    @virginmedia Don't really want to waste another hour of my life calling back yet again! Already wasted 2 hrs was given a 'direct" number which no-one answered. Call centre can't help or understand problem. What is the point? Do U get reimbursement for all the inconvenience @virginmedia ?

    @virginmedia The cookies are always active. As I said I didn’t close the browser I just refreshed the page. So now 5 slots are taken by my MacBook. But it won’t allow me to watch on my MacBook so what can you do to help me?

    @virginmedia I can’t do my job without them fixing something yet I’ve called everyday to be spoken to like **** and being put on hold for over 2 hours each time

    @virginmedia Okay let me start from the beginning and just read everything I say and then give me a solution. I tried watching on my Mac last night. It kept telling me to register my device so I did. And now it’s saying there’s max devices registered and won’t let me watch anything

    @virginmedia Network outage ystrday was fixed: but problems pre-date that. I ran the automated diagnostic 2day: reset box (again): still having probs. Is a new box worth a try? Perhaps a bit of fluff build up/its tired after 3 yrs dedicated hard work. Bit like me. Only I'm still working.💪

    @virginmedia Have had a few text back and forths since the above tweets. Both identified network problems in my area (BN1), with an estimated fix of 18 Nov. No improvement today, it’s awful. I’ve written to your Sunderland address by recorded delivery, are you still picking up post there?

    @virginmedia I have checked, the previous issue was expected to be fixed the same day, so this must be a new issue. The nee issue is expected to be fixed today, but I'm having problems everyday.

    @virginmedia had to cut off after 20 mins on hold to your customer service team. How do I contact you? Brand new customer, already want to cancel. Sales team picked up in seconds... Obviously.

    @virginmedia They are. When I called customer service, they said there was record of me changing my package (I did) but no record of cancellation within the two weeks (which I also did), so I was locked into the full contract. But it makes no sense to request equipment back in that case.

    @virginmedia I’m a new customer., I have now spent over an hour and 3/4s on the phone trying to speak with a human and get broadband to work. COVID is not an excuse, it’s been around for 6 months!
