Graham Style (@grahamstyle) reportedI'm not surprised @O2 is the worst rated complaint company. 6th March open an account with Virgin Media. 22th went on holiday, O2 just decided without notice to close the account. Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?
-
Andrew Baynton (@theandyb10) reported@virginmedia this morning. After lots of wasted time and persistence, I managed to raise a complaint. They informed me no record of my conversation yesterday evening and no ability to give me a priority / urgent appointment. Furious!
-
EarthLuma! (@earth_luma) reported@PaulaCoyscot I wouldn’t say I’m against it or anything, but like the sad wee sod I am, I wonder how our broadcasting system would be affected by it, considering how Ireland has a completely distinct system from the UK (with RTÉ, the Virgin Media network (which was TV3 until 2018), TG4, etc.)
-
Liv (@Liv266299783891) reported@virginmedia Need to cancel my contract

Leedipus (@Leedipus) reported@djacid25 @virginmedia In 2019 Virgin started charging me for Internet that I wasn't receiving in December. By the end of Jan I had an engineer admit there was no way I'd have an active service until April and they were planning on just stringing me along until then. Find a different provider ASAP.
-
AG (@AlbertoGiovino) reported@virginmedia new customer here. Great customer service when you wanted my business. Now: Still not Wi-Fi-boosters are contracted to give. Impossible to get through to an agent, instead going in circles with your automated number. Web-messaging not responding. What do I do?
-
Tim Fry (@lipsyfry) reported@VMO2News @O2 @virginmedia **** network do not waste your money
-
colm mcwilliams (@colum26) reported@virginmedia extremely slow broadband in EN6 area. What is the problem and when are you going to fix it?
-
Rob 👑 (@rob_king) reportedThis really is boring @virginmedia. I returned my kit on 26th April with your vendor (Yodel) per your instructions. It’s been stuck in there network and now you’ve charged me for it. Even though you can see I’ve sent it (I provided all the details to customer services on WhatsApp). I won’t be taking a credit, I’ll be disputing the charge. You have no right to charge me for the equipment when it’s with your courier and I have evidenced that to customer services.
