@virginmedia So I stayed with you for another 12 months. With a clean account, our first bill in July reduced by £19 to £28. Paid the July amount, had a reminder to pay the August figure of £47, which had doubled from somewhere. WTF was my reaction. Paid £47. Not paying rest.

@virginmedia Hi. I have done all these things regularly. The problem is that it is a consistent intermittent fault. Therefore much of the time it works, but on almost a daily basis it drops out. Which is obviously a major problem when my wife and I are on meetings and getting thrown out

Watching @virginmedia engineers install cabling to a property opposite. Residents moved in yesterday. They’re not in, nor is their neighbour. Didn’t stop the engineers lifting the neighbour’s lawn to drill and feed through cabling. Terrible.
