    @stevehhh so if there are issues with Virgin Media they can easily switch to BT. If BT High Speed Fibre Optic broadband can be secured sooner, rather than later, those residents who are experiencing issues with Virgin Media can switch/be able to access the High Speed Fibre Optic service.

    2nd attempt to cancel my account and @virginmedia hang up again. I requested to raise a complaint and they hang up! @Ofcom will be contacted. (Seen as you’re not allowing a consumer to raise a complaint)

    @virginmedia yesterday, a technician came to ‘fix’ our broadband as we keep having outages. Advised it could be outside cables, replaced router with the same outdated model & left. More technicians this morning checked outside cables, dug up the garden & left. Still no internet.

    @virginmedia Rang 151 have ended up filing a complaint as I was hung up on. I wasn't offered the extra number to ring. Sorry for your loss but you must pay the 30 days notice... Very nice for my mum in her 80s who no longer needs the sports package as my dad died.

    a pin hole reset too many times to remember! After a replacement hub and two engineer visits it's still down. It's down right now apparently due to another stability issue. Please @virginmedia sort it out! If anyone else is having this problem please let me know and retweet.

    @virginmedia I don’t understand how every other house in my street with Virgin doesn’t have an outage but we do? We’ve had this before and were told it was an outage but it was a problem with our cable. The service status page says it’s not available right now. I’d like this looked at again
