    Absoloutley disgusted with @virginmedia been on hold for 2 hours - I'm an existing customer and one agent has hung on me!!! I want to discuss my existing contract with them. How the hell are you supposed to speak to the complaints department or a manager in charge!

    @virginmedia I am appalled at the customer service. Trying obtain my last bill from 3 months ago. Can’t be done!!account closed. They never sent packaging to send router back after 3 phone calls I gave up but got charged for it.

    @virginmedia my WiFi is down EVERYDAY and it’s only on for a tiny amount of time😭. It keeps going from green flashing to turning itself off and then just sitting there with a green icon on It and then the phone icon appears then the WiFi and goes round x1000

    @virginmedia I don’t know what the bolt on is but before I upgraded my package included kids tv. I was told my tv package wouldn’t change when I upgraded my broadband (to improve the WiFi). The site also seems to be down so I can’t check. Yes WiFi. Booster was supplied by virgin.

    @virginmedia Broadband - poor connections since January when not within direct range of the router. Booster does not improve range. TV - Kids channels not showing. On max tv package.
