    @virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

    @virginmedia Ooo a response! Now I have a dilemma - do I have to complain about the length of time it took to even try to help me with my original complaint? I do sincerely hope I actually get somewhere this time. The time I have spent trying to resolve this is astronomical!

    Help @virginmedia. Once again I'm left unable to ring my doctors because you attempted the direct debit early and it failed. My Oomph sim will now not work until I make a payment. Please that's all I want to do. Do I need to go to Ofcom or the Ombudsman. This seriously effects me

    @virginmedia internet yesterday went from 12mbs (11am) to 30mbs (3pm). Today it’s 3mbs. How is this acceptable? No reported issues but our internet goes up and down constantly, sometimes goes off altogether

    @virginmedia Already tried this & the people who answer the calls aren't authorised to deal with it and so I get another promised phonecall which is never made!!! What are you going to do to rectify the problem that's been ongoing since November 2020?!?!?! @MartinSLewis #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia You are aware of the problem, told us it's a fault and it's being fixed by 12th April, it wasn't, we rang, you gave us reassurance it will be fixed by the 22nd, it hasn't, we rang got passed around a lot! Now you say it will be fixed 29th. Hands up if you would put up with this?

    @virginmedia Yes we have checked all wires. It’s not just this box it is our upstairs also. This has been going on for over 2 months and more and more channels seem to be getting affected. It is really not acceptable. I called to follow up a complaint and they hung up

    @Chadlad1 @POLITlCSUK @virginmedia Nope. But when your contract is up definitely look at the other options. Because if you ever have a problem with Virgin Media, their customer service is completely useless. Hard to contact, and even when you do they are clueless!

    @virginmedia So you’re not going to do anything about it, despite knowing it’s destined to let me down. Exactly the same attitude as the rest of virgin. The problem is, it’s taken almost 4 months. This is the issue; deep rooted - Virgin reps don’t care
