@virginmedia The issue is this has been a daily problem, your customer wants this fixed, it's like taking your car to the mechanic everyday to fix whatever is wrong with it, it begs the question, what is the problem in Manchester that the engineer has had to return daily to fix, since Sunday?

Murph (@porlmurf) reported from Tyldesley, England

@virginmedia You are aware of the problem, told us it's a fault and it's being fixed by 12th April, it wasn't, we rang, you gave us reassurance it will be fixed by the 22nd, it hasn't, we rang got passed around a lot! Now you say it will be fixed 29th. Hands up if you would put up with this?
-
Steve Eades (@steveeades) reported from Runcorn, England
@virginmedia Previous appointment had to be cancelled due to work commitments. Unsure what they would have done at the property anyway when it looks like an issue with the service to my property and others. Can’t you check Wa74rf postcode service supply?

This situation with the unstable and unreliable @virginmedia broadband service is unacceptable and untenable, my work and business depends on this service and I am unaware of any 'Act of God' scenario that has informed this situation, at least you have not bothered to contact me.

@virginmedia appoi tents with custo.ers on Friday as the sim from o2 only picks up 1 bar so makes Webexes hard to hold. This week I am on the follow the sun shift dealing with Sev1 incidents, so I rely on a good stable connection. My son had to cancel an exam on Friday.
