    @virginmedia Account which then changed my bill been in the phone today to customer service who advised it’s fixed now and will have the confirmation through, and just had it and it is still wrong. I have had someone called Ross from billing,dealing with this but now no response from him 🙄

    @virginmedia Tried them all over 18 months. Short of moving the router, which imo will shift the issue from one room to another, there's not a lot else open to me according to your representatives. We work from home and my wife uses all her mobile data every month as a wifi hotspot

    @MeNigeStew I'm with @virginmedia suffering for decent coverage in parts of the house & despite trying a pod (which has yet to work btw) wifi extenders (which fight with the main router) & 2 engineer visits I'm still suffering. Having full TV as well not sure how broadband price breaks down

    @virginmedia Oh no :(. Their phone line is terrible, ironically - they keep telling me it's a bad line but my phone works absolutely fine with everyone else so I end up having to say everything about eight times as they miss the start of every sentence for some reason.
