Virgin Media's contractors back again, digging up the road for about the 10th time. Every time they go, we just KNOW they'll be back - might be next week, might be 2 months, but they will be back. They never leave us alone 🤬🤬🤬

Walking home saw a Virgin Media contractors truck turning off the main road, there's a thousand places it could be going, but let's guess. YES!! Outside our house when I get back. It's like flies to a cow pat. They never leave us alone😡

So, having just moved house to Cumbria, i contact #virginmedia to transfer my broadband, which they said a few weeks ago "would not be a problem" Now they tell me they dont operate around my new address, and are now trying to charge me £250 for breaking my contract. Any advice ??

OK I haven’t tweeted in months but I’ve now been trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband since Friday. First via WhatsApp, then I gave up and phoned but I’m getting the runaround. Please let me cancel your overpriced service and hopefully never do business with you again 😡

@virginmedia Already done. Annoyed that we were assured that we could transfer our service to our new house, despite me querying this with the operator at the time. A note to this effect is also on our call log. Surely it is you who is now breaking the contract, not me.

@virginmedia I was recommended to rake the complaint further to your management team via your email but hilariously (sarcasm) the link you provided to escalate the complaint does not work and reader error 404. How surprising. A complaint to of common seems imminent

@virginmedia Why do you make it so hard to switch to another provider? I've been trying for days to speak to someone from you cancellation department but either get cutoff, told there's a technical issue or advised that I can't cancel my TV and BB as my phone is being ported.

@virginmedia are a joke yano having problems with tv and internet which have been going on some time and all you get is a ******* bot repeating itself 🤬🤬🤬
-
Louise Clayton-Hatch
(@clayton_hatch) reported
@virginmedia Your own team have effectively said (after you told me to phone them) they couldn't fix it for 8 weeks min. If at all. You don't need access to my accounts to agree to cover costs incurred by your lack of commitment to providing a service properly in a year.

@vmbusiness starting 2022 as you mean to go on? I think you should go into lift manufacture as you are so good at taking our signal up and down but I would not trust you in that business either!
