    @virginmedia Cancelled yesterday. Was happy at £25 a month. Looks like we're off to Vodafone or Plusnet for £22. Shame really, been a decent service.

    @Virgin @virginmedia RUNG FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME FRI 29th MAY. TOLD FOR THE UMTEENTH TIME A CHEQUE BEEN REQUESTED. PROMISED A CALL BACK TODAY FRI 12th TO SEE IF CHEQUE HAS ARRIVED. NO CHEQUE RECEIVED AND NO PROMISED CALL BACK, ACTUALLY KNEW THAT NEITHER WOULD HAPPEN, WHAT A WAY TO TREAT A 73yr OLD!!

    @EmmettGraham @virginmedia I sympathise with you, can’t get a straight answer from Virgin Media, You’re just passed from “pillar to Post”getting nowhere! such a Dire Company, Customer Service Non Existant! Anybody thinking of joining them should be aware and stay well away!!

    @virginmedia My Account no was 017615801 Area Ref 01 Mavis Cartwright you will see that my account has a cred balance owed to me. Now 3 1/2 months 103 days no refund cheque received, I’m over 73 and need this money. Please Help

    @EmmettGraham @virginmedia Well, I’m getting nowhere fast, Twitter reply said they could help, but haven’t. Just gave me a no to text to, which won’t accept texts, and a no to ring that I already had. Rung again to no avail. Can’t answer anything about my overdue refund, disgraceful!!

    @virginmedia I don't have any wired devices. The service has just been lost again. When the service is lost one of the green lights on my TiVo box starts to flash, but TV service remains normal

    @EmmettGraham @virginmedia I actually took the option of “Are You Thinking Of Leaving Us” earlier. I was answered quite quickly, but nothing was resolved. I was, as usual transferred to somebody else and then on hold for 10mins. Still nothing resolved with my issue, Good Luck to you.

    @virginmedia No that’s the problem nobody can tell me!! It’s 103 days since my services were switched off( after my 30days notice) 16th February my services were switched off. I just keep being told that numerous requests have been made to send my refund cheque!

    @virginmedia That doesn’t explain why you said you could help. I already knew where to ring and told you that I had done that many times, to no avail! I doubt that the matter is in hand and that I will ever get the promised call back,but I will certainly let you know!

    @virginmedia Ring the no you gave me. Passsed on to Krishia. Told me cheque has been requested but doesn’t know why never been sent. Asked me to wait 7days and she will ring me back to see If I have received it. So no further forward!! Such a Dire Company!!

    .@virginmedia After 10 years, cancelled today. £62/month for gig1, retention offered me £59 OR 500mbps for £3 below normal. New customers get £39.99. I'm worth £3 after 10 years. Moving to @GiganetUK for 900/900mbps at £40/month. Actually insulted at your customer loyalty.

    @virginmedia I didn’t receive an email, when asked for a copy I was told I couldn’t be sent one. same package offered for existing customers is £60+ with discount I can get it for £50 however it’s advertised on website for £29.99 Nothing gained for being loyal so il just cancel the contract.

    @virginmedia Test ran and it said to check equipment it’s so intermittent it’s terrible, I’ve had no help and support from virgin and am looking forward to the contract ending
