@virginmedia Yes, rebooted as per advice we receive every time 😒 We've experienced the same issue repeatedly since the "Intelligent Wi-Fi" upgrade. Repeated outages however status always reports that there is no issue.

Absoloutley disgusted with @virginmedia been on hold for 2 hours - I'm an existing customer and one agent has hung on me!!! I want to discuss my existing contract with them. How the hell are you supposed to speak to the complaints department or a manager in charge!

@virginmedia well come home from working away on Friday with a lot of emails to reply to. To discover my router is broken wife phoned up Friday afternoon customer service said they would send one out by Monday shocking service I’m out of contract so will look elsewhere 😡😡😡

@virginmedia Yes, we sent a message yesterday. The assistant could understand the issue and said it was being cancelled. Todays assistant was due to help us find a new contract. We are still in the same contract but been told to contact O2 and cancel ourselves. Not really helpful.

@virginmedia I have just been told a full install (1 hour slot) has been re booked for the 24th of October… this is completely unacceptable. I fail to see how I should have to wait this long when Virgin have make the same mistake twice now!
