    @virginmedia had no TiVo working for 1 week now. WiFi running really slow. 5th day of calling up and being passed from pillar to post, on hold for 45 mins only to be told I’ve been transferred to the wrong department, further hold for 35 minutes to have the line go dead!!!!

    @virginmedia Boosters have been lost in transit, waiting to find out if more will be sent. WiFi signal is terrible, hub 4 worse than hub 3. Extremely frustrated, paying a fortune for service not fit for purpose.

    @virginmedia internet issues again. Called someone in technical team and they said they weren’t trained to deal with it and someone will call by 4 . I’m still waiting on the manager to call me on Sunday. I work from home . @virginmedia lies so much it’s ridiculous

    @virginmedia I called yesterday and was told no one could help and to wait for the tech that I said the online chat agent said they'd book when I spoke to them on Sunday. I just have to wait. So I'll see if this person turns up tomorrow as I was told and if not, I'll find another service.

    @virginmedia I have called 4times, 14,41,24 & 43 minutes call durations ! Do you have a number for cancellations department ? This service is absolutely shocking! No tv service until the end of November is just not good enough !
