    @virginmedia I have your smart hub 3, or as I like to call it the dumb dumb 3000. (It's struggles to broadcast a decent connection around a 2 bed flat, so it's been banished to modem mode. (Honestly, it's the worst router ive ever dealt with) 😳

    Since I moved, the @virginmedia connection has been terrible. I’ve had an engineer out, had a booster put on, been told on numerous occasions to reboot the hub. This shouldn’t be needed. Their website is horrendous to use and largely involves linking to help guides 1/?

    Tell you what...@virginmedia know how to persuade you to change service providers...2 calls in 3 nights to “upgrade my mobile phone services”...told the first person I’m happy with what I’ve got...I’m not a fan of repeating myself...

    @virginmedia Account which then changed my bill been in the phone today to customer service who advised it’s fixed now and will have the confirmation through, and just had it and it is still wrong. I have had someone called Ross from billing,dealing with this but now no response from him 🙄

    Very poor service from @virginmedia for a friend of mine in the Stockport area. No TV now due to failure of upgrade, engineer can only go on Tuesday. Better off with Sky!

    @virginmedia Internet back up now. Don't have a problem with either maintenance or an unavoidable fault, I just wish you'd send out an SMS or something to inform customers of why, and for how long. Otherwise you get people just sat waiting and none the wiser.

    @virginmedia No email access for 3 days now on the blueyonder access. All I get is "Oops, this page is broken." System says nothing is wrong. Terrible. I have done a check, and it says everything is working correctly on BBand/Telly. ??? Area 01.

    @virginmedia Tried them all over 18 months. Short of moving the router, which imo will shift the issue from one room to another, there's not a lot else open to me according to your representatives. We work from home and my wife uses all her mobile data every month as a wifi hotspot

    @virginmedia No updated fix time, as it shows all services as green, and can't detect a problem. It asks us to phone you on 151 to do a little more "digging", but the phone line is DOWN. Oh, and the chatbot doesn't deal with landline issues apparently. Now what???

    @virginmedia I was meant to get a call back over 2 weeks ago from Maddie. Still waiting 🤔 Clearly saw the state of the complain & decided you couldn't be bothered. Every time my mum has rang, you have documented it as something completely different. Terrible service really 😑

    My Internet has been intermittent over the last 3 weeks. @virginmedia engineer was supposed to come out today but never turned up. Turns out he signed the job off as completed even tho he didn't turn up. Internet still going off and on.

    @virginmedia Thank you, but unfortunately there’s no alternative placement as the next power socket would be through a wall and 10 meters down the hallway, which might help with the overheating, but is a weird spot as all my network connections run to the cupboard by the entrance.

    @virginmedia just spent a hour with 2 advisors who have made me feel like disconnection is the best option with VM, I have raised a complaint but I don’t feel confident that it will come to a resolution after my experience. Shame to end my contract after 15 years as a customer 🤬

    @virginmedia ive now spoken to three of your customer services team over the last few days to confirm at the end of my contract which was 31 May I wanted all my tv package to be ceased and broadband services to be reduced to 350mb on a rolling contract...tv still working!!
