    @virginmedia We have, it’s fine for a while then happens again it’s been happening for months and months your broadband just doesn’t meet the service promises all the time! We complain, it works for a few months then goes awry again. We had so many engineers, a plug in thing, still happens

    No wifi since the 26/5. Contacted Virgin Media and said it’ll be fixed by 20/6. Still not fixed so contact again and they say it’ll be fixed by 24/6. Honestly tired of the lies I’m being fed just want the service I pay a lot of money for to be running as normal again.
