@ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

Virgin Media's contractors back again, digging up the road for about the 10th time. Every time they go, we just KNOW they'll be back - might be next week, might be 2 months, but they will be back. They never leave us alone 🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia same problem in Lancaster. TV has gone down. Program guide still works just no picture. Same on the App, it says my Internet connection is poor even though its over 200mps. Still got fibre obviously

So, having just moved house to Cumbria, i contact #virginmedia to transfer my broadband, which they said a few weeks ago "would not be a problem" Now they tell me they dont operate around my new address, and are now trying to charge me £250 for breaking my contract. Any advice ??

@virginmedia I received a call from 0345 454 1111 on 19/3 caller advised he was virgin media. Offered £30 for appalling service, I said I have called 18 times it is not enough. He said he will refer it to manager who will call me back. No call.

@virginmedia Absolutely the worst customer service from Virgin Mobile, trying to resolve a billing issue. Previous CSR said it was cancelled and no debt & now sent me a debt letter. The CSR is argumentative and talks over me, doesn't listen to facts and hung up after 21 mins
