    @virginmedia Stay disconnected should be the tag 1 hour waiting to get through on the phone to get a 24 hour fix to go back the next day to the same no connection They direct you to the web but it does not answer your question My recommendation dont trust a virgin experience no

    @virginmedia That’s the speed my PS4 is getting though - how is that fair? I was getting 15-30mb on the PS4 with 50mb download speed from BT in my last place - how am I only getting 2mb with constant lag issues? The internet keeps crashing as well & is regularly much slower than advertised
