Absoloutley disgusted with @virginmedia been on hold for 2 hours - I'm an existing customer and one agent has hung on me!!! I want to discuss my existing contract with them. How the hell are you supposed to speak to the complaints department or a manager in charge!

@virginmedia my WiFi is down EVERYDAY and it’s only on for a tiny amount of time😭. It keeps going from green flashing to turning itself off and then just sitting there with a green icon on It and then the phone icon appears then the WiFi and goes round x1000

@virginmedia epic broadband, crap TiVo ... shocking my box every couple of weeks / less doesn’t work and I have to restart. The package I pay for isn’t value for money and calling up to report issues is painful, 35+ mins I was on for last time!

People working from home or watching the TV, sleeping or walking the dog, while you’re trying to get through on the phone. You should think about cancelling them and going elsewhere

@MintyRod @virginmedia I did (consider this). The last time I made contact they gave me a better package and cheaper, and upgraded router free. They said changes would be free, but now want to hit me for never-mentioned £35 activation fee which was never mentioned or agreed.
