Walking home saw a Virgin Media contractors truck turning off the main road, there's a thousand places it could be going, but let's guess. YES!! Outside our house when I get back. It's like flies to a cow pat. They never leave us alone😡

Dave “Benny” Bentley (@DavePARA_MEDIC) reported from Bolton-le-Sands, England
@virginmedia crap customer service, we said that we wanted to switch provider, you said we would have to give 30 days notice, fair enough, and now you have just disconnected us anyway 🤬 poor comms from your Team, The Virgin Media Pizza 🍕 would have pubes as a topping
-
Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England
@virginmedia internet down again. I’m sick of complaining about this. Can you actually fix the real problem instead of sending engineers to my house who test equipment and find everything is working as it should be.
-

Not a happy @virginmedia customer right now! First time I've seen my kids in six weeks! #virginmedia

So, having just moved house to Cumbria, i contact #virginmedia to transfer my broadband, which they said a few weeks ago "would not be a problem" Now they tell me they dont operate around my new address, and are now trying to charge me £250 for breaking my contract. Any advice ??

Adam Nutt (@AdamNutt247) reported from Middleton, England
@virginmedia I've had no Internet since last night. Is there a local issue thats being worked on or can an engineer be sent out to resolve the issue? LA3 area.
-
Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England
@JustCallMeSeann @virginmedia Several people in my local area have reported the issue hence why I know the problem is at the local virgin media cabinet as stated by their own engineer.
-
Joel Procter (@onjoelp) reported from Lancaster, England

justChris 🏍🇬🇧🏴 (@astlecw) reported from Carnforth, England
Virgin Media's contractors back again, digging up the road for about the 10th time. Every time they go, we just KNOW they'll be back - might be next week, might be 2 months, but they will be back. They never leave us alone 🤬🤬🤬
-
pfarri (@apocolypse2015) reported from Kirkby Lonsdale, England
@virginmedia Already done. Annoyed that we were assured that we could transfer our service to our new house, despite me querying this with the operator at the time. A note to this effect is also on our call log. Surely it is you who is now breaking the contract, not me.
-
Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England
@virginmedia But happy to take my money and provide crap services right. Hardly seems fair that.
-
Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England
@virginmedia Internet seems to be ok at the moment. The service status never reflects if service is down or not. My issue is with the intermittent loss of internet connection. Customer service treat me like an idiot. Please fix the problem in my area. (Lancaster)
-
Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England
@ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.
-
Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England
@JustCallMeSeann @virginmedia The engineer told me several people in the area had the same issue as me and it wa likely due to a fault at the cabinet. I told this to customer service who then wanted to send another engineer to my house. 🙄
-
Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England
@JustCallMeSeann @virginmedia I realise the hub 3 isn’t great but like I said the issue (likely due to over subscription) is external to my property. Hopefully with enough people nagging them, Virgin will fix the local area fault.
-
Jen ✨✨ (@Jenniboyd2510) reported from Middleton, England
So ringing @TUIUK for my refund & put on hold for 58 mins to be told they can't help and also to get a bill from @virginmedia of £58 for the call #nothappy @MartinSLewis how is this fair

@virginmedia been having internet issues since February, your website checks keep saying intermittent signal in my area. Is there anyway to pinpoint what’s causing it? BT28 area
-
Laurie (@Lauriedl_) reported
@virginmedia That's not quite what I need. We've had service issues for a number of days before we finally reported it to you so under your poor rules, we won't fit your criteria. We both have receipts for our extra costs due to your poor WiFi, rather than your own decided prices.
-
Claud Burkinshaw (@ClaudBurkinshaw) reported
@virginmedia on that note, I would encourage everyone who was thinking about joining @virginmedia to seriously consider and instead, go with one of their many competitors for a far better experience and service. I will post this every day for the rest of my @virginmedia contract.
-
Paul Magrath (@Maggotlaw) reported
@virginmedia Now it’s dropped again! No internet today - despite weeks of digging up road for new fibre - or is that a rival co? G Network: explain!

@virginmedia you’re a disgrace! I’ve spent 5 hours on the phone to India trying to get connected to WiFi. Still no resolution then you try to add gadget rescue to my package. Angry & pissed off with you #virginmedia
-
Umair (@UmairUchiha) reported
@virginmedia Well there is but we already called and they said there’s nothing wrong 😑. So what’s the point continuing the contract… we pay more than we get. The internet sucks and we ending the contract…. Unless you guys can give use Good upload and download speed for a good deal.
-
Paul Magrath (@Maggotlaw) reported
@virginmedia Yes that works. I've filed a complaint, about general unreliability. The problem is that all the performance comparisons focus on speed rather than reliability. It's the latter that matters when you're in the middle of a zoom meeting and the internet goes awol.

Mattcseries3 (@mattcseries3) reported
@virginmedia @Pow184 Good luck with that, worst customer services ever, happy to take your money for fictitious speeds but don’t ever want to talk to anyone, then if you don’t want their higher package they put the phone down on you. Sky broadband was not as quick granted but out works!!
