  .@virginmedia not having the best customer services experience, and it's not due to Corona. 1st time around I was cut off. 2nd time, CSR couldn't get her system to work, but he colleagues was working, yet she wasn't allowed to transfer my call to them, so I'd need to call back.

  @virginmedia Nope. When I phoned up about it, some *** in Mauritius said I didn't need one and cancelled the order. He was very rude. As I said, swindle. My renewing was based on getting boosters to to up my waning signals so this is fraud, in my eyes.

  @virginmedia 2/2 yesterday she called again, was told there wasn’t an issue. She said as could t be resolved she wanted to leave, was told she couldn’t do that until bill was paid as she had used some data. Had to use data as can’t get calls!

  @virginmedia I don't think you can do a cheaper deal on my current package, so i asked Rajesh to give me prices for broadband only and he couldn't, so, 4 hours later, i'm still waiting for Customer Relations to reply. I've now been on hold or waiting for replies for 24 hours.

  @ashgoldy @virginmedia I'm amazed you managed to get through to cancel. I've tried to call four times only to be cut off after about an hour on hold each time. The text call back system is also hopeless, I tried that several times with no luck 👎 Having another go on Monday 😱
