer and looks like time to move elsewhere. Such a shame @richardbranson
