    @virginmedia Hi the app says service is fine but when using text message constantly says not delivered but I only realise when I go back in later ... I think it’s poor signal in my home because I go outside it works ....

    Well, @richardbranson @virginmedia - been a customer since the Telewest days, but the broadband service is almost unusable now. I don’t know what’s going wrong, but you’re going to start losing customers rapidly, if you don’t get this sorted.

    @virginmedia Adding a character and then removing that character worked. By pasting the password in, it wasn’t accepting the password regardless. It needed a character to be manually added. I’ve never seen that before on any password fields on any other site, seems like an API issue maybe.

    @virginmedia Nope. I have username already selected to my email address, password filled in on both fields, security question drop down selected and answer given in the field, and date of birth drop downs all selected. There’s nothing else I can select or that hadn’t been filled in now.

    @virginmedia disappointed to say the least. Customer for 5 years, out of contract, bill is £120 a month, Phone up to renew and negotiate, no offers. Despite Amazon being a new competitor for sports and the mobile experience being infinitely better with them. Package cancelled.

    @virginmedia 6/12 later we still haven’t despite phone calls and false assurances we still have not got number back contacted vm whom basically said it’s my problem and here’s the number to call no help .... it’s beyond disappointing

    @virginmedia Have done each time wasting an hour of my time with no resolving .. not meaning to be harsh but not used to poor service wasted six hours already when you add up wasted hours

    @virginmedia Please note @Ofcom that @virginmedia has been down across south west London for 48 hours due to a 3rd party digging up a cable. Virgin Media’s network resilience; disaster recovery; and customer comm’s are inadequate.

    Sick of how bad our @virginmedia WiFi is. Off more than it is on lately.Yet they don't make contact with us to explain why or any money back for lack of service we receive.Couple that up with having to add data on to our phones to make up for it and fair to say we are p*ssed off

    @virginmedia After 5 phone calls and 4hrs and lots of negotiation I may have settled with a deal. Will look through the deal probably today as I have a 14 day cooling off period. If I did cancel your retention department would be on it straight away. Both BT and Sky are more than competitive

    @virginmedia 1/ Thanks but it's the dog biting its tail. The service checker does only detect issues for tv while we clearly are heavily impacted on broadband. If i try and run the Check on the hub, it just says it can't run the services at the moment. Since it can't run the checks ..

    @virginmedia despite repeated attempts to resolve my @netflix issue, your staff have been unable to. I pay through VM but for last 3 months my tile has disappeared and VM doesn't know why. Despite no resolution, for unbeknownst reasons your agents have closed down my complaints!

    @virginmedia It never reflects the right thing, lost internet approximately 7 times ranging from 30 mins to 4 hours over the last 30 days. No credits because it never registers in your system but the guy on the phone says there's a problem, 2 years no issues last 30 days all problems.

    @virginmedia Previously yes. My issue isn’t getting through, if I want to get through I just mention upgrade. As soon as I mention upgrade I get a response instantly, however when you realise that upgrade mens I’ll be paying LESS I get “transferred” and then I’m left waiting hours
