    @virginmedia I was offered a price to increase my broadband price by the sales team last week, have just called and been told it’s now double. Now been put through to customer service who can do the deal, on hold forever and it’s was sales who initially offered the price. What’s going on?

Broadband has been useless for years now, I have threatened to not renew for last 2 years. This time I will! I am trying a new device on airwaves. More reliable and fast!

    @virginmedia While waiting for my new Hub with a hopeful power cable included my old hub 3 stopped working. I was without service. Numerous phone calls to the support desk I was told that the Hub 5 was the answer and the only option was to wait for an engineer. (2)
