Sick of how bad our @virginmedia WiFi is. Off more than it is on lately.Yet they don't make contact with us to explain why or any money back for lack of service we receive.Couple that up with having to add data on to our phones to make up for it and fair to say we are p*ssed off

@virginmedia keep ringing me on a daily basis! Sometimes I can’t answer and they leave a long, silent voicemail! When I do answer, they put the phone down on me! I know it’s Virgin because if I try to ring back I get a recorded msg saying they’ll try again soon!

@virginmedia Hi the app says service is fine but when using text message constantly says not delivered but I only realise when I go back in later ... I think it’s poor signal in my home because I go outside it works ....

@virginmedia 6/12 later we still haven’t despite phone calls and false assurances we still have not got number back contacted vm whom basically said it’s my problem and here’s the number to call no help .... it’s beyond disappointing

@virginmedia Thank you. No it appears to be an issue with my service. I think the router is faulty but I am not getting any assistance from the call centre. I just get a scripted response. If the router is restarting and failing home schooling and home working.a painful few months 😢
