    @Bannedanaliens1 @virginmedia I'm having similar issues. If you pay by Direct Debit you can claim from the DD guarantee, doesn't solve the speed but gives them a kick.

    @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Part 3, include the calls where they told me I wouldn’t pay a fee. I put a formal complaint mid Sept and was told the early fee wouldn’t be charged until complaint completed but I have just noticed a bad credit score mark. Still nothing from virgin.

    @virginmedia When I signed up to the Corona package. You told me I'd have 200mbps. I didnt realise this was a 21 hour plan that would start at 3am and finish about midnight. What do you do to your network at this time of night when I'm 'out of plan'.
