@virginmedia Hi. Unfortunately I couldn’t check anything at the time but I did see a technician coming into the area at 6pm on Friday which sorted the issue... not good service that it took all day to sort out though, a day of work lost!!

@virginmedia Today so far so good but this has been happening every day for the past 2 weeks but I can never get through on the phone on hold for an hour at a time only to be cut off!! Went off again twice last night trying work from home is impossible

@virginmedia A member of the family has dementia and now gone into care home so need to cancel the policy, we have power of attorney which should be noted from last time we sent it to you but they wouldn’t help as they said they can’t deal with us for this situation

@virginmedia I have checked and rebooted but says nothing wrong, we can have 10 devices connected at any 1 time and never had a problem till last week when internet just turned off randomly an since then ots been on, off, on, off,on,off all day

@virginmedia standard day again today WiFi has failed over 6 times on the phone for an hour and get cut off again!! If I could get through I would cancel may just have to stop paying my bill you might contact me then #poorservice #nointernet #p

@virginmedia Yes keeps shutting down then going through the start up routine on the modem green light etc sometimes it’s off for 10 mins sometimes longer but can happen up to 7/8 time a day

@LobbyNoNumbers We pay about £66 per month with @virginmedia for the basic tv,broadband and phone that we never use. Probably the worst customer service around. They promised to upgrade the set top box 2 years ago and we're still waiting.

@virginmedia No ! …. My concern is the frequency of outages ! I switched from BT after years of good service but slower speeds ( 25 to 30mb) .. until I joined virgin I hadn’t read about issues raised over these outages and poor customer service but it’s rife ! Once is too many at this price

Got the new #samsungs23 yesterday. Won't connect to Galaxy smartwatch or headphones. Internet super-slow. Pictures on social media take ages to load. It isn't the wifi connection. Not impressed and will be ringing the team @virginmedia to discuss an alternative device.

@virginmedia Let me put it this way... I've collected plenty of data to show the issue. however everyone is afraid to click the link! I do understand that ppl are afraid of being scammed or get some malware, however being so tech savvy they should know how to use VMs to prevent this.

Without doubt @Virgin @virginmedia are one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. If you ever think of using them, may I suggest you don't. Five hours of customer service teams now doing nothing but transferring me to other teams.

@virginmedia Yes. When the engineer came out we were told the line to our house had been blocked as part of the fix for the area. Engineers then came out to replace the line.
