@virginmedia How are things?? Footpath left full of mud. Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. Not even rain has washed it clean!! Terrible standard of work! 😤

@virginmedia Been trying to speak to someone the last two day. Was told yesterday (when I did get through) that broadband was ok ( clearly it wasn’t) and that someone would escalate and call back today... No call today and broadband slow and intermittent again, has been for 4 weeks now, help!

@virginmedia I am trying to call you all day but there is no way to get to speak to someone. After 2 hours waiting I managed to speak to someone but she couldn't help me and transferred my call to someone else and eventually someone after an hour picked up the phone said hello and hung up.

@virginmedia JS, If that , please don't force me to come through a call to cancel my account. I don't want to go through a retention call. I have already raised a complaint ticket. Prices were raised , I have the letter which says I can cancel, I want to cancel. it is as simple as that.
