@virginmedia Okay let me start from the beginning and just read everything I say and then give me a solution. I tried watching on my Mac last night. It kept telling me to register my device so I did. And now it’s saying there’s max devices registered and won’t let me watch anything

@virginmedia the pre installation team never turned up, so I rang up and was told the work had been completed. This is not the case as no one ever even turned up to do the work, can you look into this please
