    @AidyDews @ALANMYERSMEDIA @virginmedia That’s exactly what happened to me. Upgraded to 500mg and the speed/coverage got worse. They ended up giving me 1 Gig for the price of 500mg & a hub4 because they couldn’t fix it. Took me about 10 hours & years off my life to sort out. Nightmare.

    @virginmedia I’ve spend another 90 minutes this morning trying to get through to you after being told last week I would receive a call back within a few hours and I’m still waiting. Have you got a number which I can get through on and cancel. Worst service I’ve ever received

    @virginmedia why is your internet so rubbish? We get a bit of rain and wind and the whole TV goes off with no connectivity its woeful. We have sat here for a few hours now with no tv at all and were paying £49 a month for wifi that doesnt work!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam We haven’t been booked in. Following some quick and informative enquiries, @virginmedia can install a new service in 3days; yet, a @SkyUK engineer can’t come out to us for over a week? When we pay a monthly small fortune, this all feels like terrible customer service

    @virginmedia I need help with getting a number so I can call up and cancel the subscription we have. The broadband has been terrible for over a month now. Was told last week there was an issue with the router and we would receive support and have had none and it’s impossible to get though

    @ALANMYERSMEDIA @virginmedia Absolutely incompetent. Takes an hour to speak to someone, they then tell you you’re through to the wrong dept and pass you back in the queue. Took me 2 months to sort my internet out recently. Awful service.

    @LucyWCam @virginmedia I had same problem and eventually cancelled my subscription. That prompted them to ring me! I have now changed over to Zen for broad band and just using free view for TV. It is wonderfully trouble free and costs a fraction of Virgin- and they have terrific customer service!

    @virginmedia we cancelled our contract had various calls to keep the service but told them no.we have now had an email saying thanks for making changes and started a new contract tried to call for days but no answer if we get no response we will be getting in touch with @Ofcom

    @smiles333 @MartinSLewis @virginmedia Just stop your DD. Their quick enough to contact you then. When they took over from NTL they tried to screw me over by breaking the channels up into packages. But I never paid them a penny because I’d never been informed that they’d taken over NTL.

    @mikehoughmusic @virginmedia They charge my Nan for a service she wasn’t receiving. Bearing in mind my Nan is a pensioner. In the end they refunded her and updated her box. Prefer Sky if I’m honest.
