    @virginmedia yet another broadband install cancelled at the last minute. Spent 10’s of hours trying to speak to somebody and today I was assured that the service would be connected. Despicable company. Blame COVID all you like, but you’re just completely useless. OFCOM claim!!

    @virginmedia Guys, this is happening again today and is worse than its ever been. There HAS to be something wrong with either the router or the cable, as I've done everything in my power to fix it. This is making my job impossible to do and I'm suffering with falling behind because of it

    @virginmedia Please could you provide an update as to why there’s no internet in the Wilmslow area again? I rely greatly on broadband to carry out my job, it’s unacceptable for this to happen without warning, time and time again, with no idea of when the service will resume.

    @virginmedia I’ve got 3 separate issues! Nobody cares, I can’t use live chat coz that Isn’t working either! I’ve not had a stable connection for 24 hours, when it’s normally working I have to sit next to the router because the range is like 20 cm so I can’t use internet in any other room

    @virginmedia I need to cancel a engineer appointment for Wednesday. I’ve already been on the phone 40 minutes and I’m not waiting any longer especially after being told ‘we’ll prioritise you’. Please cancel it otherwise it’s a pointless trip for your engineer

    @virginmedia are honestly useless! Rang with the same issue I think 12 times each time they tell me there isn’t an issue, like I’ve got time to ring and tell them issues that aren’t there! I’m tempted to just cancel my direct debit and go to sky

    @virginmedia How about I just pay when you fix all the issues? I’m sure that if I don’t fulfil my terms of the contract regards to payment you will disconnect me but you are ok to not provide me with internet or TV services that I pay for

    @virginmedia Thought it was tough to connect to someone on phone (57 mins wait) and another 36 mins convincing your helpdesk colleague that there is a problem - they sent someone within 12 hours to check and that talented technician found and fixed the issue in 20 mins.. all sorted !! 👍🏻👍🏻

    @RabnawazA @virginmedia Yes my partners zoom meetings crash even though we got a 300 Mb line the Wi-Fi signal is not that great and we got boosters what we tend to do is use mobile data for the rest of us but we are in the fortunate situation that we can

    @virginmedia Do you not understand it is absolutely nothing to do with speed? It's the constant outages! Pretty easy to work out how that is useless to me. Also, yet another outage with fix time tomorrow. Pls don't reply with another useless generic response as they are no help at all.

    Been on hold to Virgin Media for over 30 mins. Internet has been so intermittent for months and this week is the worst I've ever known it. Impossible for me to WFH with it like this. Missing deadlines and not able to speak to service users. Beyond frustrating.

    Oh @virginmedia yesterday I upgraded my broadband speed for the kids & I to WFH effectively (double what it was) & sure enuff it’s now not working at all 😡 & been on hold 20 mins plus to a special tech line you bundled in for me ... kids next lesson in 10 mins!

    @virginmedia This was resolved over a webchat where no one spoke with me to explain any of the 12 problems I raised. How they will be prevented next time. The complaint was closed and I suspect forgotten until the next time it happens - which it will, 2/2

    @virginmedia the single worst customer experience ever. Called multiple times over the last few weeks, each person telling us a different thing is going on with our account. Have also been charged more than we should have and now been on hold for over 25mins.. disgrace
