@virginmedia just wasted two hours on web chat trying to get a better sim deal as advertised. 45 mins to get through security. Tried to check/sign in on the Virgin mobile app and it doesn’t work for me or my husband, despite having an account for years. An absolute joke! 👎🏻

@virginmedia I am still waiting for a response on WhatsApp. I received an email telling me to phone! I phoned again and waited for 40 minutes before someone answered! In theory, my issue has been sorted. However, I am still appalled that it takes more than 5 minutes to answer calls.
