    @virginmedia An engineer was supposed to be with me between 12:00 - 16:00 today. Am I to take it they’re not coming? There’s a £25 cancellation fee if I am not in / cancel… I expect that £25 off my next bill please?

    @virginmedia same problem in Lancaster. TV has gone down. Program guide still works just no picture. Same on the App, it says my Internet connection is poor even though its over 200mps. Still got fibre obviously

    @virginmedia I called yesterday - after 2 calls totalling about 80 minutes the customer service person said she couldn’t process the termination due to a technical error and would call me back in half an hour. I haven’t heard anything since then.

    @gs_lawrenson @virginmedia I bet my struggle has been about a similar time. It’s the shoddiest service ever. Paying for 350 mbps. It was 7.4 today. Never seen it above 125. They are literally stealing my money 😤 Every response from them is scripted. Woeful. It’s driving me mad!

    OK I haven’t tweeted in months but I’ve now been trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband since Friday. First via WhatsApp, then I gave up and phoned but I’m getting the runaround. Please let me cancel your overpriced service and hopefully never do business with you again 😡

    @virginmedia I spoke to someone on the phone and got the usual pointless bloody excuses. VM was SUPPOSED to have carried out essential maintenance last week, as well as few weeks before that, but of course they didn’t. That’s what has lead to the **** I’ve had to put up with today.

    @virginmedia Media hub 5 has been switching itself off for two weeks. Waited 5 days for an Engineer to come. Came out this morning and replaced the router. Worked for 20 minutes and is down again. Customer service says case has been closed and Engineer will come back in 2 days!

    @TheLegendOfMart @skytv same here. As a virginmedia customer I'm frustrated by not having access to Sky Atlantic, and Now TV is very poor quality. You have these IPTV pucks already, there are millions of homes that already have TVs not ready to replace

    @virginmedia I have been attempting to resolve this issue since the 15th July without resolution. I have escalated several official complaints all of which I am told someone will contact me within 48 hours and to this date nobody has ever called me back ! I have spent approx 40 hours on calls
