    OK I haven’t tweeted in months but I’ve now been trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband since Friday. First via WhatsApp, then I gave up and phoned but I’m getting the runaround. Please let me cancel your overpriced service and hopefully never do business with you again 😡

    @virginmedia An engineer was supposed to be with me between 12:00 - 16:00 today. Am I to take it they’re not coming? There’s a £25 cancellation fee if I am not in / cancel… I expect that £25 off my next bill please?

    Another evening. No broadband. Five out of the last nine nights with absolutely no service. @virginmedia you are THE worst service provider I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Appalling.

    @gs_lawrenson @virginmedia I bet my struggle has been about a similar time. It’s the shoddiest service ever. Paying for 350 mbps. It was 7.4 today. Never seen it above 125. They are literally stealing my money 😤 Every response from them is scripted. Woeful. It’s driving me mad!

    @virginmedia I called yesterday - after 2 calls totalling about 80 minutes the customer service person said she couldn’t process the termination due to a technical error and would call me back in half an hour. I haven’t heard anything since then.

    @virginmedia I have been unable to access my email account for 9 days now, made numerous phone calls and been unable to fix issue.. Your IT department were supposed to call me to try and fix issue been waiting for them to phone for 6 days.

    i use to hate customers like this when i worked for Virgin Media and EE. i use to get it sometimes but the amount my female staff use to get problems and belittling was frustrating and i always made sure the customer knew what they were doing was wrong xD
