justChris 🏍🇬🇧🏴 (@astlecw) reported from Carnforth, EnglandWalking home saw a Virgin Media contractors truck turning off the main road, there's a thousand places it could be going, but let's guess. YES!! Outside our house when I get back. It's like flies to a cow pat. They never leave us alone😡
-
Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England@JustCallMeSeann @virginmedia I realise the hub 3 isn’t great but like I said the issue (likely due to over subscription) is external to my property. Hopefully with enough people nagging them, Virgin will fix the local area fault.

James (@JamesUHMB) reported from Lancaster, England@virginmedia Don't forget the total disregard for personal data. Especially of you're not even a customer!!
-
pfarri (@apocolypse2015) reported from Kirkby Lonsdale, England@virginmedia Already done. Annoyed that we were assured that we could transfer our service to our new house, despite me querying this with the operator at the time. A note to this effect is also on our call log. Surely it is you who is now breaking the contract, not me.
-

Emily Ford (@T0350X) reported@virginmedia why is it so hard to cancel an account?!? I’m moving house and out of contract, you don’t service the new area. You have been changing me stupid money for internet for months and when I ring to cancel the account I get moved between multiple people!
-
DENIM 🏴 🇺🇸 (@denimscott) reported@TheWho87 @virginmedia We done the same. Said something about "five days" on the packaging, but dismissed it. Within the week, box went down, so had to start using the new remote, thereby losing everything, including some much-looked at sport from the "deleted" file. That file is non-existent now.
-

Lee (@LeeDeacy90) reported@virginmedia who in their right mind decided that a software update was a good idea on the weekend the Premier League launches. Literally had no issue with my Sky or Sky+ yet you choose to do a update on the weekend the football launches. Absolutely shambolic decision making.

-
APTS Archive (@APTSArchive) reported@virginmedia we notified you in early July that we would be moving on 31st. You deemed our new address as unserviceable & therefore there would be no early termination fee & to return the kit to you. I have made in excess of 10 phone calls with your moving home team - amount to several hours getting contradictory information every time I've phoned, depending on who I spoke with. On Wednesday you took £1,070 from our bank account, causing us to become overdrawn, despite assurances from your moving home team that there was an extension on our account in order to give us time to return the kit, & no early termination fee would be charged. The kit was returned to you on Wednesday morning. Upon phoning yesterday (yet again), I was dealt with someone that might as well have been a robot, he's inability to listen & constant repeating set phrases over & over again was of little help & particularly annoying. You have made the issue of moving home particularly difficult and stressful, which for a company of your size I find inexcusable. I emailed your moving home team on Tuesday & yesterday yet have still not received a reply, despite being told in a phone call my email would be dealt with as a matter or urgency! I'm resorting to public exposure in the vain hope there will be some action & you will expedite this matter.

john (@jhargie4) reported@O2 @virginmedia CEO Lutz Schueler been waiting 5 days for my DEALOCK Letter following your refusal to actually discuss my complaint before transferring to another service provider. New customers get better deals than 20 year loyal ones.
