  I have virgin media but they don’t have a Customer service that you can speak to. Or email I’ve had a problem for over a month since an engineer messed about in the box in the street. Picture on tv keeps pixilated.

  @virginmedia Internet is down in our area since Monday. I keep getting multiple emails saying it'll be fixed by 12pm tomorrow, then 4pm Wednesday 12pm Thursday, 12pm Friday and now 4pm Friday. None of your call centre staff can help us we've spent hours on hold this week.

  @virginmedia @virginhelp I've never had this much issue as I have had today. I'm plugged in on ethernet, I've reset my hub, and checked my area and there is no issue at all. My WiFi is working from my hub but yet its booting me out of Destiny 2 and not just that but the chat parties on PS5 itself

Putting callers on hold for no reason to frustrate them Excessive and unnecessary call transfers between departments.   A man in his 20s has been arrested in connection with a shooting at a house in Co Galway during the August bank holiday weekend. A man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after gunshots were reported at a residence in Dunlo, Ballinasloe on Monday 3rd August at around 3.15am.  Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the Cúlán Eiscir Riada area between 2.30am and 4am, and who may have witnessed the incident or has camera footage, to come forward.   virgin media are actually the WORST my landlord is selling the property and i have to now move into a house share which already has wifi so trying to cancel my broadband and they are charging a £335 cancellation fee greedy *****. i’m going to have 0 money
