@virginmedia We’ve had poor service since November 2022 ! Engineer out last week confirms we have had multiple drop outs even one day with no service at all . System says you will get auto compensation no need to log . But yet no compensation just an increase in monthly bill #timetomove

@dhrutishah @virginmedia If its a backup unit (BBU) your parents have had installed, they are only able to call emergency services from it if their broadband has gone down. They are fitted with a sim card incase of a situation such as this one.

There also would or should have been a priorty 1 escalation of this issue happening regardless of time of day. The would have known about it around 2am at least
