    So, having just moved house to Cumbria, i contact #virginmedia to transfer my broadband, which they said a few weeks ago "would not be a problem" Now they tell me they dont operate around my new address, and are now trying to charge me £250 for breaking my contract. Any advice ??

    @virginmedia same problem in Lancaster. TV has gone down. Program guide still works just no picture. Same on the App, it says my Internet connection is poor even though its over 200mps. Still got fibre obviously

    @ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

    @JustCallMeSeann @virginmedia I realise the hub 3 isn’t great but like I said the issue (likely due to over subscription) is external to my property. Hopefully with enough people nagging them, Virgin will fix the local area fault.

    So 18 month contract with #virginmedia on oomph £79.00 and a free 43" TV, existing customer renewing their contact £139.00. Surely cheaper to keep an existing customer than to find a new one, why treat your loyal customers this way? £980 extra for the same service over 18 months!

    @virginmedia As I’ve already stated. The phone, and text options are always ‘too busy’ and not available. Which leaves me with the ‘could take up to 28 days’ web form option. Not good enough I’m afraid, really you are seriously letting your existing customers down right now #virginmedia
