It asks us to phone you on 151 to do a little more "digging", but the phone line is DOWN. Oh, and the chatbot doesn't deal with landline issues apparently. Now what???

Was told finally it was an upload issue from the amp that supplied the box on the street. But still we're having issues. The 150 number is joke, make it simple!!!

I can't see any other examination although I appreciate I'm not a technician.

Another lady called me later on a few times and asked me to call our land line on three separate occasions and she could call back to get the times. But haven't had a call yet

Having full TV as well not sure how broadband price breaks down

Now you say it will be fixed 29th. Hands up if you would put up with this?
