    @virginmedia Don't really want to waste another hour of my life calling back yet again! Already wasted 2 hrs was given a 'direct" number which no-one answered. Call centre can't help or understand problem. What is the point? Do U get reimbursement for all the inconvenience @virginmedia ?

    @virginmedia why does my super hub 3 keep resetting my WiFi password. I’m having to change it through settings every other day because it keeps defaulting back to the security key, this is causing major issues

    @virginmedia Wow, that link sums up VM service. I’ve spoken to at least 4 people to state my displeasure, had a Twitter‘conversation’ with you stating my issues and you send me a link to complain, one of which is to phone customer services! I can never get through to customer services!

    @virginmedia Our broadband, TV and phone services have all gone down. Called customer service and they’re sending an engineer out next Wednesday. App says issue with phone in our area. Is there a wider outage? Person on phone just working to script so couldn’t answer that.

    @virginmedia They did suggest sending out an engineer but I refused as both my boxes have the issue so don't feel it's a hardware issue and don't want someone in my house trying to fix what looks like a set up issue, especially in the current climate

    @virginmedia i have to say i am shocked with the level of service i received today with the issues im getting with my broadband.Still not fixed and cutting out when im on video calls with customers.told i dont pay to get wifi i pay for broadband and if i need a signal drill holes

    @virginmedia Fam what is the point in having internet if it never ******' works. Always "intermittent signal in your area" but never offers any help or reaches back out to try and actually fix the problem. 🤷
