So no surprise the incompetence of @virginmedia at resolving a simple issue...downgrading my package. Notified them on 10/10....after over 6 phone calls, incompetent staff, non existent manager call backs n collections calls.....official Resolver complaint done! @MoneyTelegraph

@virginmedia That link is no help at all, as it says no issues. I've just rung VM for the 7th time today and the automated message says there is an issue for my postcode and they are dealing with it. The same message as yesterday and the day before!

@virginmedia been having issues with signal on my virgin mobile phone all week, read that it was suposed to have been resolved yesterday but still having intermittent issues this morning. No wonder I am rolling over 10GB of data when I don't get an opportunity to use it 😡

@virginmedia No "chat" options on that link that I could see. Status is showing as having a problem, so it's not my kit. Signal is too poor for me to use phone for chatting, anyway. Let's see if things clear up soon...

@virginmedia Should be receiving 4g fine in my area I have reset setting changed SIM card. Manually adjusted network checked other settings.

@virginmedia Did it on 10/10...nothing showed, called again 17/10 and yes it finally showed online but till this date it still isnt actioned as no new bill has been generated either. Told not to pay and now arrears and bad mark on cred file.

@virginmedia Nothing really. Usually it my phone or my wife’s phone but never your equipment. The same issue happened a few weeks ago and we were told it was a local fault and they were fixing it. Which it did get fixed but yet again it’s not working now.

@bt_uk BT TALK TALK SKY Which gives me a maximum of 68mb per second All use the same openreach network and because of that I'm stuck with Virgin media and it costs me an arm and a leg for the service which I can get 300mb per second being an avid gamer

@virginmedia Hi AG, i have done that multiple times, ive spent hours on the phone explaining everything multiple times, all i want to do is access the app on my phone but i dont receive the email to verify my username. Its not your fault personally but it has been awful customer service.

@virginmedia We have an engineer coming Friday - I'm sure he'll fix issues. But getting to point of talking to someone and agreeing on needing engineer was very painful and time consuming. I'm sure many people would give up and suffer and cancel VM account (if they found out how to do that!)
