    @virginmedia The technician came on Wednesday & did a wired connection test. We are only getting 180meg which is terrible considering we are paying for 300meg! My children can’t get a signal at all whereas they were fine before! Two visits and still not resolved!

    @virginmedia You are not listening. I understand it fluctuates. What I mean is why have I had an acceptable 300meg signal for 11 months & now it’s dropped to below half that? 4 phone calls & two technician visits can’t sort it???? I want what I had!

    @virginmedia After weeks of a landline service being non-existent I was assured this would be fixed yesterday, it's not! Vulnerable isolating person relies on this to keep in touch and in emergencies. Not good enough yet again. Fed up of feeling fobbed off!

    @virginmedia Again fully appreciate and understand that. However, elderly vulnerable person has to rely on this service and it is intermittent and not reliable

    @virginmedia It just says it looks like I can’t get on the internet and it recommends an engineer to come out. On the FOURTH OF JANUARY. During a pandemic when I’m working from home. I left @virginmedia because your service kept dropping, some things never change.

    @virginmedia I’m looking to upgrade my hub 3 as it’s old and rarely gets above 40mbps although we’re on the 350mbps fibre broadband package. I wanted a new hub 3 or the hub 4 but can never speak to a human. I bet if I was a new customer I would get through straight away. 😡

    @virginmedia What a TERRIBLE monopolistic broadband service you provide in Kentish Town NW5 2LL/2JX. This last 10 days, endless outages. For this you rob me of £60pm. Many neighbours report the same exasperating experience. Can't wait for next month when G-Network goes lives.

    I swear @virginmedia have the worst customer service ever! Paying customer of a good package from them for well over 2 years and they can't even get an email correct Which has caused billing issues again that shoukd have been resolved the first time
