    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria Every single evening your WiFi goes down for about two hours around teatime. Last night it went off at 6.00 pm and came back on at about 11.00 pm!

    @virginmedia absolute joke cancelled my contract beginning August because of issues ever since its been installed, looked at at my bill I'm still being charged, all equipment in a box so it's not used you have signed me up again for 12 month WTF #jokers

    @virginmedia Sorry @virginmedia I don't wanna complain but your engineer has just left, my services still aren't working I rang customer services and they fobbed me off. They said said we're closing soon so ring back tomo. Not good enough.

    @virginmedia @SLK1971PNE The whole country cant access the Championship game via the red button. Problem not anyones equipment, your issue only. Sort it out, people subscribe just for this. Appalling customer service.

    @virginmedia So I did it this morning and it said there was a problem in my area and it should be fix by 3pm today but I still keep seeing a “no service” sign appear.

    At 20:04 I discovered a problem with my BT tv system so I contacted @Bt_uk on 151. A man named Chris talked me through it and by 20:15 I was up and running again. Now I know why I came away from @virginmedia

    Another day, another issue with @virginmedia broadband. I have to put up with dropouts and slow speeds constantly but I’ve now had about 3 hours of flashing green lights and absolutely no internet 😡

    @virginmedia No. You’re saying network fault but neighbour’s is working perfectly. We need an ENGINEER asap. I can’t work, kids are going stir crazy and I am too. Pls send help - those I’ve spoken to, useless. Not happy at all. Advise.
