@ThingsByNik @virginmedia Have noticed they’re hard to get hold of as I’ve had issues with my install (outdoors related) they should at least do you a deal…if you could actually speak to them they will prob offer you something, that’s what Sky usually do

@virginmedia Well I've just had a "sort of" resolution but still not really acceptable. I gave 30 days notice to cancel my services as want to get Sky. Sky and Openreach are coming tomorrow to fit phoneline & services. I have booked a day off work for this. If there is still (cont) >>

@virginmedia Yes after waiting almost an hour..... It turns out the price increase doesn't apply to me as was stated in the letter......it's an hour I will never get back! Maybe @virginmedia need to be more careful about who they are sending these letters out to.....

@virginmedia The TV is out The box just keeps going from no signal to starting up on a loop Currently ourphone line isn't working again I've lost count of how many engineers have been out ! We are paying just under £100 a month for what ?? Thankfully internet ok I'm a home worker !

@vmbusiness for almost 3 months now the KT10 area has been plagued with frequent drop outs daily, was told a couple of months ago yes there was an issue, then last month that an upgrade was being done and today there is actually no internet at all. (1/2)

@virginmedia Agreed, but to call a chargeable number for a £3.00 refund? Not worth the call as it would probably cost me more. It's not about the refund, its the principle of being sold a service that on this occasion wasn't fit for purpose.
