    Filled in customer complaint form and advised at 3:00pm we would get a call-back. It’s now 21:00 and still waiting. Never ever experienced such appalling customer service. If you are interested @virginmedia we have agents name.

    @Jack173_ @virginmedia The service has been truly awful for a week now Jack, you'll probably find it's nothing to do with your end. This is exactly what I'm talking about. If someone takes your road up, you get a notice. If Virgin fibre goes down or someone just pushes the wrong button, it's all meh

    @ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

    @virginmedia Tried them all over 18 months. Short of moving the router, which imo will shift the issue from one room to another, there's not a lot else open to me according to your representatives. We work from home and my wife uses all her mobile data every month as a wifi hotspot

    @virginmedia same problem in Lancaster. TV has gone down. Program guide still works just no picture. Same on the App, it says my Internet connection is poor even though its over 200mps. Still got fibre obviously

    And the most important is VIRGIN MEDIA HUB5 is secured In meaning: I disconnected it on time to prevent evidence damage, and it still has configuration changes to the operating system itself stored in non-volatile memory Don't bother- its not in my flat anymore :))) all the rest: screenshots, pictures, contacts, all files DMA? I dont remember- are on physical discks these from old i cloud from three and more years ago: as well Pozdawiam!
