    @1Sharpy7 @virginmedia I’ve just been on hold for 90 mins and hung up. Was going to upgrade my speed but might leave. They are so poor at dealing with customers it’s frightening.

    @virginmedia The 4 people I spoke to seemed to think they were running late from the visit last Thursday, lady I spoke to was helpful and was calling the tech that visited the problem, another 5 days later and still no update!

    @virginmedia Internet back up now. Don't have a problem with either maintenance or an unavoidable fault, I just wish you'd send out an SMS or something to inform customers of why, and for how long. Otherwise you get people just sat waiting and none the wiser.

    @virginmedia no online help, call centre not answering? Done everything it states on your website and automated call. WiFi signal still dropping out!!!!!! Give us a clue???

    @virginmedia I will know more later when champions league football is on, but after a while on 4k the box will crash and reboot its self , but just replaced the hdmi cables so I will see how it goes, but normally I cant fault your service

    @virginmedia Spoken with plasterer and to fix the K Rend £2000, they need to redo the full front of my house for it to match!!! I need this sorting urgently and need to speak with someone who can assist with this, it’s beyond a joke.

    @virginmedia I did and they couldn’t do anything. I’m very disappointed that not even going just broadband could reduce anywhere near new customers. My car insurance has to match new customer deals. You should do the same.

    @virginmedia @BAFTA Great broadband absolutely lousy customer service been trying to sort out something on my account since March so had to cancel and go to sky what a shame they don’t care about existing customers

    @virginmedia Account which then changed my bill been in the phone today to customer service who advised it’s fixed now and will have the confirmation through, and just had it and it is still wrong. I have had someone called Ross from billing,dealing with this but now no response from him 🙄

    @virginmedia And no response on my second, and then an incorrect bill, this is why someone is meant to be ringing me to sort it out and deal properly as I’m so angry with the service received

    @virginmedia Virgin media are screwing their customers over. There is no way an engineer takes this many days to fix a large outage. Many disabled customers are put in danger bc their equipment & emergency equipment use Virgin. They charge a lot of money for a terrible service.

    @virginmedia @DavidVaughan5 We have a engineer here right now and change the hub over to a new one and it’s still not working. Flashing yellow lights. This is a network problem. What is happening please? Doesn’t look like a fix will be happening

    @markenello @virginmedia Been through the frustrations too Mark. Almost made my blood boil, cut off several times while on long calls and took ages to manage to leave. Had issues afterwards too. Moved to EE and really happy and a UK call centre with very helpful folk. Fifty pounds a month less too!

    @VodafoneIreland If there are webpages that I can access via Virgin Media or Three but not via your broadband service, then I think you have a problem.
