@virginmedia I was advised everytime that the original agreement was correct in the notes and the bill would be amended. Each time it comes through on email it is wrong. And the credit has not been authorised. I'm paying £38 excess in first month as no credit applied. Help.

@virginmedia HELP!!!! I have had not TV service for nearly 9 hours with fault code W102 on both the TiVo boxes. I have reset the Hub and rebooted both boxes, checked all the cabling and still nothing. My postcode start WA7. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!!!!

@virginmedia Previous appointment had to be cancelled due to work commitments. Unsure what they would have done at the property anyway when it looks like an issue with the service to my property and others. Can’t you check Wa74rf postcode service supply?

@virginmedia Visit was fine replaced wifi. I was never out of Internet completely like it says only your compensation page, but it was equally as bad since my step daughter had online training to do which couldn't be done at all. My children also were not able to do homework.

@virginmedia I'm checking online and it's saying there is an issue with the TV, but saying broadband is fine. I've had constant disconnections throughout the day for 2 weeks now. It works for a few minutes then goes off. What is going on?

@virginmedia checked this and currently it says no issues,there clearly is a issue as this is not an isolated incident and is affecting others closeby. Unless you can actually do anything that may solve or attempt to solve the issue dont bother replying because your just giving me lip service

@virginmedia Yes, for the last 4 days, and it keeps coming back with the same old thing. 'Aware of an issue, engineers dealing with it, fix estimate' etc etc. Just tell us what's going on - working from home with this horrendous service is impossible.

I have been told now 4 times by your operative on the phone that an issue is being looked at by engineers, and there is an outage in the area. I have finally been told its to do with replacing cables.
