    @virginmedia Someone else has called me since and had said she's going to call me back and look into it. But I was just so frustrated with the way he spoke to me. I'm not one for just googling random sites but this was on one of your forums and it's the exact same issue!

    @virginmedia Account which then changed my bill been in the phone today to customer service who advised it’s fixed now and will have the confirmation through, and just had it and it is still wrong. I have had someone called Ross from billing,dealing with this but now no response from him 🙄

    @virginmedia But on the online forum it says others have had the same problem and your technical department need to contact Sky and the line needs to be routed to you again as it's a porting issue. I can't see any other examination although I appreciate I'm not a technician.

    @virginmedia No updated fix time, as it shows all services as green, and can't detect a problem. It asks us to phone you on 151 to do a little more "digging", but the phone line is DOWN. Oh, and the chatbot doesn't deal with landline issues apparently. Now what???

    @virginmedia do you have an email or a direct telephone to make a complaint too please? I’ve had to make several complaints since joining which get rectified them something else goes wrong and I am sick of it

    Help @virginmedia. Once again I'm left unable to ring my doctors because you attempted the direct debit early and it failed. My Oomph sim will now not work until I make a payment. Please that's all I want to do. Do I need to go to Ofcom or the Ombudsman. This seriously effects me

    @VodafoneUK I'm not sure... as far as I can tell it's a @virginmedia issue. But you may be able to help. No one on Vodafone can call our virgin landline. It just beeps or says the number and code combination isn't recognised.

    @virginmedia He said it '100% wasn't a porting issue' and that he would look into it but that wouldn't be the answer. Another lady called me later on a few times and asked me to call our land line on three separate occasions and she could call back to get the times. But haven't had a call yet

    @virginmedia You are aware of the problem, told us it's a fault and it's being fixed by 12th April, it wasn't, we rang, you gave us reassurance it will be fixed by the 22nd, it hasn't, we rang got passed around a lot! Now you say it will be fixed 29th. Hands up if you would put up with this?

    @virginmedia We've been told that it'll be sorted by the 1/12. I understand it isn't a complete outage but the impact is bad enough that I strugle attend my lectures or complete research as my internet keeps cutting out. How is that acceptable for a paid service? Get better wifi at McDonald's

    @virginmedia hiya - im new to virgin media as i've moved and was supposed to get superfast broadband. wi-fi is sporadic at best and doesnt reach all rooms. ive tried all the app methods and help on site but no improvement. i'd like to leave ideally as service is not as promised.

    @virginmedia It always has a poor connection in my bedroom and I always turn off my other devices when I’m on my laptop so I would be able to watch and stream videos. It also keeps turning off which gets me so frustrated. I did get a booster but nothing is working.

    I've just cancelled an 18-month @VirginMedia contract (£82 per month) because the customer service team won't refund the £20 I was charged for an error they made. Think of that.
