    1. Fuming @virginmedia . Disgusting customer service today when my husband called to report a fault. Our disabled son has no access to his virgin box for watching Netflix. Asked for an engineer. “We don’t do that you will have to pay”.

    Filled in customer complaint form and advised at 3:00pm we would get a call-back. It’s now 21:00 and still waiting. Never ever experienced such appalling customer service. If you are interested @virginmedia we have agents name.

    @virginmedia Thankfully calling back it remembered I had issues so guess was put to the front of the queue as was short wait. But then told the WiFi pods due 3 weeks ago are chargeable and not being resent. Thankfully he sent the complaint for me on the phone

    @virginmedia Have observed this on wifi only, can’t say about wired devices. Its not black issue either. Whether we remain close or a at reasonable distance from router the internet stops working, while wifi signal is good. It happens frequently, throughout the day.
