I haven’t heard anything since then.

Annoyed that we were assured that we could transfer our service to our new house, despite me querying this with the operator at the time. A note to this effect is also on our call log. Surely it is you who is now breaking the contract, not me.

Any advice ??

Then got onto WhatsApp, was offered a deal that’s actually more expensive than the higher one that my current contract will rise to in 2 weeks.
