    @virginmedia keep me on hold for 40 minutes then answer and cut me off. Shocking service. Ive tried to update online and get told I have to call. Twice I've been cut off after being on hold and or answered. Conveniently can't email either 😡😡

    @virginmedia The 4 people I spoke to seemed to think they were running late from the visit last Thursday, lady I spoke to was helpful and was calling the tech that visited the problem, another 5 days later and still no update!

    @virginmedia your sales team are telling people that upgrading to 200 speed will fix WiFi issues. I was looking for a new deal but don’t want to sign up until it’s guaranteed I can get WiFi in more than 2 rooms. I live in a small 3 bed and I’m on my 2nd router which is worse

    Feeling let down AGAIN by @virginmedia, 8 days ago an engineer finally identifies the problem is external cabling, another hour call on Tuesday and still no idea of a fix date or a call back, in the meantime constant broadband drop out #unacceptable

    @virginmedia The work has been completed within 2 hours, which is commendable. Have checked my postcode and sadly you don’t offer a service here, even though it’s only about 20 feet from where they have just been working.

    @virginmedia The complaint was supposedly about billing (it wasn’t) and resolution was ‘extra guidance on billing’. There were 4 complaints open which are all now showing as resolved on my virgin media. Request was raised via WhatsApp a few days ago and I was told I would get confirmation

    Dear @virginmedia - I have spoken to 3 people from your Exec Team re. my ongoing issues in the last 10 days - each has promised call backs nut none have followed through. I have also texted your number ending 111 & received a text saying an agent will be in touch but no calls 😪

    @virginmedia This level of service and not notifying customers when this is happening at peak hours is such poor customer service. And then to be responded to with an answer that doesn't even seem like it's for me because you have not addressed the issue I mentioned.
