@virginmedia You are not listening. I understand it fluctuates. What I mean is why have I had an acceptable 300meg signal for 11 months & now it’s dropped to below half that? 4 phone calls & two technician visits can’t sort it???? I want what I had!

@virginmedia Do you know how many times I’ve had to “test” the wifi signal Etc? This method has been done time and time again, yes it’s a quick fix but few days pass and hey presto back to smoke signals and carry pigeon wifi… I want reimbursing for the days lost due to wifi dropping out!
