@virginmedia Repeated wifi failure causing issues trying to stream any catch up or live channels. Wifi drops at random intervals. Poor signal strength through my property. Failure to organise the booster as promised way back in September. Failure to call me back after request for my number.

@virginmedia your service for the price I pay is a bloody joke! I can’t watch a film on the cinema channels I pay for without it pausing every 30 seconds to buffer. There’s no technical help available. I want my subscription money back thank you!

@virginmedia I've spent three hours over two calls waiting for you to confirm a discount on my below standard broadband and to deliver a booster. I have had to escalate a complaint as it couldn't be resolved on the phone yet I'm still waiting for the level of service promised!!!

@DisneyPlusUK @NPGLondon @virginmedia better sought out the local outage for this. Wait, I can watch on my tablet via the app you say? Not unless they also sought out the WiFi issue. Call them to complain you say? Not unless they sought out the landline issue...😐

Is it just me or is it outrageous @VirginMedia are charging a cancellation fee because we are moving to an area they dont cover so cant continue with their service? Surely this cannot be correct it is certainly unfair. Maybe @MartinSLewis would comment #outrageous #Disgraceful

@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness Thank you. The connection was finally fixed at 1644. Next time, I will call this number & chase them! I think eight hours is too long to take to fix a broadband connection area fault on a weekday, when so many people are still having to work from home.
