    @virginmedia I was waiting for an arranged pick up that hasn't happened on Friday. Now sent back via Collect+ as I don't want to get charged, as you let me down on collection. Happy chat, as getting emails complaining I haven't returned it... And will be charged

    @virginmedia Some days its ok. Then throughout that day it drops its signal. Like today its had a 20 minute outage then starts back up we have a £4 booster we are paying for it's useless.

    @virginmedia I do have a problem paying. I'm currently paying for a service where the Internet isn't working half then time. 5 times in the past month we have had no signal. You promise items with your packed Currently received 1/3 and had to complain about that over the phone.

    @virginmedia question for you. If I enter a contract with you where you promise X service +items and I promise to pay X amount. If I don't pay X amount am I breaking the contract?

    @virginmedia Hey, Connected to Wifi but there’s no data being sent/received, wired connection also having no luck. Service status says there is nothing wrong, tried to run the test but failed 3 times. Can’t reach router as installed in attic by VM engineer. I can’t get up there.

    2yrs of trouble with @virginmedia. Every solution is to upgrade,£120 a month yet out of date equipment,buffering,no ondemand/catch-up.Ring to cancel & 5 depts all try upgrade.Give notice and WiFi goes off every 5 mins,is this a ploy to get us to ring again so you can try upgrade?

    @VirginMedia_TV The amount of ads on the virgin media player app is a pisstake. Every time an ad popped up it would freeze and make me click out and have to watch ads all over again. I watched one episode of coronation street and I spent over 20 minutes watched stupid ads. SORT IT OUT
