@virginmedia 100s of times total waste of time, set questions & set answers just because they see the speed, they think it is good enough, you charge top rate for crap service especially the router, £500 a year with a £10 cheap router.

@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness F006897332 - it would be helpful if your team in Manila listened to customers rather than taking a robotic approach to support. I had to demand that a firmware downgrade take place - even after they admitted that would fix the issue.

@virginmedia I wrote a letter of complaint about the state the road was left outside my house after your works putting new cable in. I’ve had 1 reply advising I would be contacted. I’m still waiting from December 2018. Can you give me any contact details where I will get a reply.

To all my followers. DO NOT go to @virginmedia we had installed last night. Now not working. My vulnerable mum cannot get hold of me-phone not working-as they have no engineers until Tuesday. They don’t work Sunday & earliest app is Tuesday! If mum falls again god help Virgin🤬

@virginmedia Not been given anything. I called Friday regarding my bill. Left my contact details and was told within 48 hours I would get a call back. I was hoping to not have to escalate to a complaint and for it to be dealt with via the manager who was going to call me.....WITHIN 48 HOURS!

Just literally had the best conversation with a guy called Adam from the @virginmedia cancellations team. Called up to cancel my TiVo box and ended up signing up for another package but also having a proper good 20 minute convo with him about life, like I’ve known him years😂

@virginmedia I have rang and rang to cancel my virgin media with you and set a cancellation date. The calls are well over two hours each and every time I’m told “I will transfer you to the disconnection service” I sit and wait over an hour for them to hang up. Disgusting sort it!

@virginmedia have since last August had daily issues with Broadband. They have a complaints procedure. I have done all of this numerous times and still get no response - since August!!
