@MeNigeStew I'm with @virginmedia suffering for decent coverage in parts of the house & despite trying a pod (which has yet to work btw) wifi extenders (which fight with the main router) & 2 engineer visits I'm still suffering. Having full TV as well not sure how broadband price breaks down

@virginmedia Tried them all over 18 months. Short of moving the router, which imo will shift the issue from one room to another, there's not a lot else open to me according to your representatives. We work from home and my wife uses all her mobile data every month as a wifi hotspot

@virginmedia same problem in Lancaster. TV has gone down. Program guide still works just no picture. Same on the App, it says my Internet connection is poor even though its over 200mps. Still got fibre obviously

@virginmedia I did and they couldn’t do anything. I’m very disappointed that not even going just broadband could reduce anywhere near new customers. My car insurance has to match new customer deals. You should do the same.

@virginmedia I'm not using mobile data - this is a laptop using Virgin wi-fi. In recent weeks your website has been a constant barrage of 'oops' or 'Bad request' messages whenever I try to access my account. I cleared cache/cookies etc and still no good.

@SonyaOnwu @S_Fleary1 @virginmedia I asked them to match £24 from BT or I would cancel and they said no, £27 is their best offer, so I cancelled. I signed up with BT was in the process of moving when Virgin customer retention called me and offered £22 for 18 months. So I cancelled with BT and stayed...for now.
