@PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌

@virginmedia My wifi has been off since 9/2/22. We were told a technician would be out 12/2/22, this appointment then got changed to 14/2/22 between 8am - 12pm. My mom stayed in and no one attended. We rang customer service at 1pm and were told no appointment was booked (1)
