@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Here she is again that glam Nan spouting bollocks that is instantly shot down by ordinary people who seem to actually know facts. She really needs to shut up or just read factual information instead of coming across as an incompetent muppet.

-
TheAspiLawStudent (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England
@virginmedia LS, I have and do regularly when ever it seems slow. It varies from 12mbps download to a maximum of 110mbps. However the monthly average is under 60mbps. Which falls well short of my guaranteed speed.
-
Wightpie (@wightpie) reported from Blackburn, England
@virginmedia So why then a) does it specify postal and b) not provide a field for mobile number. At best it’s misleading and at worst incompetent
-
David (@DavidWildJnr) reported from Milnrow, England
@virginmedia This is not a fix, this is the ‘fob off’ you have been giving customers for the last 48 hours. This is an a forum and not visible immediately. DO BETTER.
-
BAC (@BAC64) reported from Rochdale, England

-
Wightpie (@wightpie) reported from Blackburn, England
@virginmedia Also given that link is for postal marketing how exactly does that help with phone calls? As it stands your systems are non-compliant
-
TheAspiLawStudent (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England
@virginmedia Yeah, I've done all that (I'm a techy) it's why it's in modem mode and replaced with a capable router. The issue isnt the equipment it's the connection. Without the hub3 I can run upto 900Mbps download and 240mbps upload.
-
TheAspiLawStudent (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England
@virginmedia I have your smart hub 3, or as I like to call it the dumb dumb 3000. (It's struggles to broadcast a decent connection around a 2 bed flat, so it's been banished to modem mode. (Honestly, it's the worst router ive ever dealt with) 😳
-
𝕄𝔸𝕋𝕋𝕐𝔹𝕆𝕆𝕊ℍ (@MATTYB00SH) reported from Burnley, England
@virginmedia Yes it works on my phone browser, but not on laptop, so I'll just continue using that method, thanks. One more question; Why do your customer support agents ask for a security password that I use when speaking to an agent, despite being a new customer and haven't set this up yet
-
𝔸𝕓𝕦𝕝|𝕊𝕙𝕖𝕝𝕓𝕪 (@IamAbulShelby) reported from Burnley, England
@virginmedia @BexInfante mine is now not working at all
-
Clive Crossley (@CliveCrossley83) reported from Rochdale, England
@virginmedia terrible service!! have been waiting for a response to our request to cancel services since yesterday lunchtime and unable to get through on the phone after waiting over 45 mins Internet constantly going off!!! ridiculous
-
TheAspiLawStudent (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England
@virginmedia Considering my router is a 1gbps it shouldn't be an issue. However even with wired it'll vary between 15mbps and 110mbps. However our average over a month is 53.6mbps, which is less than half the speed we pay for 😳.
-
David (@DavidWildJnr) reported from Milnrow, England
@virginmedia Why does you web page report ‘No Known Issues’ ? when obviously you have a massive issue with your email servers.
-
TheAspiLawStudent (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England
@virginmedia @JTCHANGINGBIZ Whilst they provide a marginally better speeds than competitors their customer service is just non existent, until you say you're leaving..

Gabriella Rossetti (@GmkRossetti) reported
@virginmedia Yes, I had 4 phone calls to the technical team in broadband. Each time they confirmed I was eligible but told me they couldn’t do it from their end. Each time they tried to “put me through” to another department (mobile, oomph, customer services), it was a dead end.
-
Stephen Page (@steve_page12) reported
@virginmedia They gave me no ref number but everyone I speak to regarding the broadband tells me there is a open complaint from abe7 weeks ago

@virginmedia Better than the horses mouth? Ive reported the issue to you, your website says no issue which is incorrect, and you're passing the issue off elsewhere... i guess cruise liner promos are more important
-
bernard (@zI4ltY6GUpw74AE) reported
I am having problems with my virgin media emails. Every time I try to go to my emails I am asked to sign in with my email address and password. Then a picture page appears where I am asked to say how many traffic lights or crossings or cycles can be seen. How can I stop this?
-
Enrico Onali (@OnaliEnrico) reported
@virginmedia why won't your employees allow me to cancel my contract? I called them, and when I tell them I want to cancel they ask me why, and if I said I want to cancel they either tranfer me to an agent that doesn't want to do that or they hang up
-
Amy Beddis (@amy_beddis) reported
@virginmedia Yes we have been told that you can’t do anything- and we will be charged £25 more per month than a new customer. It’s so frustrating- I can’t understand the logic. So we will have to cancel
