    @gs_lawrenson @virginmedia I bet my struggle has been about a similar time. It’s the shoddiest service ever. Paying for 350 mbps. It was 7.4 today. Never seen it above 125. They are literally stealing my money 😤 Every response from them is scripted. Woeful. It’s driving me mad!

    OK I haven’t tweeted in months but I’ve now been trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband since Friday. First via WhatsApp, then I gave up and phoned but I’m getting the runaround. Please let me cancel your overpriced service and hopefully never do business with you again 😡

    @virginmedia I called yesterday - after 2 calls totalling about 80 minutes the customer service person said she couldn’t process the termination due to a technical error and would call me back in half an hour. I haven’t heard anything since then.

    @virginmedia can you please tell me why after about 10 phone calls with very poor service, the complaint I raised about it has been closed as me agreeing to something when none of your resolution team has even spoken to me, therefore not agreeing to anything?
