    @virginmedia internet yesterday went from 12mbs (11am) to 30mbs (3pm). Today it’s 3mbs. How is this acceptable? No reported issues but our internet goes up and down constantly, sometimes goes off altogether

    @virginmedia You are aware of the problem, told us it's a fault and it's being fixed by 12th April, it wasn't, we rang, you gave us reassurance it will be fixed by the 22nd, it hasn't, we rang got passed around a lot! Now you say it will be fixed 29th. Hands up if you would put up with this?

    Help @virginmedia. Once again I'm left unable to ring my doctors because you attempted the direct debit early and it failed. My Oomph sim will now not work until I make a payment. Please that's all I want to do. Do I need to go to Ofcom or the Ombudsman. This seriously effects me

    @virginmedia Another operator replied and said they were aware of the issue and had reported it. Can you update? It's literally a problem just on 4HD so it's an individual channel problem not an equipment or line issue

    @virginmedia You supposedly raised a ticket last week and my sim should have been re activated by today, customer services have said they couldn’t see anything has been raised and have started the same process again today!!!! Now they’ve said I have to wait till next Wednesday!!!

    @KeironFealy @virginmedia A fire incident on Saturday night as Red Bee (a company that playout channels), a lot of their systems are down right now, so as The Box has been restored, it is serving as a back up feed for its sister channels.
