@gs_lawrenson @virginmedia I bet my struggle has been about a similar time. It’s the shoddiest service ever. Paying for 350 mbps. It was 7.4 today. Never seen it above 125. They are literally stealing my money 😤 Every response from them is scripted. Woeful. It’s driving me mad!

OK I haven’t tweeted in months but I’ve now been trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband since Friday. First via WhatsApp, then I gave up and phoned but I’m getting the runaround. Please let me cancel your overpriced service and hopefully never do business with you again 😡

@virginmedia I called yesterday - after 2 calls totalling about 80 minutes the customer service person said she couldn’t process the termination due to a technical error and would call me back in half an hour. I haven’t heard anything since then.

@virginmedia Yes I did. The complaint was logged as billing/charges. The agent that took the complaint assured me a call back from a manager and that my complaint was about the miss selling and deception.

@virginmedia I’ve also asked repeatedly for a manager to contact me. Ignored. I’ve raised a complaint… it isn’t shown on my list of cases in the ‘my Virgin Media’ section of your website, so I very much doubt you’re doing anything to resolve this.
