@virginmedia No reported issues. Used the guide before - it’s why I moved the router. Poor signal is because I moved the PS4 5ft across the room. But it’s less than 5m away from the router in a straight line - obscured only by the floor and the tv is sits next to.

So. I've now had 3 @virginmedia techies in 2 days tell me they've resolved my issue. That remains to be seen. It in no way excuses the engineer no-show 🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia I rebooted it yesterday and a number of times previously. I’m now in receipt of a Cat. 6 Ethernet cable which has improved wired speeds - I’d suggest these should come as standard - but wireless speeds are still slow and unreliable.

@virginmedia Contacted Virgin to cancel my service. Repeatedly stated I wished to cancel fro. The very first interaction, was made to answers multiple security questions, to be told 40minutes later that the person spoke to couldn't do this and had to transfer me to another department.
