@PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌

@virginmedia I will know more later when champions league football is on, but after a while on 4k the box will crash and reboot its self , but just replaced the hdmi cables so I will see how it goes, but normally I cant fault your service

@virginmedia spoken to your “customer service”. Advised that promises for call back on live chat cannot be traced and nothing they could do. The call centre apparently has no record of live chat conversations. Advisor seemed to blame me! For a media company very poorly connected

@virginmedia also run tests. All came back fine. Significantly below minimum guaranteed speed. Average 20mbps. Disappointed that I was promised a call and never got it. Been on hold too long. Appalling service.

@virginmedia Your only being nice because it's on a public forum ie Twitter if I phoned your help line I'd spend 30 mins getting through and an hour on the phone then the Indian call centre would put the phone down on me like they do to everyone else, no point once my contract up it's bye bye
