    @virginmedia The cookies are always active. As I said I didn’t close the browser I just refreshed the page. So now 5 slots are taken by my MacBook. But it won’t allow me to watch on my MacBook so what can you do to help me?

    @virginmedia Considering my router is a 1gbps it shouldn't be an issue. However even with wired it'll vary between 15mbps and 110mbps. However our average over a month is 53.6mbps, which is less than half the speed we pay for 😳.

    @virginmedia still no broadband in bb3 area since Thurs & update now says tomorrow for fix. Shocking customer service, why can't you tell your customers what is happening instead of saying an engineer is on the way on the updates, at least then we would know what to expect

    @virginmedia LS, I have and do regularly when ever it seems slow. It varies from 12mbps download to a maximum of 110mbps. However the monthly average is under 60mbps. Which falls well short of my guaranteed speed.

    I’m not sure how we could overcome WIFI access but surely there is a way that friendly bods @SkyUK @virginmedia could support to stop children missing out on remote teaching - digital poverty sucks

    @virginmedia please sort out the issues with the WiFi, Internet, broadband or whatever the term us these days. It is constantly slow or not working. Having to use mobile data is not an effective substitute for the service I am paying for.

    @virginmedia No.The account is in my name only.When I sign in I can access my bill etc but,when I scroll down to the quick email link it’s my ex husband’s emails I see not my own.Apparently a ticket was raised to help fix this problem but as yet I am still waiting on someone getting back 2 me

    @virginmedia I have just got off the phone from Virgin customer services who assures me and engineer will collect the equipment on Friday. After 35 years as a Virgin customer I am very disapointed in the poor service I have recieved. Again why do I need to apply for a returns package ?
