    @NigelJTurner @virginmedia Same for me, I can cancel or change my package by the 28th of march then get a 19% increase on my new package on the 1st of April. Only had my contract 5 months.being **** Turpind here!!!

    @virginmedia I have to say your Internet connection is ridiculous... for months on end, it's been shocking. I'm sick and tired of resetting my hub, I shouldn't be having this issue. Never had so much issue for the years I've had you and now, the past 6 months, I'm paying monies…

    @virginmedia Both wired and wireless. We've had 8 engineers out, a rewire, new hub and still endless drop outs. Was told finally it was an upload issue from the amp that supplied the box on the street. But still we're having issues. The 150 number is joke, make it simple!!!

    @virginmedia And the sum total of welcome texts I received during my 7 night stay in Jamaica was 189. I never moved from the same hotel. I often got 4-8 texts whilst sat at the same restaurant table or in my room. @virginmedia get your act together

    @virginmedia @virginhelp I've never had this much issue as I have had today. I'm plugged in on ethernet, I've reset my hub, and checked my area and there is no issue at all. My WiFi is working from my hub but yet its booting me out of Destiny 2 and not just that but the chat parties on PS5 itself

    @virginmedia is unbelievable that our Internet is so poor, trying to contact someone via phone on numerous occasions waiting for over 45 minutes to speak with someone. Still haven't been able to get through to anyone.

    @virginmedia Nope, I called customer services and was told that they have no estimated time at all, I was only told that they would contact me when it’s in stock. This is ridiculous, how can they expect us to be without a connection for weeks on end

    @virginmedia Broadband was meant to be set up last week Tuesday. Engineer said that there’s a parts shortage, and equipment will be delivered soon. I have heard nothing from VM and have been without broadband for a week. Worst service ever

    @virginmedia I really, really really am fed up with the shoddy, inconsistent, unreliable broadband service you provide virgin!! The irritating part of it is that you actually believe you deserve what you charge for the M200 fibre broadband service you're supposed to provide me!

    @virginmedia I don’t have a reference. I was never given one as I was informed “A Manager” would be calling me within 24-48 hours. It has now been 60+ Hours... and I’m still waiting.

    @virginmedia The router is too far away so I have to have it WiFi. I've been trying to get the WiFi boosters you sell as I have poor WiFi signal upstairs but the app only let's me get them if there's no signal?
