@virginmedia But on the online forum it says others have had the same problem and your technical department need to contact Sky and the line needs to be routed to you again as it's a porting issue. I can't see any other examination although I appreciate I'm not a technician.

@virginmedia No updated fix time, as it shows all services as green, and can't detect a problem. It asks us to phone you on 151 to do a little more "digging", but the phone line is DOWN. Oh, and the chatbot doesn't deal with landline issues apparently. Now what???

@virginmedia I complained in January, nothing, no call back, no follow up whatsoever. Again in February because of the lack of action with regards to my complaint. Have also spent hours on the customer service number, no joy at all, gave up in the end. Shambolic service !

@virginmedia Many thanks for your reply. As suggested, I’ll go through all the process yet again. Not sure how many times I’ll have to do this before Virgin Media attempt to actually resolve the intermittent service but at the high monthly price I’m paying, I appear to have no choice.

@virginmedia I've moved to a new home, got virgin installed, had one day of decent service before it completely dropped off. Now your estimating to fix it by 9th March. Your call handler cut me off (possibly by accident). I was with BT before this for years & never had an issue. What is this?
