@virginmedia Hi the app says service is fine but when using text message constantly says not delivered but I only realise when I go back in later ... I think it’s poor signal in my home because I go outside it works ....

Hey @virginmedia my internet speed has dropped massively over Christmas and is still poor. I get that people are probably using more bandwidth but this is unacceptable - I’m paying for 200mb & getting 10. I’ve done all the tests and resets with no joy 😤. #virginmedia #broadband

@virginmedia - have a complaint open since 6th Nov around internet issues and there has been no resolution.. been on chat for the past 4 hours and every time when nothing happens the rep says his/her shift is over and moves me back to the queue to wait again for hours.. pathetic

@virginmedia It's all sorted now, just took 7 days to cancel and change service, and was still held to the 30 day notice period even though we had been trying. A bit of flexibility and niceness would have been good. I wonder how many other people are struggling with this.

@__iPanda13x @virginmedia @AskPS_UK Do a proper speed test, never trust the Playstation one. I've had it give me 12mb or lower download speed previously. I ran a test elsewhere only to be shown my full speed. Also my router shows me my speed when I log in to it

Still not heard from @virginmedia now more than 5 hours, text message said response will be within 4 hours during working hours, which it was. Do not want to be charged US rates because @virginmedia location service is inaccurate by + 4,000 km

@virginmedia Thanks for quick reply, our issue is he has recently been diagnosed with dementia and has destroyed all relevant details bar his account number. He is paying £113 a month and has absolutely no internet but we cant get anyone on the phone to try and sort this out for us.
