    When you cancel a direct debit pending an overpayment query, an extortionate figure is taken by them, you get charged £7.50 for late payment, you are on hold for 45 minutes and then they say the direct debit wasn’t cancelled 👀NEVER CHOOSE VIRGIN @virginmedia @SCOAF_UK

    @virginmedia Yes keeps shutting down then going through the start up routine on the modem green light etc sometimes it’s off for 10 mins sometimes longer but can happen up to 7/8 time a day

    @virginmedia standard day again today WiFi has failed over 6 times on the phone for an hour and get cut off again!! If I could get through I would cancel may just have to stop paying my bill you might contact me then #poorservice #nointernet #p

    @virginmedia Today so far so good but this has been happening every day for the past 2 weeks but I can never get through on the phone on hold for an hour at a time only to be cut off!! Went off again twice last night trying work from home is impossible

    @RoodJood @bondbarton @virginmedia I was with Sky for 10 years. I had one outage and they sent me a refund (didn't have to apply). In 4 years with Virgin I've had nothing but grief. A phone line that still doesn't work. Outages every other month sometimes over full weekends.

    @virginmedia I doubt it. I’ve been left on hold and no one has come back to me. Is there a reason why your service is this bad? And why do you not have a direct route to speak to the relevant teams? Why must we go through a thousand automated options first, only to be passed to another team?

    @virginmedia @freyabob 2 months of dealing with your whatsapp and the people on it cannot even do basic math, I'm being serious I paid 60 they wanted 30 more and when I said 90 they acted completely oblivious to what I was saying as if 90 never existed, the live chat has been an absolute failure

    Hello @virginmedia I have been sent a mobile phone by you in my mother’s name, we never bought the phone. A Taxi driver came by our home & tried to pick it up. I contacted your Customer service team who said someone will be in touch. I have not received confirmation by email

    @virginmedia Your engineers have visited, thank you. Broadband and TV are restored. Not clear why phone not working and a further work order is needed. We look forward to receiving our automatic compensation for loss of service and repeated missed visits.
