    @virginmedia @primevideosport told me my TV not connected to Internet which it is. Was working and then wasn't. Now working but really sick of reoccurring problems when my @primevideosport goes off & told it's an Internet problem. If Internet problem wouldn't I lose everything?

    @virginmedia That doesn't tell me anything. Just that the engineers ".. are working hard to fix it....." The service has been down since 7 last night. And no idea when it will be fixed. With zero redress after 4 incidents in a little over a week. Poor.

    @johntweedie @frednfrank I've switched the router to Modem to get the signal to the 2nd floor loft. Allied to the self installed mesh network, that works well. The signal isn't now the issue. Being without services from @virginmedia 3 times in just over a week, is.

    @virginmedia Yep shows outrage and estimated fix time which varies then text and email to say fixed but still nothing had 15 messages to say fixed one a few seconds ago but it's not and still showing outrage on the app hard to check this when no services very disappointed with the service

    @virginmedia John I’m sorry but that’s not good enough. I was told they were free in the first place. Then made to wait. Told to go and collect. Then told never ordered. And finally that they can’t send to me unless I sign up to pay monthly. So charging me an extra £100+ is actually a joke
