If 2020 was an Internet provider it would be @virginmedia Solve the problem of losing IP address by restarting router. It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed

Working from home today with loads of interruptions so thought I’d catch up after 4pm, then just before 5, Virgin Media down yet again. Virgin must sort itself out! Lots of people relying on Broadband to work & it’s down again.

@virginmedia spoken to your “customer service”. Advised that promises for call back on live chat cannot be traced and nothing they could do. The call centre apparently has no record of live chat conversations. Advisor seemed to blame me! For a media company very poorly connected

@virginmedia also run tests. All came back fine. Significantly below minimum guaranteed speed. Average 20mbps. Disappointed that I was promised a call and never got it. Been on hold too long. Appalling service.

They won't exist soon as the only reason they are still there is that they won't take any cancellation calls. I have been trying to cancel since 3rd February and have been cut off constantly once after 1hr 13 minutes.
