    @virginmedia Internet seems to be ok at the moment. The service status never reflects if service is down or not. My issue is with the intermittent loss of internet connection. Customer service treat me like an idiot. Please fix the problem in my area. (Lancaster)

    Walking home saw a Virgin Media contractors truck turning off the main road, there's a thousand places it could be going, but let's guess. YES!! Outside our house when I get back. It's like flies to a cow pat. They never leave us alone😡

    @JustCallMeSeann @virginmedia I realise the hub 3 isn’t great but like I said the issue (likely due to over subscription) is external to my property. Hopefully with enough people nagging them, Virgin will fix the local area fault.

    So, having just moved house to Cumbria, i contact #virginmedia to transfer my broadband, which they said a few weeks ago "would not be a problem" Now they tell me they dont operate around my new address, and are now trying to charge me £250 for breaking my contract. Any advice ??

    Virgin Media's contractors back again, digging up the road for about the 10th time. Every time they go, we just KNOW they'll be back - might be next week, might be 2 months, but they will be back. They never leave us alone 🤬🤬🤬

    @JustCallMeSeann @virginmedia The engineer told me several people in the area had the same issue as me and it wa likely due to a fault at the cabinet. I told this to customer service who then wanted to send another engineer to my house. 🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

    @virginmedia Already done. Annoyed that we were assured that we could transfer our service to our new house, despite me querying this with the operator at the time. A note to this effect is also on our call log. Surely it is you who is now breaking the contract, not me.

    @virginmedia Let me explain. Someone in your company has the authority to tell a technician to go to an address. I suggest you go to your manager and they go to theirs until a person who has authority is involved. I’ve put in a complaint but that says I might get a response in 28 days.

    @virginmedia can you explain why the online offer (£85pm) is only available to new customers and is an eye watering £260pm for existing (loyal) customers.. yet when I say ok I’ll cancel and come back as a ‘new’ customer you give me a ‘special deal’ 🙄

    Absolutely disgusted with the lack of urgent service from @Virginmedia after my mum is left with no landline and hence no Telecare Alarm system due to a powercut yesterday (17th Aug). Earliest engineer visit is for 24th Aug! She is 89 and lives alone!! Please get this sorted VM

    @virginmedia After the 2nd failed attempt I was told by the installer on the 16th that somebody would call me yesterday to explain the situation & what will happen next but they havnt yet, I tried to call this morning & after 45min on the phone i was cut off/phone was put down

    @virginmedia Ironically the link is saying that there is nothing wrong. Yet we still have no internet. Spoke to 2 customer service reps and neither were of any assistance. Currently awaiting a call back from a technician but this is incredibly irritating as it worked perfectly yesterday!
