    @virginmedia I've spent three hours over two calls waiting for you to confirm a discount on my below standard broadband and to deliver a booster. I have had to escalate a complaint as it couldn't be resolved on the phone yet I'm still waiting for the level of service promised!!!

    @virginmedia your service for the price I pay is a bloody joke! I can’t watch a film on the cinema channels I pay for without it pausing every 30 seconds to buffer. There’s no technical help available. I want my subscription money back thank you!

    @virginmedia Repeated wifi failure causing issues trying to stream any catch up or live channels. Wifi drops at random intervals. Poor signal strength through my property. Failure to organise the booster as promised way back in September. Failure to call me back after request for my number.

    @virginmedia Then was told a booster would be delivered that never arrived. So when I called back it hadn't actually been ordered. I finally received it yesterday but am still waiting for a call back following a complaint I made and the charges I am not willing to pay for the booster.

    @virginmedia Ok so you know it's an area fault. Quite a few customers are without internet (half my road) and by this time quite annoyed. But you're gonna do nothing to help with that? My problem has persisted since sunday and is due to last until tomorrow. Send me a mobile dongle!

    @virginmedia Yes, numerous times, I've even tried standing on one leg, balancing a coffee table on my head whilst standing in 🔥 coal but still getting poor connectivity. I'm just waiting till August so I can change providers.

    @virginmedia VM need to train their customer service team in the Philippines how to listen and how to tell the truth. Thankfully I eventually got speaking to someone in the UK who was very helpful and had to fix the mess made by their colleagues.

    @virginmedia So sick of this company. My signal drops at 3pm most days and the rest of the time is incredibly slow. Impossible to speak to customer services and when you do they just suggest restarting router. Stop promoting what you can’t deliver.
