    @bluecitygirl232 @virginmedia I had the same issue with them in December always down not reliable couldn’t WFH so binned them off went to BT and fingers crossed not had an issue to date

    @virginmedia No TV from 23rd December till 29th! Got a new box fitted, okay for about a week then started playing up again! Spent 3 hours on the phone Thursday night trying to sort to no avail...need an engineer to come out again...but no idea how to arrange!! Terrible service 😑

    @virginmedia yet again my Internet isn't working. 18m on the old Internet and not one outage. now on the new and 'improved' service and yet another outage, so many outages already.... come on sort it out I'm paying good money for this......

    @virginmedia Plugged in new Wi-Fi hub all good. Paired new remote with box but upgrade to box failed error code M63. Bot is all over place customer service rep basically non-engineer saying turn it off on again!

    @virginmedia my internet has been suffering drop outs all day, now I have no working TV or internet. Being told it's my equipment when it never is, it's getting old that excuse. I will apparently have to wait 3 days for "an engineer to come out" - I can't I have to go to work 😤

    @virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

    @bazza141 @virginhelp @virginmedia Join the club. I spent over 1hr 30 mins trying to get a issue resolved . I kept getting through to their over-seas call centres . It took almost 20 call re-tries to get through to a young lady over in Newcastle 😳😞. It's rediculous that they got call centres in 17 countries.

    @virginmedia still no broadband in bb3 area since Thurs & update now says tomorrow for fix. Shocking customer service, why can't you tell your customers what is happening instead of saying an engineer is on the way on the updates, at least then we would know what to expect

    @virginmedia Yeah I've seen that already thanks, but it's not going to help the kids with accessing homework online. no I am not on a B account as of yet as I have only just started out in the last week 😑 but even if I was on a B account it would still be off so doesn't make any difference

    @virginmedia bb3 area: internet has been down since yesterday morning & update it's not going to be fixed till tomorrow. I have a online business to run & kids need to do their homework online, can't stream any tv either. Can I ask what the issue is & why its taking so long?

    @virginmedia Finally after 25 minutes, complaint raised and closed and passed to someone who finally gave me the information required. Information that should've been sent via email or postal mail. You seriously need a designated customer service contact number like Sky, BT, Plusnet, EE

    @ThreeUK Data services aren't working normally I keep having to flick aeroplane mode on and off. This is an absolute joke between you lot and my @virginmedia broadband being down it's a disgrace

    @virginmedia I became a Virgin Media customer when the installation was completed at noon on Monday. I’m on your M250 plan. That evening I contacted your help team as I was having issues when streaming and Speedtest was showing I was getting nothing like what I signed up for. 1/2

    @virginmedia Received the adapter and finally have a working phone line. Shame it took 3 weeks to get to the bottom of the issue. Disappointed that I was told porting number was able to be done by several staff and that they submitted a form to request it, but at least phone is working now

    @555Husker @virginmedia Backup! 10 days our area broadband has been down, why you bother for buckuo a line if it does not connect within days. You are taking us for a ride. So frustrating and very disappointing.
