    @virginmedia I've spent three hours over two calls waiting for you to confirm a discount on my below standard broadband and to deliver a booster. I have had to escalate a complaint as it couldn't be resolved on the phone yet I'm still waiting for the level of service promised!!!

    @virginmedia Then was told a booster would be delivered that never arrived. So when I called back it hadn't actually been ordered. I finally received it yesterday but am still waiting for a call back following a complaint I made and the charges I am not willing to pay for the booster.

    @virginmedia Repeated wifi failure causing issues trying to stream any catch up or live channels. Wifi drops at random intervals. Poor signal strength through my property. Failure to organise the booster as promised way back in September. Failure to call me back after request for my number.

    @virginmedia which says its now fixed but yet again I have upload speed of 2MB or less like I had for 2 weeks at the start of the month. Your service is absolutely atrocious. Never renewing this contract. About time you sold up to someone who can actually provide a reliable cable service.

    @virginmedia Intermittent (but regular) drop outs of service in its entirety, poor reach of signal in a relatively small house in other times and because of both only advice has been switch it off and start again. It is becoming tiresome!

    @virginmedia Dreadful service all week long. Internet and TV issues day after day. Apparently you are "improving our service" one day and "experiencing a complex issue" the next. I do not trust your service updates. Rather than spouting weak customer service platitudes do something about it.

    @virginmedia The fault lies within the manhole cover with the network junction box. I know that as the 2 lights on my receiver outside my property have 1 green and 1 red led, both should be green. So it’s a fault either on the cable or the network box to which the cable connects.

    @virginmedia Yes. I had my internet installed on 16/12. The tech installing it didn’t bother to check its operation. I had to wait 4 days for someone to repair it. The fix lasted less than 36 hours. I’ve been without internet since Monday at 5pm.
