@virginmedia Every time it fails I have never been asked to do a reset. The last time they checked their system and sent an engineer who put attenuation on it as the jitter was high and the system showed a fault their end

@virginmedia It's worst on 601 BBC News where either part or all of the screen pixilates. But it happens on other channels to a lesser degree.

@virginmedia are useless fixing an area so they break your broadband then get you to do lots of useless tests that show the same thing then ask for a reset that will not fix anything

@virginmedia The team have booked an engineer but advised changes on router settings that have made it a bit better until the engineer can fix it properly

@virginmedia Hi, I've been on to the Service Status line, no issues. Used My Virgin Media app no issues raised with Broadband or TV provision. Still picture break-ups on some channels.

@virginmedia I already spent ages on the phone on Friday when I needed internet but you were doing essential works. I study, work and have a young daughter I don’t have time for long phone calls for a service that should work.

@virginmedia just found out as I’m an oomph customer on volt I should get broadband of 350 but getting 53 jitter is beyond a joke too. What happened?

@virginmedia Long conversation. There is definitely a problem which is not good as engineer was here Monday. Booked another visit for Friday evening. So no tv for me until Friday. Can't get Prime or Netflix. This is not satisfactory is it? I live alone, so I'm very angry.

@virginmedia Planned work which is fine but the advert in writing and on the tv makes it sound good that you get data on your Virgin mobile if your broadband ever goes down. Just finding the contact for trading standards

@virginmedia One tv is now working. The other 2 still saying No Signal. I haven't touched sets since engineer was here on Monday. Just used remote controls which I find inefficient.

@virginmedia offer volt speeds of 350 paying for 200 getting 60ish it’s ridiculous I’ve spent hours sending them proof when jitter high they think resetting it all and spending more hours getting everything back up will work and I don’t it’s only been this bad this time since

@virginmedia More than 2 hours later and one of your colleagues apparently had a solution. A cheaper monthly deal with faster internet and I pay for the new style booster. This was sorted and then out through to the faults line (again) to order the hub.
