@virginmedia Estimated fix time, it’s been going on for 4+ weeks and yes that is the number I am calling. It reset everything and did tests and currently running HOWEVER the next drop will be 5pmish as per the norm. It last went off at 14:53. I need a human being & cant speak to one

@virginmedia I have tried EVERYTHING to speak to a human however the automated rubbish doesn’t let me get there. It just tells me there is a problem that you are trying to fix. Clearly I am aware there is a problem and has been for sometime I have done all usual diagnostics my end

@virginmedia Restarted twice, no problems with Internet at all. It started randomly on Monday night I thought it was going down but no it's like its telling me Internet is working but no thanks. Router is stuck where it is next to TV don't want flashing x
