@iainroberton @virginmedia @virginmedia similar thing here except mine is hovering around 0.1mb (paying for 10). Its so bad I can’t be understood if trying to talk in a meeting or even when making a call on my mobile (we have no mobile signal at home so rely on WiFi calling).

@GrumpyUnclePet1 @virginmedia I contacted them a 2nd time when I’d not got the info they said they’d send (had to confirm the leaving thing again) then a 3rd when my ‘final’ bill wasn’t that, they confirmed they’d never sent the packaging out & had to confirm leaving. They’ll ring soon to ask you to return 🙄

@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

@virginmedia have now been on the line 1:15hr, briefly spoke to agent - talked her through the long lists of issues since Oct - put me on hold to check call log....wait for it.....just put me back in the queue...now someone has picked up the call after 15-20 mins = back 2 sq 1!
