    @JustCallMeSeann @virginmedia The engineer told me several people in the area had the same issue as me and it wa likely due to a fault at the cabinet. I told this to customer service who then wanted to send another engineer to my house. 🙄

    So, having just moved house to Cumbria, i contact #virginmedia to transfer my broadband, which they said a few weeks ago "would not be a problem" Now they tell me they dont operate around my new address, and are now trying to charge me £250 for breaking my contract. Any advice ??

    @ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

    @virginmedia same problem in Lancaster. TV has gone down. Program guide still works just no picture. Same on the App, it says my Internet connection is poor even though its over 200mps. Still got fibre obviously

    @London_W4 The trouble is that O2 are now in bed with Virgin Media, who also have dreadful Indian 'Tech Support', who can't sort anying out and just read from scripts. Like many companies these days, if you can even find a phone number, they just give loads of messages, telling you to go to their website. The UK could do with a dose of American style customer service!!

    @richardbranson your company has THE WORST customer service ever! Total loss of internet for nearly 1 month, multiple missed engineer appointments, incorrect information, multiple escalations and I still have no idea when it'll be resolved! @virginmedia Absolutely the worst!!

    @VirginMediaIE Shocking Virgin Media Mobile. Can’t receive calls from Vodafone numbers for 6wks now. Now told it’s a widespread problem after being fobbed off for a month. Not good enough - VM should have been honest with subscribers and advised them but chose deceit instead

    @virginmedia Going on 2 wks was to be fixed today 03/06/26 - why has it taken 2 wks-to send an engineer? Message; Virgin Media Outage Update. The latest update we have is: We have identified the problem and an engineer is on their way. The estimated repair time is now: 10/06/2026 15:00

    @virginmedia How am I meant to get on the page when I have no internet access by phone or tv? That’s my problem my phone gone down as well.. I’m only using my dad’s internet atm !!
