    @virginmedia My internet keeps going off on a daily basis for roughly 10/15 mins at a time 2:3 times a day. I have a complaint going thru....There will be another one if you don’t sort out this problem & the other problems within the next 24hrs

    @virginmedia I rang yesterday and you offered a new monthly rate for our package going forward. You then emailed confirming a higher price. I have tried 3 times to use your messaging service but, after giving details of my query, the chat then goes dead! Very poor service!

    @PhilGriffo @virginmedia Seems to be working now. Worst service ever! Roll on contract ending. Can’t even speak with someone to get someone out who the hell understands such a service

    Rang to downgrade @virginmedia package, spoke to 3 different advisors and it appears the prices are literally plucked from their arses on the spot offering less of a discount than at first 🤦🏻 no customer loyalty & staff dont care. Req cancellation after the poor service today!

    @virginmedia There is no problems in the area... equipment is all plugged in/installed properly. My wife is working from home & keeps getting interrupted & misses calls etc.... Needs sorting now

    Set the @virginmedia hub 4 up and is performing worse than the previous. Watching the boxing via sky go and keeps stalling and buffering. Also before when checked the speed it was 20mb when pay for 100mb. Waste of money as never get what pay for.

    @virginmedia after 72hrs dealing with online customer services, all I’m gettin is pleasantries and no solutions. Intermittent broadband for weeks, can I start paying you intermittently?

    @virginmedia again my internet is down. Down yesterday down today down 2 days before that. Only fix is to pull the power and force a reboot your routers are rubbish

    @virginmedia ...went off. Since, we were told to get everything reconnected and it would all be back on within 72hrs - we’re now in over 72hrs and nothing has changed. Also, to add, the Hub 4 has been shockingly bad, 1GB but it’s slower than my previous 350mb box. Any suggestions?

    @virginmedia Yes I spoke to them earlier, that is why I'm having to look at Sky and BT for my services, as iv been with virgin media for 11years and I basically got told I have to pay almost £31 more for the same services as a new customer, so I best become I new customer with Sky or BT

    @virginmedia As already mentioned, I have no wired devices with which to test. All of the wireless devices are capable of well in excess of 350Mbps on the LAN, so the problem is with the WAN.
