@JustCallMeSeann @virginmedia The engineer told me several people in the area had the same issue as me and it wa likely due to a fault at the cabinet. I told this to customer service who then wanted to send another engineer to my house. 🙄

Walking home saw a Virgin Media contractors truck turning off the main road, there's a thousand places it could be going, but let's guess. YES!! Outside our house when I get back. It's like flies to a cow pat. They never leave us alone😡

Virgin Media's contractors back again, digging up the road for about the 10th time. Every time they go, we just KNOW they'll be back - might be next week, might be 2 months, but they will be back. They never leave us alone 🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia Already done. Annoyed that we were assured that we could transfer our service to our new house, despite me querying this with the operator at the time. A note to this effect is also on our call log. Surely it is you who is now breaking the contract, not me.

@JustCallMeSeann @virginmedia Several people in my local area have reported the issue hence why I know the problem is at the local virgin media cabinet as stated by their own engineer.

@virginmedia Internet seems to be ok at the moment. The service status never reflects if service is down or not. My issue is with the intermittent loss of internet connection. Customer service treat me like an idiot. Please fix the problem in my area. (Lancaster)

@virginmedia I've had no Internet since last night. Is there a local issue thats being worked on or can an engineer be sent out to resolve the issue? LA3 area.

@JustCallMeSeann @virginmedia I realise the hub 3 isn’t great but like I said the issue (likely due to over subscription) is external to my property. Hopefully with enough people nagging them, Virgin will fix the local area fault.

@virginmedia I was also told the resets might take 30 mins to start working properly. I have asked for a call back from a supervisor but was told they are going to tell me the same thing and you will not upgrade my router. I hope this won’t be the case as I will just cancel my contract.

@virginmedia really showing the love for customers.. a £10 credit to compensate for an ongoing network fault since 14th Jan, that they say won’t be fixed until at least 7th Feb, and that’s made broadband useable most days. I mean I’m just blown away by the love.

Can @NetflixUK please fix their bug that identified @virginmedia WiFi routers as VPNs and then blocks the IP address. Sounds like a failed IT implementation that needs to be rolled back until it's professionally tested.

@virginmedia your customer service is shocking. Spent days trying to get through to get contract renegotiated as you wanted to increase it by £40 a month. Renegotiated price & you’ve set it up £10 more a month than agreed. Now have the nightmare of trying to contact you again!!

@virginmedia Hi, another two months on and we're still dealing with intermittent connectivity and ping issues. We have 2 people WFH in the house and randomly getting 150-200 ping is not acceptable. Calling has not solved this issue in the past and I'm feeling lost now. What do I do?
