So. I've now had 3 @virginmedia techies in 2 days tell me they've resolved my issue. That remains to be seen. It in no way excuses the engineer no-show 🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia I am appalled at the customer service. Trying obtain my last bill from 3 months ago. Can’t be done!!account closed. They never sent packaging to send router back after 3 phone calls I gave up but got charged for it.

Absoloutley disgusted with @virginmedia been on hold for 2 hours - I'm an existing customer and one agent has hung on me!!! I want to discuss my existing contract with them. How the hell are you supposed to speak to the complaints department or a manager in charge!

@Bannedanaliens1 @virginmedia I'm having similar issues. If you pay by Direct Debit you can claim from the DD guarantee, doesn't solve the speed but gives them a kick.

@virginmedia my WiFi is down EVERYDAY and it’s only on for a tiny amount of time😭. It keeps going from green flashing to turning itself off and then just sitting there with a green icon on It and then the phone icon appears then the WiFi and goes round x1000

@virginmedia No engineer. The hub wasn't the problem, the box that connects our area itself was apparently shorted. Still not sure as to why it possibly broke my router (not the hub), but I sure hope it wasn't That and still very disappointed in the sheer number of problems I've had with VM.

@virginmedia The original installation was booked for 2nd June nobody turned up to do the external work. I’ve had multiple complaints, and been told multiple times a member of the field support team would call me with an update l. I was even promised a call from the area support manager.

@virginmedia Have been trying to cancel my virginmedia account since May 9th. I've tried their wotsapp as they suggest but it kept resetting, I'm on hold for hours trying to get through on the number suggested. It's ridiculous. Meanwhile they are continuing to bill me! Ideas?
