    @virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

    @virginmedia You are aware of the problem, told us it's a fault and it's being fixed by 12th April, it wasn't, we rang, you gave us reassurance it will be fixed by the 22nd, it hasn't, we rang got passed around a lot! Now you say it will be fixed 29th. Hands up if you would put up with this?

    @virginmedia The problem is that I was up early this morning and the status was showing as ‘fine’ but there was nowhere to REPORT it. The issue has since been reported by other residents in this area and now acknowledged. This is a new build and I’m 6 months in to the contract.

    @virginmedia As the main reason I keep a landline going is exactly the situation I described - that is, for use in a power cut - I'll probably just dump the landline service. You charge far too much as it is.
