    @virginmedia I have recently moved house the new house has 2 virgin wall sockets one downstairs one up, plugged in down stairs we get 500mbps but we want the hub upstairs so we plugged it into the upstairs wall socket everything is live but now only get 50mbps? Any fix to this?

    @virginmedia I’ve had an issue with my phone since February this year…I’ve sent it to you twice for repair and followed the online troubleshooting more times than I can remember but I’m still facing the same issue.

    @virginmedia any more movies/box sets from you as we don’t have the latest TiVo box to support them OR we transfer WiFi suppliers from EE to Virgin!! The word ‘blackmail’ springs to mind!! In the meantime the engineer is going to return with a replacement like for like TiVo box -

    @virginmedia Hi - after holding for 25+ mins I spoke with an individual who arranged for an engineer to call the next day which was excellent. Unfortunately it transpired that we were not eligible for a new upgraded box because you did not support our WiFi which means we either don’t purchase

    @virginmedia I’ve just rung up agai every single time I tell my problem, they tell mr they will put me through to the right team. The right team answers & immediately hangs up. Just done the text thing and someone called me. I say hello & they hang up. I’m getting sick of it.

    @virginmedia didn’t resolve it. The error codes seem like delaying tactics as each time it would tell us it was something else that was the problem. Even when we did get to watch some of the episode it was stuttering at regular intervals. The same also applies to the two

    @virginmedia I’ll pass. Virgin can write to me then if they want me. I’m not sitting on a phone for an hour, being passed from pillar to post, not being able to hear cause of awful connection and background noise. Having to repeat myself over and over is not how I wish to spend my day.

    @virginmedia I am not a VirginMedia customer. One of your customers used my email address to sign up (I can see they've tried to change to a new email but never verified). Hence I can currently log in to the VirginMedia site and see their account. Also receive monthly bills by email etc.

    @virginmedia On phone for an hour with customer service then cut off. Bill raised by £20 per month with no warning. Called this morning and spent 5 minutes on option choice then message says you are now closed. Joke service, absolute joke.

    @virginmedia 3 out of the last 4 Sunday nights we have lost our internet. Reset this time and it is still not coming back on (flashing green lights). Service status says no issues but when I run the test it says there is a known issue.

    @virginmedia despite being reassured when I called AGAIN in the week to chase my complaint, we’ve been cut off. Both key workers working from home, disgraceful. You can keep to that SLA but not your own complaint resolution SLA?

    @virginmedia I will be making a complaint but I need to wait and see if they actually turn up on the 23rd and 25th first as this is the third set of dates given for installation that I have had to ring to get ... no one contacts me to say they are cancelled just wait in for nothing
