    Not very often I say good things about @virginmedia but todays service was excellent. Peter sorted out Wi-fi problem, wavered the set up fee, and arranged a new hub after lots of line tests. Thank you. (But will have no service for 6 days in all.🙄 Refund?)

    @virginmedia please sort out the issues with the WiFi, Internet, broadband or whatever the term us these days. It is constantly slow or not working. Having to use mobile data is not an effective substitute for the service I am paying for.

    @virginmedia Yes, I have always been able to watch Skysports on my android tablet, until after the recent security update. For info, I can sign in to Skysports app via Virgin TV UK link on my mobile. Seems to be isolated to my tablet. I have unistalled & reinstalled the skysports app

    @virginmedia No, not on my Android tablet as I am unable to reach the 'Virgin TV UK' sign in page. Pressing the button on the sign in page has no functionality. However, I can watch Skysports content on my laptop by normal signing in.

    @virginmedia Yes, My Virginmedia & TVGo apps are working as normal. I believe it is a broken link on the Skysports sign in page. The Virgin TV UK button to enable me to sign in does not work.

    @virginmedia having serious problems linking virgin media account to virgin media O2 ID account - correct email used despite it telling me it’s not and I have an email to confirm 02 account is linked to virgin account - very frustrating - please help!!

    @virginmedia Yes I've tried this many times but can't get past the email verification link page which puts me back to the last Internet page I was on. So I can't sign into anything that requires a virgin media sign in. Still stuck.
