    @virginmedia spoken to your “customer service”. Advised that promises for call back on live chat cannot be traced and nothing they could do. The call centre apparently has no record of live chat conversations. Advisor seemed to blame me! For a media company very poorly connected

    If 2020 was an Internet provider it would be @virginmedia Solve the problem of losing IP address by restarting router. It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed

    @virginmedia also run tests. All came back fine. Significantly below minimum guaranteed speed. Average 20mbps. Disappointed that I was promised a call and never got it. Been on hold too long. Appalling service.

    Okay @virginmedia your intelligent WiFi pods are not working… if it’s not a white pulsing light constantly then it’s no lights at all. I have two pods and neither of them work after moving them, resetting the WiFi etc and we work from home.. this is unacceptable!
