@Jack173_ @virginmedia The service has been truly awful for a week now Jack, you'll probably find it's nothing to do with your end. This is exactly what I'm talking about. If someone takes your road up, you get a notice. If Virgin fibre goes down or someone just pushes the wrong button, it's all meh

@virginmedia Internet back up now. Don't have a problem with either maintenance or an unavoidable fault, I just wish you'd send out an SMS or something to inform customers of why, and for how long. Otherwise you get people just sat waiting and none the wiser.

@virginmedia I did and they couldn’t do anything. I’m very disappointed that not even going just broadband could reduce anywhere near new customers. My car insurance has to match new customer deals. You should do the same.

@virginmedia I am trying to reach virgin media three to four times last couple of weeks but the call got disconnected after 20 mins without being connected with a call centre representatives. Very poor customer service and ashamed to say I am with them for a decade.

@virginmedia Your internet is terrible, your router is terrible, your customer service is terrible, would recommend and I’ll be leaving in March when my contract ends. Can’t login to the website, can’t login to the app and the call centre is not fit for purpose.

@virginmedia As far as I can tell that's fine. I've rebooted the modem once today. It keeps dropping off this afternoon. Yet someone else in the area isn't having problems. Just hope it fixes itself for tomorrow, when I'm back working form home in the morning.
