    OK I haven’t tweeted in months but I’ve now been trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband since Friday. First via WhatsApp, then I gave up and phoned but I’m getting the runaround. Please let me cancel your overpriced service and hopefully never do business with you again 😡

    @virginmedia same problem in Lancaster. TV has gone down. Program guide still works just no picture. Same on the App, it says my Internet connection is poor even though its over 200mps. Still got fibre obviously

    @virginmedia I called yesterday - after 2 calls totalling about 80 minutes the customer service person said she couldn’t process the termination due to a technical error and would call me back in half an hour. I haven’t heard anything since then.

    @gs_lawrenson @virginmedia I bet my struggle has been about a similar time. It’s the shoddiest service ever. Paying for 350 mbps. It was 7.4 today. Never seen it above 125. They are literally stealing my money 😤 Every response from them is scripted. Woeful. It’s driving me mad!

    @virginmedia It started working again 3 hours later. But today it's down again! So broadband was down yesterday for 2/3 hours, and down twice again today. PLUS the 3 other times it's been down in the last few weeks! How do I go about getting a refund/compensation from Virgin media?

    @virginmedia No, not sorted. For the 3rd day in a row the internet has just cut out for about an hour with no communication. I can see from other people tweeting that this is a problem. Maybe you should make a statement? Seems to have happened after the ‘free upgrade’ email you sent recently

    @virginmedia absolutely fed upwith wifi dropping out. 5 times in the last hour it's dropped out and is back under a minute. Been on your support pages but no good. Reset router but not good. Happens every day!
