    @virginmedia internet yesterday went from 12mbs (11am) to 30mbs (3pm). Today it’s 3mbs. How is this acceptable? No reported issues but our internet goes up and down constantly, sometimes goes off altogether

    @virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

    @virginmedia why does my super hub 3 keep resetting my WiFi password. I’m having to change it through settings every other day because it keeps defaulting back to the security key, this is causing major issues

    Help @virginmedia. Once again I'm left unable to ring my doctors because you attempted the direct debit early and it failed. My Oomph sim will now not work until I make a payment. Please that's all I want to do. Do I need to go to Ofcom or the Ombudsman. This seriously effects me

    @virginmedia I don't have any direct wired connection but my TP link powerline connection seems to be working better now with speeds and gameplay. However, I imagine once high load resumes in the evening it will be terrible again. Feels like we're being heavily throttled during the evening

    @virginmedia as of about 2 days ago the latency on our internet has been awful (150ms in most online games) plus it seems the speed it's self has dropped significantly too, about half of what it used to be on all devices. Have restarted and factory reset and still broken

    @virginmedia You are aware of the problem, told us it's a fault and it's being fixed by 12th April, it wasn't, we rang, you gave us reassurance it will be fixed by the 22nd, it hasn't, we rang got passed around a lot! Now you say it will be fixed 29th. Hands up if you would put up with this?

    @virginmedia I finally got through to someone and they've resolved the terrible speeds and upgraded me and reduced the bill amount, but the issue is that whoever setup the new account when I moved did not apply a username to my account, I'm awaiting a call back about that from IT.

    @virginmedia Oh come on 1. could’ve done it myself I’m very capable of digging a hole and running a cable in some conduit. 2. Why wasn’t a site visit carried out prior to installation. 3. Why couldn’t he do it. Very poor service and I’m sick of national big companies getting away with it!

    @virginmedia you are a disgrace. 4 failed engineer visits in the past 10 days. No service and to rub salt in the wounds, you haven’t applied any payment credits rather than duplicated my account payment 4 times over! I was promised significant reimbursement.Please contact meASAP
