    @virginmedia I was offered a price to increase my broadband price by the sales team last week, have just called and been told it’s now double. Now been put through to customer service who can do the deal, on hold forever and it’s was sales who initially offered the price. What’s going on?

    @virginmedia right Virgin, I’m done...I can’t stream, can’t watch catch up, can’t watch a film on demand, WiFi dropping out, can’t get through to anyone to sort the problem. DD cancelled and i expect you to resolve my persistent technical issues or accept a lost customer.

    @virginmedia I have. The issue has only started to happen since the reset. I also can’t see why changing the password would stop me receiving spam emails which you should be filtering out. Seems many people are having the same issue.
