@virginmedia The cookies are always active. As I said I didn’t close the browser I just refreshed the page. So now 5 slots are taken by my MacBook. But it won’t allow me to watch on my MacBook so what can you do to help me?

@virginmedia I was offered a price to increase my broadband price by the sales team last week, have just called and been told it’s now double. Now been put through to customer service who can do the deal, on hold forever and it’s was sales who initially offered the price. What’s going on?

@virginmedia To be honest it’s just another little issue among many with virgin. I still have a complaint from January that I’ve had no response from, and when I called about my broadband issue the response was “you need a bigger package”. Still get poor service
