@Cathy_TwoHalves @virginmedia The problems include always being passed onto to yet another unempowered person eg. To get a code turn a bix back on post upgrade (should have happened anyway) took 2 days and several hours waiting to finally get to a tech, problem then fixed in a few mins.

Once again @virginmedia broadband not working. Reset the hub multiple times, works for about 10 mins then the green wifi light comes on and the 2 arrows flash green. Account says no issues in my area so any ideas??

@virginmedia I'm on a 1GB Fibre plan. The test is via a wired connection on a gigabit network inside my house. All the equipment on my network is operating correctly. But like I said - yesterdays test was a wired connection via Cat6e cable direct from PC to hub.
