@virginmedia I am no longer a customer and I have paid the account in full. It was paid in August 2018 and my credit file is showing that I’m behind on my payments and have been since April 2018 as it hasn’t been updated for 18 months! 4 times I’ve been told my complaint would be dealt with.

@virginmedia Is there a way of retroactively registering the loss of service because I’ve been trying to do so through the website all day (since 9:30) and it’s only just let me register it at 17:30? If it’s only compensation after 48hr from registering this does make quite a difference

@virginmedia Technician called David 46582 came, came in looked said straight away what he needed to do, changed box over no fuss no questions, very professional and down to earth. Pity some of the staff who answer phone when you final get through arnt like that, 👍👍👍 for David though
