    @virginmedia same problem in Lancaster. TV has gone down. Program guide still works just no picture. Same on the App, it says my Internet connection is poor even though its over 200mps. Still got fibre obviously

    OK I haven’t tweeted in months but I’ve now been trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband since Friday. First via WhatsApp, then I gave up and phoned but I’m getting the runaround. Please let me cancel your overpriced service and hopefully never do business with you again 😡

    @virginmedia I called yesterday - after 2 calls totalling about 80 minutes the customer service person said she couldn’t process the termination due to a technical error and would call me back in half an hour. I haven’t heard anything since then.

    @virginmedia we’ve been having problems with our Hub for about 3 weeks. Speed test says good signal when numerous devices can’t connect to the Internet. We can’t get through to anyone at VM on the phone and we’ve done all the self-help guides to try & fix. Can you please advise?

    @virginmedia @O2 Loyal customer for 10 years and virgin screwed up the collection of my kit 5 calls no notes taken by staff on any calls. Now charged me for the kit. Virgin is disgusting and the service they give is appalling. Never use them.
