@virginmedia your customer service is abysmal. I am fed up of chatting to a robot or someone in india repeatedly asking me the same questions and getting absolutely nowhere. 3 engineer visits, many phonecalls, online chats (some not even answered) and still got nowhere.

@virginmedia I have no , but when I rung previously they told me that the internet was fine and nothing else had any issues , do I need to ring these now or wait till Tuesday as I would think there is nothing that they could do over the phone .. is there ?
