They asked me to enter a web site. Having spent almost 40 years in IT I felt it was wrong. The router does have slow moments but I had not reported it.

I was never out of Internet completely like it says only your compensation page, but it was equally as bad since my step daughter had online training to do which couldn't be done at all. My children also were not able to do homework.

Each time a time is set for fix estimate it changes by an hour or even more, last night extended from 11pm to 8am and now saying 10.05am. Not good enough!!!! #shambles
