I have had someone called Ross from billing,dealing with this but now no response from him 🙄

However, I imagine once high load resumes in the evening it will be terrible again. Feels like we're being heavily throttled during the evening

With regards to mobile issues, this has been around the same length of time. The only way I've been able to get any connection at all is by switching to 3G
