@jamiec1995 @virginmedia Won’t show the 5G network on the wireless at all, reboots back the the 2G one its saving the settings then when you click WiFi it’s not there and reverts back to only showing the previous WiFi’s

.@virginmedia not having the best customer services experience, and it's not due to Corona. 1st time around I was cut off. 2nd time, CSR couldn't get her system to work, but he colleagues was working, yet she wasn't allowed to transfer my call to them, so I'd need to call back.

@Bluesmachine100 @virginmedia No a web page. Issue i had with my router is that it was overheating as a lot of traffic and 2x VPN's where being used. Also port forwarding for my printers and stuff. In short not fit for purpose. Put it in dumb mode and get your own router.

@virginmedia I haven’t lodged a formal complaint, but asked your call centre team to ask for the area manager to call me, but so far I’ve not heard anything! As you say, complaining isn’t going to speed things up, so I can’t see the point as the main issue is not being connected already

Discovered last night that if you've recorded something on your tivo through @virginmedia and you no longer have access to the channel you recorded it from then you can't watch it any more and honestly that's pretty ****, isn't it?
