@virginmedia can’t get through on the phone, so you launch an app to manage your own account, then when you try and make changes it sends you to a chat option which also you can’t get through on. Your service is an absolute joke !

Virgin Media WiFi is honestly the worst to be with. Trying to watch films using the WiFi and its going off every 10 minutes. Nothing to do with our signal or our bill, it's just plain shite. Are they gonna sort it out? Are they ****

@AllenWeso6 @1878shadow @virginmedia Just binned them off to go back to Sky. Been paying for the all singing and dancing fibre broadband and it’s slower then my work mobile router! TV picture is dog rough and my Virgin Mobile sim won’t take calls from anyone on the EE network when I’m connected to the WiFi! See ya!

@virginmedia I’ve just rung up agai every single time I tell my problem, they tell mr they will put me through to the right team. The right team answers & immediately hangs up. Just done the text thing and someone called me. I say hello & they hang up. I’m getting sick of it.

@virginmedia Internet issues all morning. Service status checker says no issues in the area & the automated number said to keep an eye on it for 24 hours after finding an intermittent issue. This is unacceptable. We pay a lot for your service and need the Internet for work

@virginmedia Thanks for the info, leaving due to 6 weeks of problems and very many hours on the phone to yourselves trying to rectify . Told problems sorted when they clearly are not . Causing personal stress to me every time I make another long futile phone call to 150 ( waited 3hrs once)

@virginmedia Really not happy. Spoke to tech support today after 2 hours on hold today. They tell me ongoing works in the area will mean slow speeds until 23 Dec! So slow at the moment we cannot even watch one streaming show in the house. This service is a joke!

@BlueRoseCode @virginmedia Had a few companies over the last 20 years. Virgin were by far and away the worst. When we cancelled they took a month to collect their equipment. We charged them a storage fee and they paid.
