@virginmedia right Virgin, I’m done...I can’t stream, can’t watch catch up, can’t watch a film on demand, WiFi dropping out, can’t get through to anyone to sort the problem. DD cancelled and i expect you to resolve my persistent technical issues or accept a lost customer.

@virginmedia Repeated wifi failure causing issues trying to stream any catch up or live channels. Wifi drops at random intervals. Poor signal strength through my property. Failure to organise the booster as promised way back in September. Failure to call me back after request for my number.

@virginmedia keep me on hold for 40 minutes then answer and cut me off. Shocking service. Ive tried to update online and get told I have to call. Twice I've been cut off after being on hold and or answered. Conveniently can't email either 😡😡

Can anyone recommend a decent internet provider? Have had issues with @virginmedia dropping out for the a few weeks. Had an engineer out today, the second one in as many weeks, who confirmed again he had ‘fixed’ the issue only for same issue to return a couple of hours later 🙃🙃

@virginmedia Other (not old) account is my parents & still active its not the primary and was created many years ago. Apparently this is what the IT ticket is meant to be doing. I fail to see why this is such an issue such a small back end change to unlink their account and link mine surely?
