@virginmedia It says no issue in the area, then when I click "still having issues" the local scan shows intermittent outages in the area, been like this for 24hrs+

Not very often I say good things about @virginmedia but todays service was excellent. Peter sorted out Wi-fi problem, wavered the set up fee, and arranged a new hub after lots of line tests. Thank you. (But will have no service for 6 days in all.🙄 Refund?)

@nerdscav @the_hinchy @virginmedia Yes because a WiFi extender will fix the issue when it's the incoming line and not the hardware 😳. The routers gives a 3ping and 1GBps connection. The issue is virgin's crappy network 👍

The answer to your question, if you are subscription to Amazon Prime then you should be able to get Britbox as an add on using thier app on any device, such as Sky or VirginMedia. The content is mirrored on their service. I hope this helps.
