@virginmedia Have messed up my order. As a NEW CUSTOMER the service has been terrible. Now told the ******* the hone “cancel it” she says she can’t untill next Friday. I said “dont be ridiculous! I’m not waiting a week for a new order to be put in” canceling with the bank now!

1 week ago today, I signed up to @virginmedia as a new customer for the next 3 years. I purchased the iPhone 11 pro max. Was told it would be here Thursday. Ok, not the 24 hours I thought but could live with that. Thursday returned to sender. Online help was a waste of space

@virginmedia @Buttonscro You sent me a deadlock letter without even the first complaint being addressed For years your operatives have been saying they have noted my account with requests. Last op o spoke to they said no we don't do that don't have the time standard notes etc. So merely lied

@BBCWatchdog My dad recieved Absolute terrible customer service from @virginmedia apparently when you cancel a contract in april it still doesn't show up on their system and then get a bill they say they couldn't access his account to cancel it but could when he offered to 1/2

@virginmedia Waiting on IT again after they said it would be 3 days but turns out that it’s actually up to 7 working days to turn around a ticket. I’m constantly being told incorrect info and I’m really not impressed. Reliable internet but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

@virginmedia The customer service advisor told me they had to call me back to arrange my move of address of my virgin package. No idea why we couldn't do it there and then over the phone they didn't explain that?
