@virginmedia No updated fix time, as it shows all services as green, and can't detect a problem. It asks us to phone you on 151 to do a little more "digging", but the phone line is DOWN. Oh, and the chatbot doesn't deal with landline issues apparently. Now what???

@virginmedia But on the online forum it says others have had the same problem and your technical department need to contact Sky and the line needs to be routed to you again as it's a porting issue. I can't see any other examination although I appreciate I'm not a technician.

@virginmedia is a joke! Broadband was due to be installed 15/1,been delayed again now until 7/3, so cancel the order once this happened they send an email saying as their fault they will credit my account £5 every day missed, thats £315, cannot get hold of anyone there!
