Hey @virginmedia my internet speed has dropped massively over Christmas and is still poor. I get that people are probably using more bandwidth but this is unacceptable - I’m paying for 200mb & getting 10. I’ve done all the tests and resets with no joy 😤. #virginmedia #broadband

@virginmedia I’ve got a WiFi pod installed also but it happens when I’m sat next to the route. It can be anywhere in the house. Thanks for the link though it doesn’t help. I’ve done it recently and previously. It’ll say a mix of things like interruption on the line but it doesn’t change it.
