I tried watching on my Mac last night. It kept telling me to register my device so I did. And now it’s saying there’s max devices registered and won’t let me watch anything

I’ve had an engineer out, had a booster put on, been told on numerous occasions to reboot the hub. This shouldn’t be needed. Their website is horrendous to use and largely involves linking to help guides 1/?

TheAspiLawStudent (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England@virginmedia Yeah, I've done all that (I'm a techy) it's why it's in modem mode and replaced with a capable router. The issue isnt the equipment it's the connection. Without the hub3 I can run upto 900Mbps download and 240mbps upload.
