@johntweedie @frednfrank I've switched the router to Modem to get the signal to the 2nd floor loft. Allied to the self installed mesh network, that works well. The signal isn't now the issue. Being without services from @virginmedia 3 times in just over a week, is.

@virginmedia Yep shows outrage and estimated fix time which varies then text and email to say fixed but still nothing had 15 messages to say fixed one a few seconds ago but it's not and still showing outrage on the app hard to check this when no services very disappointed with the service

@virginmedia You can anticipate a complex fault to take longer than a few hours? Why don’t you say 2-3weeks at the start rather than sending updates with estimated “fix” times in 12h intervals. No one will take you seriously after@a week, not 4 weeks!

@virginmedia @ExCeLLondon No internet acess in South East London for 12 hours. It is a disgrace. Virgin media is always advertising how get their service, but there is constant issues of no service in our area. It is time people should file a complaint to the Ombudsman.
