Having full TV as well not sure how broadband price breaks down

Steven Michael Macdonald (@NowHearThis1) reported from South Shore, England@Jack173_ @virginmedia The service has been truly awful for a week now Jack, you'll probably find it's nothing to do with your end. This is exactly what I'm talking about. If someone takes your road up, you get a notice. If Virgin fibre goes down or someone just pushes the wrong button, it's all meh
-
Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England@virginmedia The work has been completed within 2 hours, which is commendable. Have checked my postcode and sadly you don’t offer a service here, even though it’s only about 20 feet from where they have just been working.

Steven Michael Macdonald (@NowHearThis1) reported from South Shore, England@virginmedia @Mikeper81999705 This is what I'm tweeting about. It's no information that the internet is down, I know my internet is down. Customers for some odd reason, might want to know why??
-
Alan Tyson (@aptyson1960) reported from South Shore, England@virginmedia I did and they couldn’t do anything. I’m very disappointed that not even going just broadband could reduce anywhere near new customers. My car insurance has to match new customer deals. You should do the same.
-
Steven Michael Macdonald (@NowHearThis1) reported from South Shore, England@virginmedia Can your company please start putting out adequate information directly to your customers please, instead of assuming we should go looking for answers. Believe it or not people deal with the truth far better than these days would tell us. Why is the network failing?

CrankyGeek (@pepetideo) reported from Oxford, EnglandYou only know how sitty a service provider relly is when something goes wrong. Was with @virginmedia for over 5 years. Now that i decided to leave they have charged me for 2 months with me already with another provider. After complaining they take 2 months to refund you and now that i sent them their router they somehow misplaced it and charged me 40 quid saying i didnt send it (even thought i had a call last week where i gave them the receipt) If you are their customer.. Get out as soon as possible and remember to block the direct debits. They cannot be trusted with your money.
-
Joel Sheppard (@joelshepp) reported@virginmedia It is absolutely diabolical; The usability is horrific; The interface is horrendous; You cannot recover deleted items; The recordings do not split between movies and TV shows; and The audio function on the remote control never works. How do I stop the constant upgrade messages?!!
-
entrustTMF (@entrustTMF) reported@miaKJKJ22 @Gary1165 @virginmedia Working from home too. A real pain. They told me there was a problem in the area, then made up manifold times that it would be fixed. Often pushing forward the fix by a risible 56 minutes! Then a text yesterday saying it WAS fixed(app said perfect too)...when it obviously wasn't
-
entrustTMF (@entrustTMF) reported@virginmedia OK, leaving aside the fact it seems pretty poor that I haven't had a reply from the original agent for four days now I'm happy enough to send a repeat of it IF I don't need to faff about going through security yet AGAIN? IF I do-I'll just wait for a reply to the original DMs. OK?

Spamhaus (@spamhaus) reported@orange 151.217.0.0/16 AS62016 AS198198 AS42987 AS22879 AS199524 AS62016: Virgin Media 🇬🇧 AS198198: Telefonica Global Solutions 🇪🇸 AS42987: Virgin Media 🇬🇧 AS22879: Sirus, Inc 🇺🇸 AS199524: Gcore 🇳🇱 Location is Chicago. However, this case is slightly different. 151.217.0.0/16 is a "bogon", which means the network is not assigned to anyone at this time (and so nobody should be using it). After the first announcement, new (presumably fake) carriers were inserted into the BGP path as a decoy. The general modus operandi suggests that this is the same gang in action
-
Just Be Retro (@JustBeRetro) reported@virginmedia my virgin TV has not worked since 16th March the problem was identified on 17th March Why has it not been fixed
-

Jason Caine Smith (@jasoncainesmith) reported@virginmedia pathetic service!! I thought Sky were bad but this is disgusting! You send a new box out to an 83 year old man and expect him to install it and when by miracle his son manages to do this you don’t activate it from your end!! Several calls and you
-
lacy (@lacy123319) reported@virginmedia switch to us and we'll pay up to £250 switch fee. Oh ok.. 37 days to wait for initial installation. Oh no, wait! Let's cancel 48 hours before and Let's increase that another 55 days... what a joke of a company. No thanks felicia
