The red button picture quality was poor. I don’t expect UHD only a clear picture. Irrespective of who’s fault as a customer this isn’t acceptable

Maybe a re think needed after this on who we use as our imternet provider!! Iv no words that can actualy comment....apart from ermmm shit!! Oh and we have hung up!!
