@virginmedia But in case you can’t find that - your Twitter people gave me a wrong number for support after me saying you hide that number then your support said they’d send a new box - which they didn’t. Month later new support then sent a new box (no remote though)

@virginmedia I was on the phone for 2 hours and 22 minutes, the issue hasn't been resolved at all, in fact it's entirely unresolved in the most irritating way imaginable with different staff telling me wildly contradictory information, so would really appreciate your help on this.
