@virginmedia And this is why I don’t bother calling you for the most part. The service desk where I work are in trouble if customers are on hold for 20 seconds. Virgin are a huge company and can’t afford a call centre where customers don’t have to wait 15 mins (so far) on hold.

@virginmedia u sent me a new router like a month ago and this connection is SLOWER than the router that was over 10 years old I’m basically sat on top of it and I’ve never experienced slower WiFi

@virginmedia Internet gone again. Second time today. Bottom light goes white and starts flashing, then green and flashing. Then the arrows light up green and flash. I can’t get 24 hours out of this service. This isn’t what I pay for and it’s terrible service.

@virginmedia Nope.. i was told as its an outage fault which only effects a few addresses in my area. It doesn't show on a general test. Cant get an answer from anyone at virgin as to when it will be sorted. Its becoming a joke now.

@virginmedia I’m not bothered now we have left . The guy who answered the phone couldn’t be less interested . Every thing he was saying was on a card . He was very un professional and didn’t understand English fully . So he can’t be bothered to help I can’t be bothered .

@virginmedia Virgin generously said if I pay nearly £150 I can leave! I declined.. although i would have the £2 offered as compensation but I think I'll spend that on half a starbucks. I'll wait till my contract is up & im free. sky from what i can gather will be gaining shit loads of peeps!

After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

So that’s @virginmedia cancelled off and their poor effort at a service. I had more reliable service with dial-up! Now signed up with @SkyUK and hoping they can at least provide me internet that I can use for a day without it going off constantly.

Is it just me or is it outrageous @VirginMedia are charging a cancellation fee because we are moving to an area they dont cover so cant continue with their service? Surely this cannot be correct it is certainly unfair. Maybe @MartinSLewis would comment #outrageous #Disgraceful

@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness Thank you. The connection was finally fixed at 1644. Next time, I will call this number & chase them! I think eight hours is too long to take to fix a broadband connection area fault on a weekday, when so many people are still having to work from home.
