@virginmedia just wasted two hours on web chat trying to get a better sim deal as advertised. 45 mins to get through security. Tried to check/sign in on the Virgin mobile app and it doesn’t work for me or my husband, despite having an account for years. An absolute joke! 👎🏻

@EppsRacer @virginmedia Gave up with @virginmedia many moons ago with the internet constantly being down which was laughable as I'd been talked into an upgrade that would cure the issue. Gave up with the call centre and sent a letter basically saying stuff! your contract

@virginmedia right Virgin, I’m done...I can’t stream, can’t watch catch up, can’t watch a film on demand, WiFi dropping out, can’t get through to anyone to sort the problem. DD cancelled and i expect you to resolve my persistent technical issues or accept a lost customer.

@virginmedia Ok, so after 7pm, it wasn't fixed and said 10pm. After 10pm, it wasn't fixed and said after 10am. Unplugged the modem overnight, went to bed, turned it back on this morning and it had an update! Let it do that and we now have internet. DL speed a little slow, but easter. :)

@virginmedia my internet is down. your service page claims there are no issues, but I'm seeing a "no RF signal" error on the hub, which can't be the result of anything i've changed, as I haven't changed anything and the signal was just fine yesterday. birmingham B32.
