    @virginmedia It has been cancelled and router returned but I’ve been invoiced till 4/4 - not the 21/01 that was the notified end of service date.

    @virginmedia Told me to Text. Then I used WhatsApp to discuss. That told me to call QuickStart number. I called. Then they had to call me back. Then I was told to hang on and was cut off!
