@virginmedia just wasted two hours on web chat trying to get a better sim deal as advertised. 45 mins to get through security. Tried to check/sign in on the Virgin mobile app and it doesn’t work for me or my husband, despite having an account for years. An absolute joke! 👎🏻

@virginmedia I was offered a price to increase my broadband price by the sales team last week, have just called and been told it’s now double. Now been put through to customer service who can do the deal, on hold forever and it’s was sales who initially offered the price. What’s going on?

@virginmedia right Virgin, I’m done...I can’t stream, can’t watch catch up, can’t watch a film on demand, WiFi dropping out, can’t get through to anyone to sort the problem. DD cancelled and i expect you to resolve my persistent technical issues or accept a lost customer.

@EppsRacer @virginmedia Gave up with @virginmedia many moons ago with the internet constantly being down which was laughable as I'd been talked into an upgrade that would cure the issue. Gave up with the call centre and sent a letter basically saying stuff! your contract

@virginmedia Let me explain. Someone in your company has the authority to tell a technician to go to an address. I suggest you go to your manager and they go to theirs until a person who has authority is involved. I’ve put in a complaint but that says I might get a response in 28 days.

@virginmedia Ironically the link is saying that there is nothing wrong. Yet we still have no internet. Spoke to 2 customer service reps and neither were of any assistance. Currently awaiting a call back from a technician but this is incredibly irritating as it worked perfectly yesterday!
