@Jack173_ @virginmedia The service has been truly awful for a week now Jack, you'll probably find it's nothing to do with your end. This is exactly what I'm talking about. If someone takes your road up, you get a notice. If Virgin fibre goes down or someone just pushes the wrong button, it's all meh

Once again @virginmedia internet down as soon as we get rain in our area. I need to keep a tally chart with how many times this has happened. Complete and utter shambles

@virginmedia Can your company please start putting out adequate information directly to your customers please, instead of assuming we should go looking for answers. Believe it or not people deal with the truth far better than these days would tell us. Why is the network failing?

@virginmedia Internet back up now. Don't have a problem with either maintenance or an unavoidable fault, I just wish you'd send out an SMS or something to inform customers of why, and for how long. Otherwise you get people just sat waiting and none the wiser.

@virginmedia Tried them all over 18 months. Short of moving the router, which imo will shift the issue from one room to another, there's not a lot else open to me according to your representatives. We work from home and my wife uses all her mobile data every month as a wifi hotspot

@virginmedia very disappointed that being a customer for nearly 25 years doesn’t warrant any discount but being a new one did. Bye bye I’m off to @bt_uk

@virginmedia I did and they couldn’t do anything. I’m very disappointed that not even going just broadband could reduce anywhere near new customers. My car insurance has to match new customer deals. You should do the same.

@virginmedia useless we are trying to cancel and for past 2 weeks now since we have moved home. We have been pushed from pillar to post, been laughed at by customer service. Since we moved we have we've been promised someone will come and sort it.

@virginmedia It’s been a tricky few days as I have been trying to run my media company. I phoned Virgin Media business both times was told it’s an outage. It seems to be working better than ever now, but hoping no more disruptions. Thank you for making contact with me

Morning @virginmedia I know it's not your fault but communication is impossible so I have turned to Twitter for help. Have you any idea when @YodelOnline will get their act together as we have been wasting days off waiting for important packages from you?

Once again @virginmedia your internet connection drops as soon as we get bad weather. Lost count of the amount of times this has happened, and with the amount of money I pay you nothing happens to stop this happening again. Shocking service. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@MeNigeStew I'm with @virginmedia suffering for decent coverage in parts of the house & despite trying a pod (which has yet to work btw) wifi extenders (which fight with the main router) & 2 engineer visits I'm still suffering. Having full TV as well not sure how broadband price breaks down

@virginmedia No email access for 3 days now on the blueyonder access. All I get is "Oops, this page is broken." System says nothing is wrong. Terrible. I have done a check, and it says everything is working correctly on BBand/Telly. ??? Area 01.

@virginmedia How do I make a complaint when I'm not a customer. Making one about one of your employees coming to my door and telling me in an authoritative manner getting me upset, that I'm getting charged next time my strimmer goes through neighbours wire.

@virginmedia Yep I just said that. I wasn't aware the pod had changed the settings. Those settings have been changed back as I do not intend to use the pod as I have now said multiple times. I should not need it to have a WiFi signal as I didnt before so I just want to get my service back

@LeePartridge16 @NagasakiHendo @virginmedia If they won’t match the price, say you want to cancel. Then ask about deals for new customers and can they sign you up while you’re on the phone to save ringing back. Worked for me with Sky a couple of years back. TBF I was having a laugh at that point but they went for it.

Dear @virginmedia. You have just put me through a 2 HOUR (yes! 2 HOURS!) whatsapp conversation, after I waited for a call since yesterday trying to cancel my internet. Now you are charging me for an additional month (2 months total) I am just 2 days late for the 30 day notice.

@virginmedia I'm on a 1GB Fibre plan. The test is via a wired connection on a gigabit network inside my house. All the equipment on my network is operating correctly. But like I said - yesterdays test was a wired connection via Cat6e cable direct from PC to hub.

@virginmedia 5G vanished BEFORE the pod was here so 5G was missing everywhere after always working as it never came back when you had major issues country wide earlier this week. Nothing to do with the pod, albeit the pod did re-merge the channels.
