@virginmedia How are things?? Footpath left full of mud. Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. Not even rain has washed it clean!! Terrible standard of work! 😤

-
Alan Whitehead (@nffcbigalan1978) reported
@virginmedia I really don’t know what to do other than cancel my contract and go elsewhere. Feel so let down by what I was led to believe as to be the best service in the industry.
-
Catherine Leonard (@cat_bay) reported
@virginmedia That’s so frustrating. I can’t exactly hang up from work meetings...can they not call again? I’ve been passed from pillar to post today. No one is giving consistent advice or information. Or a solution. I’m probably about to get passed around when I finally get through now
-
Matthew Marshall (@MattJMarsh) reported
@virginmedia They did not - I spent over 2 hours on the phone to 4 different teams before one cut me off - so I have no confidence in calling back. They claim until I have a password they cannot help me.
-
Liam Meads (@MeadsLiam) reported
@virginmedia Still waiting since the 24th of December for a call back from a manager yet ever time you call the customer service team they say it’ll be 48hr until they call me back I’m sure the 24th December till the 15th January is longer than 48hr’s
-
Alan Whitehead (@nffcbigalan1978) reported
@virginmedia No. He said he couldn’t check my setup as there was a problem in the area and an engineer was looking at it. There have been several complains in this area apparently. No reference or anything
-
caroline (@unityfor2020) reported
@virginmedia Yes, is there an issue in the London TW1 area or is the issue with connection to my house? I am trying to teach lessons..I can't sit on the phone for hours
-
alan ellis (@mralanellis) reported
@virginmedia it took me 20 min to speak to one of support team for 2 mins, they put me on hold for 45 mins. I gave up, clearly they forgot about me. I have also messaged online. Had poor WiFi for months, tried everything! Just want to upgrade my router. Rubbish #CustomerService
-
Sam Cryer (@SamCryer1) reported
@virginmedia Well without being an assh*le, your apology isn’t worth much and what you could do as a company to help people at the moment is to offer 6 and 12 month contracts even if they’re slightly more expensive. Why did you change in the first place?
-
Allanna Murphy (@weeallannaehm) reported
@stevie156478 @virginmedia As long as its listed on their problem list it's OK. Absolute joke for people trying to work from home etc. Their service is terrible. Think a new provider will be next on the list
