TheAspiLawStudent (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England@virginmedia Yeah, I've done all that (I'm a techy) it's why it's in modem mode and replaced with a capable router. The issue isnt the equipment it's the connection. Without the hub3 I can run upto 900Mbps download and 240mbps upload.

Don't have a problem with either maintenance or an unavoidable fault, I just wish you'd send out an SMS or something to inform customers of why, and for how long. Otherwise you get people just sat waiting and none the wiser.

I have had someone called Ross from billing,dealing with this but now no response from him 🙄

Peter sorted out Wi-fi problem, wavered the set up fee, and arranged a new hub after lots of line tests. Thank you. (But will have no service for 6 days in all.🙄 Refund?)
