@virginmedia I did and they couldn’t do anything. I’m very disappointed that not even going just broadband could reduce anywhere near new customers. My car insurance has to match new customer deals. You should do the same.

If someone takes your road up, you get a notice. If Virgin fibre goes down or someone just pushes the wrong button, it's all meh

@virginmedia Internet back up now. Don't have a problem with either maintenance or an unavoidable fault, I just wish you'd send out an SMS or something to inform customers of why, and for how long. Otherwise you get people just sat waiting and none the wiser.

@virginmedia It is recommending a booster but says they aren't available at the moment. Our issue isn't the signal (some rooms are poor and yes it would be great to improve those rooms) It is the wi fi dropping out completely for hours at a time, quite frequently.

@virginmedia You need to look at your replies and how you respond to queries. How do you suppose it gets escalated when after my call yesterday with Virgin from 11am-7pm it didn’t? I’ve been contacting Virgin on those methods and there is no resolution!
