@virginmedia Okay let me start from the beginning and just read everything I say and then give me a solution. I tried watching on my Mac last night. It kept telling me to register my device so I did. And now it’s saying there’s max devices registered and won’t let me watch anything

@spenjflairs @jayrayner1 @virginmedia Virgin don’t use BT cabling, they have their own network. They use to many years ago but stopped doing it so any problems with Virgin Broadband is theirs to fix.

@virginmedia I downgraded my package in January,but it was not implemented from your end ! Hence why I get charged double/triple every month until I call customer care and explain the story ( every MONTH) I have been your customer for past 15 years ! Customer care won’t resolve the issue
