    @ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

    @virginmedia same problem in Lancaster. TV has gone down. Program guide still works just no picture. Same on the App, it says my Internet connection is poor even though its over 200mps. Still got fibre obviously

    @WOOLLEY_GAMER Mate honestly....virgin media fibre. After 12-18 mo this it went from £30-£50 but it literally goes down once every...2.5 months and the connection is top quality

    @AnthonyBunnage @virginmedia I feel your pain! Just did 2 hours on phone to them trying to reduce my payments or cancel as I can no longer afford it. Want to change me £80 to cancel , if I reduce payments want to extend my contract another 18 months! Easier to get out of Afghanistan than a virgin contract

    @virginmedia Yep. I raised it over the phone and the guy raised it on my behalf and promised to respond within 28 days - technically it’s just about that - so looks like a waste of my time. Kept getting notifications my loss of service was recorded - Saraya and Simon said yest no record!!
