Was told finally it was an upload issue from the amp that supplied the box on the street. But still we're having issues. The 150 number is joke, make it simple!!!

TheAspiLawStudent (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England@virginmedia Considering my router is a 1gbps it shouldn't be an issue. However even with wired it'll vary between 15mbps and 110mbps. However our average over a month is 53.6mbps, which is less than half the speed we pay for 😳.

None of your call centre staff can help us we've spent hours on hold this week.

You promise items with your packed Currently received 1/3 and had to complain about that over the phone.

You can block anything you want or them and restrict sites and device time and you get to okay anything they install on the device. Most adults as thick as pig **** to use them.
