@virginmedia I called yesterday - after 2 calls totalling about 80 minutes the customer service person said she couldn’t process the termination due to a technical error and would call me back in half an hour. I haven’t heard anything since then.

@virginmedia same problem in Lancaster. TV has gone down. Program guide still works just no picture. Same on the App, it says my Internet connection is poor even though its over 200mps. Still got fibre obviously

@virginmedia An engineer was supposed to be with me between 12:00 - 16:00 today. Am I to take it they’re not coming? There’s a £25 cancellation fee if I am not in / cancel… I expect that £25 off my next bill please?

@gs_lawrenson @virginmedia I bet my struggle has been about a similar time. It’s the shoddiest service ever. Paying for 350 mbps. It was 7.4 today. Never seen it above 125. They are literally stealing my money 😤 Every response from them is scripted. Woeful. It’s driving me mad!

OK I haven’t tweeted in months but I’ve now been trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband since Friday. First via WhatsApp, then I gave up and phoned but I’m getting the runaround. Please let me cancel your overpriced service and hopefully never do business with you again 😡

@virginmedia the problem is NOT JUST TV, I don't use your TV service. It's the internet (I'm in BN2), which is intermittent between 0.2kbps and nothing! The resulting 4g congestion is making access for work impossible. An update on the INTERNET outage would be great thanks.

Why oh why are @virginmedia so useless? Internet frequently goes down. Now TV saying had been saying "This channel is not authorised" when trying to access BBC1. No apps available etc @richardbranson should spend his profits on maintaining services
