    @virginmedia Hi. I tried rebooting the router but without any luck. It’s the only device I’m having an issue with. It should connect when I press the WPS button on the router but it’s not connecting and timing out.

    Really dissapointed with virgin media 'service'. Taking over £500 in one month from our dad who has dementia. Thought we had sorted it out yesterday then today they once again cutt off his TV lifeline so now he can't watch TV. Going to set him up with SKY TV

    @virginmedia I start watching movies on the sky store, then around 20-30 minutes in its says there's a connection issue and disconnects completely, not allowing me to get back on. It comes back on about 5 minutes later.

    @virginmedia The speed isn't the problem, the speed is brilliant, but the router for gaming is pathetic it's like having a Ferrari firing on two, the hub3 is firing on two it is crap.

    @virginmedia The other services work fine. I have no issues with connectivity other than when streaming on demand shows/movies. The only assistance I need is for you to sort your streaming service.

    @virginmedia wins my worst customer service experience. Joined in March. 2x no show on install day + 2 further pushbacks. 10hrs of calls chasing, 5 excuses, poor reply to complaint in April, written escalation complaint from May ignored. 4.5mths min before service starts.

    @virginmedia why won't your employees allow me to cancel my contract? I called them, and when I tell them I want to cancel they ask me why, and if I said I want to cancel they either tranfer me to an agent that doesn't want to do that or they hang up

    @virginmedia @CherylHoleQueen You make me pay a fee after being a customer for 6 years, because I am moving to a new flat not covered by your broadband. It Is your fault and not mine but I have to pay 140£ as termination fee. All my family use Virgin mobile too and we will all change after that.Despicable
