And @virginmedia broadband appears to be having issues again. After losing it for hours on Friday due to a local area issue, my connection appears to have gone again and the router is constantly rebooting and searching for a connection. Not a stable service whatsoever.

Having to use my phone data to tether my laptop for work as @virginmedia broadband has gone down. Ran through diags and it’s said an engineer needs to attend 🙄 Managed to get an appointment between 12-4 today which is surprising!

Really fed up with my @virginmedia internet connection. Months of packet loss causing voice calls to be unintelligible. Constantly losing connection. Multiple ‘engineer’ visits and its still terrible. Two days in a row now the hub says No RF Signal. Stay away from it!

@virginmedia I have checked and rebooted but says nothing wrong, we can have 10 devices connected at any 1 time and never had a problem till last week when internet just turned off randomly an since then ots been on, off, on, off,on,off all day

@virginmedia Visit was put on hold as you later found you had a wider issue. It was resolved after a few hours so not too bad. Not sure how happy my boss was at me not being able to get online though...

@virginmedia your sales team are telling people that upgrading to 200 speed will fix WiFi issues. I was looking for a new deal but don’t want to sign up until it’s guaranteed I can get WiFi in more than 2 rooms. I live in a small 3 bed and I’m on my 2nd router which is worse

@virginmedia 1 tv went off showing error code. Other tv working. On website tried to sort with code. Didn't work, phoned 150 no luck as told service closed. On website it states Saturday 8-8pm. Not impressed as was on red button watching tennis. I need my big screen.

@virginmedia The only issue was that the account was activated when it shouldn’t have been. Your processes are rubbish, call centre staff just reading from a script and not listening. The only decent service was from the engineer who finally got us on line yesterday.

@virginmedia 2 main issues causing recording / Series links not working. It's happened with RAW on Monday's, NXT on Wednesday's & Smack Down on Friday's. At least one of every show has been effected & I'm not the only one either as seen a few people mention it.
