@virginmedia @primevideosport told me my TV not connected to Internet which it is. Was working and then wasn't. Now working but really sick of reoccurring problems when my @primevideosport goes off & told it's an Internet problem. If Internet problem wouldn't I lose everything?

@virginmedia Yep shows outrage and estimated fix time which varies then text and email to say fixed but still nothing had 15 messages to say fixed one a few seconds ago but it's not and still showing outrage on the app hard to check this when no services very disappointed with the service

@v @virginmedia Internet issue has been open since August and it’s been a comedy of errors. Several engineers have been round each setting off a chain of farcical call-outs. Clowns! Each time I get sent a survey that is designed to get the feedback they want. Not good enough!

@virginmedia you literally must be THE most unreliable failing ISP in all the land… Yet another outage which you laughably call “improving our network” and you’ve never provided even half the speed we pay for. About time OFCOM held this company to book!
