    @virginmedia my WiFi is down EVERYDAY and it’s only on for a tiny amount of time😭. It keeps going from green flashing to turning itself off and then just sitting there with a green icon on It and then the phone icon appears then the WiFi and goes round x1000

    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria Every single evening your WiFi goes down for about two hours around teatime. Last night it went off at 6.00 pm and came back on at about 11.00 pm!

    @Bannedanaliens1 @virginmedia I'm having similar issues. If you pay by Direct Debit you can claim from the DD guarantee, doesn't solve the speed but gives them a kick.

    @virginmedia strange I read all the posts about Virgin customers ringing up about cancelling services and Virgin offering them a better deal however I ring up and cancel a service with no trouble at all, not even offering a lower price, your loss #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Waiting all day today for Engineers to turn up. No ones turned up. Calling your customers service number is useless to get an ETA. Are they still coming? Its obviously night time not sure how your engineers going to do exterior work at night. Had organise access for them.

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done all of that and my phone is saying ‘Check phone line’. My land line has been off since last Friday. Ever since it was swapped over to your fibre network and the new adapter fitted to the back of the router. I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving.

    @virginmedia The internet in our house has began to regularly cut out and refuse to reconnect for hours at a time. As someone who works from home but doesn't own the Internet box, what can I do? (We've done all the standard restart, power off for 30 secs stuff)
