@virginmedia I was offered a price to increase my broadband price by the sales team last week, have just called and been told it’s now double. Now been put through to customer service who can do the deal, on hold forever and it’s was sales who initially offered the price. What’s going on?

@AllenWeso6 @1878shadow @virginmedia Just binned them off to go back to Sky. Been paying for the all singing and dancing fibre broadband and it’s slower then my work mobile router! TV picture is dog rough and my Virgin Mobile sim won’t take calls from anyone on the EE network when I’m connected to the WiFi! See ya!

@virginmedia The cookies are always active. As I said I didn’t close the browser I just refreshed the page. So now 5 slots are taken by my MacBook. But it won’t allow me to watch on my MacBook so what can you do to help me?

@virginmedia Knowing it’s down. Then cut the chat off!! The calls just sit in a queue for well over 20 mins before you give up. This is F*#%ing disgraceful!! I’ve been with virgin now for some 7 years. The hub is clearly faulty - yet I’m told to basically just turn it on and off again. WTF?!
