@virginmedia can you help me I’m trying to register my device with virgin tv go and everytime I go onto it it says to register the device. I’ve done this 5 times and now it’s not allowing me to watch anything because maximum number of devices have been registered

@virginmedia Don't really want to waste another hour of my life calling back yet again! Already wasted 2 hrs was given a 'direct" number which no-one answered. Call centre can't help or understand problem. What is the point? Do U get reimbursement for all the inconvenience @virginmedia ?

@virginmedia so after my initial call about a slow broadband issue I have spoken to 4 po eople and I'm still waiting to actually talk to someone about if and it's been over 2.5 hours. The speed has been an issue for 1 year
