    @virginmedia useless we are trying to cancel and for past 2 weeks now since we have moved home. We have been pushed from pillar to post, been laughed at by customer service. Since we moved we have we've been promised someone will come and sort it.

    @virginmedia I did and they couldn’t do anything. I’m very disappointed that not even going just broadband could reduce anywhere near new customers. My car insurance has to match new customer deals. You should do the same.

    @virginmedia Hi - Ive noticed alot of people are having the same issues. Its the Sky TV Go app on Playstation 4. Ive checked it on another internet and it works fine so it is definitely an error on your side. You need to sort the internet settings. It struggles to load “on Now” on the app.

    @virginmedia please sort out the issues with the WiFi, Internet, broadband or whatever the term us these days. It is constantly slow or not working. Having to use mobile data is not an effective substitute for the service I am paying for.

    @virginmedia Internet back up now. Don't have a problem with either maintenance or an unavoidable fault, I just wish you'd send out an SMS or something to inform customers of why, and for how long. Otherwise you get people just sat waiting and none the wiser.

    Not very often I say good things about @virginmedia but todays service was excellent. Peter sorted out Wi-fi problem, wavered the set up fee, and arranged a new hub after lots of line tests. Thank you. (But will have no service for 6 days in all.🙄 Refund?)

    @Jack173_ @virginmedia The service has been truly awful for a week now Jack, you'll probably find it's nothing to do with your end. This is exactly what I'm talking about. If someone takes your road up, you get a notice. If Virgin fibre goes down or someone just pushes the wrong button, it's all meh

    @virginmedia I spoke your operative yesterday and he did something with the GHz, which has slightly improved the WiFi. But I now have only 1 phone working and there's not enough WiFi for any of my Web cams or hubs to work! The TV (on Roku) buffers constantly. I need an engineer to fix it now!

    @virginmedia your internet is soo bad why are you charging your customers when you cant even provide them with a good internet. if you dont fix your internet through wireless and wired and the bad signals going off and on every 2 min then i will be switching to sky or BT

    @virginmedia..I waited 28 days to have my complaint resolved....ive had an engineer after I chased you and advised me how to make my Internet better but at my expense..Internet better but still cuts out...its just me chasing you with no response...what do I do now?

    @virginmedia The big issue people in our area harass people they block pathways even follow elderly people putting "Big issue" in peoples faces they dont wear masks either during this pandamic

    @brianboru67 @virginmedia Get a mesh network. A cable from the virvin router to it and reliable, solid WiFi. Not defending the crappy virgin hub but all the routers from broadband suppliers are ****, especially in areas where neighbours are close.

    I was talking to a customer on the phone this morning about those scam virgin media ‘legal department’ calls I’ve been getting, he said he has too and he said ‘they sound so real because they all have Indian accents’ I was like ha ha... lol
