    @virginmedia can’t get through on the phone, so you launch an app to manage your own account, then when you try and make changes it sends you to a chat option which also you can’t get through on. Your service is an absolute joke !

    @virginmedia I’ve just rung up agai every single time I tell my problem, they tell mr they will put me through to the right team. The right team answers & immediately hangs up. Just done the text thing and someone called me. I say hello & they hang up. I’m getting sick of it.

    @AllenWeso6 @1878shadow @virginmedia Just binned them off to go back to Sky. Been paying for the all singing and dancing fibre broadband and it’s slower then my work mobile router! TV picture is dog rough and my Virgin Mobile sim won’t take calls from anyone on the EE network when I’m connected to the WiFi! See ya!

    @virginmedia what is the problem with the broadband in the L9 area?! It’s been dodgy for weeks now and my husband now has to use his phone as a hotspot to be able to actually work from home because the broadband is so shocking!

    @virginmedia Internet issues all morning. Service status checker says no issues in the area & the automated number said to keep an eye on it for 24 hours after finding an intermittent issue. This is unacceptable. We pay a lot for your service and need the Internet for work

    @virginmedia Thanks for the info, leaving due to 6 weeks of problems and very many hours on the phone to yourselves trying to rectify . Told problems sorted when they clearly are not . Causing personal stress to me every time I make another long futile phone call to 150 ( waited 3hrs once)

    @virginmedia Thank you , so I’m good to cancel my direct debit then? I mean if we are currently £84 in credit and our disconnection will be before the next bill date . I didn’t know if money was returned via the DD method but if it’s cheque then we are good to cancel our direct debit ? TIA .

    Virgin Media WiFi is honestly the worst to be with. Trying to watch films using the WiFi and its going off every 10 minutes. Nothing to do with our signal or our bill, it's just plain shite. Are they gonna sort it out? Are they ****

    @virginmedia Eventually. First another light appears on the TiVo box then the routers runs through various configurations of lights. It invariably comes back in less that an hour. However it is the intermittence that is the issue. Every few days this happens.

    @virginmedia If you know why it’s happening and you know you can fix it I’d really rather not bother with the hassle of leaving. However, if Virgin Media is in trouble and it’s infrastructure is falling to pieces I want to know that too.

    @virginmedia are there any known issues in the CB1 area? Our connection has been regularly dropping out recently and it's particularly bad today. I've rebooted the Hub several times.
