    So. I've now had 3 @virginmedia techies in 2 days tell me they've resolved my issue. That remains to be seen. It in no way excuses the engineer no-show 🤬🤬🤬

    Don't you just love @virginmedia "technical support" The router shows critical T3 timeout every few minutes, the connection drops but it's our equipment internally causing the issue. Pull the other one.

    @YODELhell my neighbour is a @virginmedia customer for years and he's still waiting for his V6 box as they gave him a Tivo box. They say it was delivered by Yodel last year but wasn't. As its showing as delivered at VM they won't send it again. Virtually calling him a liar.
