@virginmedia I was told that due to the error nothing could be done and I won’t be receiving my PS4 I now have to disappoint my two young boys when they get in from school. Not a great service I must admit.

@virginmedia I’m also sick of calling this number being told to press 1 then 2, when I get past 1 it asks for the account number no option to speak to a real person can I just get the phone number to speak to a real person who will help me

@virginmedia Hi. My contract start date was the 26.04.19. I received my contract and link to T&C’s on 27.04.19. Cancelling the charges isn’t a resolution when I am not required to pay them. I shouldn’t have been threatened with them in the first place....if I had not quoted your own T&C’s

Imagine @virginmedia fitting your WiFi and the engineer hits a gas pipe. Then @BritishGas arrives to fix the gas pipe and hits a water pipe. Imagine having to chase VM to speak to a supervisor and still 4 days later no call back! Shocking!

So after being told by the customer service guy at @virginmedia I would receive a free PS4 I have had to make a complaint only find out I was put on the incorrect contract that didn’t include a PS4. 😡@richardbranson i should of stayed with @SkyUK

@virginmedia Nothing so far but our WiFi went down not so long ago, you upgrade us. Our box never turned up then there was a problem in the area (forever reoccurring) which wouldn’t be fixed for several days. Not good when you run a business from home

@virginmedia I raised a complaint and the response was due to the package I was put on the PS4 wasn’t available. I just can’t understand how it’s now my fault I specified I wanted the PS4 it was the main reason for signing up.

@stevehhh so if there are issues with Virgin Media they can easily switch to BT. If BT High Speed Fibre Optic broadband can be secured sooner, rather than later, those residents who are experiencing issues with Virgin Media can switch/be able to access the High Speed Fibre Optic service.

Superfast broadband you say @virginmedia but no connection for virtually the past 2 days in the WA7 area. Each time a time is set for fix estimate it changes by an hour or even more, last night extended from 11pm to 8am and now saying 10.05am. Not good enough!!!! #shambles

Every single time I contact @virginmedia via their WhatsApp support portal they tell me they’re ‘busier than expected’ and then suggest that I transfer the enquiry over to WhatsApp. 1) If it’s every time, it’s not unexpected. 2) I’m already using WhatsApp.

Trying to cancel @virginmedia, and the computer (!!) offered me a discount of exactly the same amount as the price increase. Nice try. Still cancelling. Same package is £30 a month cheaper elsewhere.

@virginmedia To be 100% clear, the hub 4 had power instantly. Lights pulsing. The issue is that it took so long to be ready to *use*. That doesn’t strike me as an issue with my power socket what so ever.

Hey @virginmedia . My #broadband package is over priced with a woeful upload speed. I’ve decided to cancel. The only way to cancel is to write to you or phone you. I’ve waited on the phone for 1.5 hours and each time you answer you hang up. I’m very unhappy. #fail
