@virginmedia Considering my router is a 1gbps it shouldn't be an issue. However even with wired it'll vary between 15mbps and 110mbps. However our average over a month is 53.6mbps, which is less than half the speed we pay for 😳.

@virginmedia No updated fix time, as it shows all services as green, and can't detect a problem. It asks us to phone you on 151 to do a little more "digging", but the phone line is DOWN. Oh, and the chatbot doesn't deal with landline issues apparently. Now what???

@virginmedia I’ve contacted after last months bill and the bill before and before….I get told that I won’t be getting chased for the difference but I don’t understand why you just can’t get it right and fix it

@virginmedia All I seem to hear is sorry! It just doesn't mean anything anymore. Just fix the broadband. Absolute joke of a service. Nobody should upgrade to a gig with you. Going to be at least 4 days before an engineer comes.

@virginmedia I have had a new installation yesterday... engineer went without it being fix properly have been on the phone since 8am yesterday and still on the phone now trying to get it sorted I have a elderly parent in the house her panic alarm is not working due to the Internet

@virginmedia No service since last Sunday, the engineer was meant to come and fix the problem and but just didn't show up - no explanation given. We asked for a mobile hub so at least there would be Internet but we're told that's only for new customers...very poor service
