    @virginmedia As was promised (via, text, tweet and written correspondence!!) I have spent countless hours on hold to no resolve. I will await your promised call. Each day I don't receive said call/contact I will continue to demonstrate publicly how bad your customer services are..

    @virginmedia The engineer did make some tweaks that were supposed to help (which haven't) but did also suggest that modern Apple devices do struggle on the now aged Routers.

    @virginmedia I currently can’t do either, reliant on wifi calling from my mobile which I currently can’t do and don’t own a landline phone, the online self service is as much use as a chocolate teapot, I’m assuming if I cancel the direct debit you’ll be quick to get in touch.
