I haven’t heard anything since then.
-
Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England@virginmedia Internet seems to be ok at the moment. The service status never reflects if service is down or not. My issue is with the intermittent loss of internet connection. Customer service treat me like an idiot. Please fix the problem in my area. (Lancaster)
-
pfarri (@apocolypse2015) reported from Kirkby Lonsdale, England@virginmedia Already done. Annoyed that we were assured that we could transfer our service to our new house, despite me querying this with the operator at the time. A note to this effect is also on our call log. Surely it is you who is now breaking the contract, not me.
-

-
Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England@JustCallMeSeann @virginmedia The engineer told me several people in the area had the same issue as me and it wa likely due to a fault at the cabinet. I told this to customer service who then wanted to send another engineer to my house. 🙄

John Malcolm (@johnmalcolm1970) reported@virginmedia WTF is up with your service lately in PA1? I've logged 309 disconnections in the past week (101 of those in the past day - 439 in month). All I get from your service status page is "Intermittent signal in your area". Is it the weather? Do I need a new hub?
