@Cathy_TwoHalves @virginmedia The problems include always being passed onto to yet another unempowered person eg. To get a code turn a bix back on post upgrade (should have happened anyway) took 2 days and several hours waiting to finally get to a tech, problem then fixed in a few mins.

Do you ever get off the phone to @virginmedia and wanna scream. Been a customer for 15yrs just in this property alone yet they patronise me by saying I have to pay extra each month is my WiFi is to reach upstairs or kitchen (my house is tiny)

@itsaWildCATH @virginmedia Ah, interesting cheers. I maintain most people are ok waiting, it's this information black out that is so unnecessary. Is 5 odd days of no connectivity a normal occurrence? I don't think I've ever had an issue like this before!
