    @virginmedia COM103473607 but as I said I have a deadlock letter.... I have no confidence due to the fact your company seems to neglect the real issue here! Telling my 82 yr old mother her dead husband ordered Sky Movies from the grave! A service neither of them are/were interested in

    Absoloutley disgusted with @virginmedia been on hold for 2 hours - I'm an existing customer and one agent has hung on me!!! I want to discuss my existing contract with them. How the hell are you supposed to speak to the complaints department or a manager in charge!

    @virginmedia There’s no service issue, the engineer had punctured the cabling with a cable tack. It stops the fibre optic cable from working. I removed it but not before having to sit on the phone for 30 minutes after me complaining the other day about your inept installation team

    @virginmedia My Mother in law recently went into care with the late stages of Alzheimers and as power of attorney of her affairs I have tried to cancel her phone contract however your customers service did not want to know. They marked the file closed and said I would 1/3

    @virginmedia strange I read all the posts about Virgin customers ringing up about cancelling services and Virgin offering them a better deal however I ring up and cancel a service with no trouble at all, not even offering a lower price, your loss #virginmedia

    Broadband download issues a few weeks back, now On Demand TV not working for Manifest. Ridiculous time on hold to try to get through to your team. I’m not feeling the love @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Just rang again. On hold for 20 mins (again) to get hung up on after giving my name. How do I cancel if I am already out of contact. Unless somebody can ring me instead as I refuse to sit through that hold music a third time

    @virginmedia Trip haziest outside my house cables running to next door which were supposed to be temporary, unstable service, rattling router, some of these issues have been resolved. Others haven’t. I’ve asked for final response but no one will talk to me about this.

    @virginmedia As per usual there’ll be no problems in the area, I’ll get told to unplug the box, then you’ll book an engineer for about 5days time, meanwhile the problem magically disappears #badservice

    @virginmedia what's the point in sending a letter stating if yr service hasn't resumed by 5pm ring this number. When they shut at 5pm. Poor service again from virgin media. Nearly 8pm and still no tele or broadband. What a joke of a company.

    Unless your entire family are able & willing to park their arses on top of a @Virginmedia hub, literally, then don't bother, my Wifi signal is as strong as a Cuppa tea without a tea bag? So daily unstable. Another day lost?🤓

    @virginmedia You can't use that link, as it says you have to sign in. When you sign in, it takes you to the test I ran. Just ran it again. Same error. My BB is back up, but thought you guys should know of this error at your end.

    No tv or internet service since 12:30 @virginmedia are useless. They best sort the phone line issue soon cause that's clearly causing problems. Not the only one in this area having problems. 😡
