@virginmedia Okay let me start from the beginning and just read everything I say and then give me a solution. I tried watching on my Mac last night. It kept telling me to register my device so I did. And now it’s saying there’s max devices registered and won’t let me watch anything

@virginmedia Ooo a response! Now I have a dilemma - do I have to complain about the length of time it took to even try to help me with my original complaint? I do sincerely hope I actually get somewhere this time. The time I have spent trying to resolve this is astronomical!

@virginmedia Already tried this & the people who answer the calls aren't authorised to deal with it and so I get another promised phonecall which is never made!!! What are you going to do to rectify the problem that's been ongoing since November 2020?!?!?! @MartinSLewis #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia The cookies are always active. As I said I didn’t close the browser I just refreshed the page. So now 5 slots are taken by my MacBook. But it won’t allow me to watch on my MacBook so what can you do to help me?

@virginmedia Don't really want to waste another hour of my life calling back yet again! Already wasted 2 hrs was given a 'direct" number which no-one answered. Call centre can't help or understand problem. What is the point? Do U get reimbursement for all the inconvenience @virginmedia ?

@virginmedia No the team can not give me a straight answer. They apologise for not turning up and reschedule and yet again no one turns up. The house has never had broadband but both the neighbours have virgin without any issues. Why is mine an issue?
