Magnolia’s Art (@Magnoli23215778) reported@virginmedia As I have an engineer coming out on average every 6wks for last 18months, am now wanting to leave them. Saying I’ve to pay £1300 to get out of my remaining 14months contract. Anyone else having issues? Incompetent lot!
-
GauBan_Penguin 🐧*Audio Description: Blue Tick* (@GauBan) reportedVirgin Media/O2 service event to **** when they started using the same type of call centres that Scammer PayBack would have interest in.
-
Paul Green (@pgreen83) reported@virginmedia I have sent another private message. 3 weeks non stop of having issues with virgin. When is everything going to work? I pay £120 a month for something that I cannot use.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
ArtVandaley (@dothefunkgibbon) reported@virginmedia Instead of silly twitter replies , when you know there is a big outage why don't you publish it on the website ? Have a message on the phone line also , would solve a lot of problems . Your phone lines were overwhelmed yet that could have been prevented .
-

It has dropped interconnection across multiple fixed ISPs (Virgin Media, Eir, Siro, NBI) simultaneously.
-

-
