    @virginmedia as of about 2 days ago the latency on our internet has been awful (150ms in most online games) plus it seems the speed it's self has dropped significantly too, about half of what it used to be on all devices. Have restarted and factory reset and still broken

    @virginmedia You are aware of the problem, told us it's a fault and it's being fixed by 12th April, it wasn't, we rang, you gave us reassurance it will be fixed by the 22nd, it hasn't, we rang got passed around a lot! Now you say it will be fixed 29th. Hands up if you would put up with this?

    @virginmedia I don't have any direct wired connection but my TP link powerline connection seems to be working better now with speeds and gameplay. However, I imagine once high load resumes in the evening it will be terrible again. Feels like we're being heavily throttled during the evening

    @virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

    @virginmedia My Dad was told that it was the password or nothing, your customer services need better training. He received a letter from debt collector because of Virgin’s ineptitude, causing him distress. The £21, for a service not used in 2 years has been paid to save him further anxiety.

    got to love @virginmedia 5 weeks of intermittent connection were in the case was a faulty modem but yet i have to pay the full months bill for hardly any service net down every 5 mins made impossible to work from home so i lost money not good service at all switch may be in order

    @virginmedia Not even really the compensation, I’d much rather a broadband and tv provider that doesn’t just die at 10am on a Sunday morning and then have to book a engineer appointment for Thursday- I fail to understand how it takes 4 days to fix a issue
