@virginmedia An engineer was supposed to be with me between 12:00 - 16:00 today. Am I to take it they’re not coming? There’s a £25 cancellation fee if I am not in / cancel… I expect that £25 off my next bill please?

OK I haven’t tweeted in months but I’ve now been trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband since Friday. First via WhatsApp, then I gave up and phoned but I’m getting the runaround. Please let me cancel your overpriced service and hopefully never do business with you again 😡

@virginmedia same problem in Lancaster. TV has gone down. Program guide still works just no picture. Same on the App, it says my Internet connection is poor even though its over 200mps. Still got fibre obviously

@virginmedia Already done. Annoyed that we were assured that we could transfer our service to our new house, despite me querying this with the operator at the time. A note to this effect is also on our call log. Surely it is you who is now breaking the contract, not me.

@virginmedia I called yesterday - after 2 calls totalling about 80 minutes the customer service person said she couldn’t process the termination due to a technical error and would call me back in half an hour. I haven’t heard anything since then.

So, having just moved house to Cumbria, i contact #virginmedia to transfer my broadband, which they said a few weeks ago "would not be a problem" Now they tell me they dont operate around my new address, and are now trying to charge me £250 for breaking my contract. Any advice ??

@virginmedia We booked for 3 TV boxes, installer was instructed only 2. Then we were left with intermittent Internet after the installer said there was an issue with the phone line, yet tech support stated an issue with the local area, contrary to what your website was reporting.

@virginmedia @SpotifyUK So over a year of my tv Channels not working prop going all pixal I paid for an upgrade and got new remotes which I was promised would fix this guess what it hasn’t it’s worse and I can’t even speak to anyone as it’s automated and cuts you off so not great is it

@virginmedia We were told Friday we need a cable repull, Friday we were told it would happen Monday. Yesterday told it would be 21st. A totally appalling wait time. BT or sky never left me this long.
