    @WilfSauce @WrestlingJebus @Archiebald_C I have Virgin Media, so haven't had to use TVPlayer personally, but I know of people who have and it's worked perfectly fine. I believe there is a rolling contract for the service of £6.99 after the event so make sure you cancel afterwards.

    @virginmedia for the past 2-3 weeks I have had issues with on demand content, and the broadband. When I try to play a sky cinema film, the audio plays; but no picture. BBC iplayer is the same! The router is next to the virgin box, so dont understand what is going on.

    @virginmedia just paid £4.49 to rent Oceans 8 and on both Tivo boxes we have the picture is impossible to watch with it pixelating in big clumps. Both boxes work fine on normal tv. Help! And I don’t want this film charging to my account!

    @virginmedia Yes both. Having looked at the network log for just today there are lots of entries. 3 main problems are- RCS Partial service. Lost MDD timeout and No ranging response received.
