    @virginmedia It says no issue in the area, then when I click "still having issues" the local scan shows intermittent outages in the area, been like this for 24hrs+

    Not very often I say good things about @virginmedia but todays service was excellent. Peter sorted out Wi-fi problem, wavered the set up fee, and arranged a new hub after lots of line tests. Thank you. (But will have no service for 6 days in all.🙄 Refund?)

    Since I moved, the @virginmedia connection has been terrible. I’ve had an engineer out, had a booster put on, been told on numerous occasions to reboot the hub. This shouldn’t be needed. Their website is horrendous to use and largely involves linking to help guides 1/?

    @vmbusinesshelp @virginmedia @richardbranson Calling customer service on call poor- I complained about rude customer service officers on phone. I was told someone will call me on 01 Dec 2020 but didn’t call. Bottom line is internet is very unreliable and Virgin keep collecting money regularly without bothering to resolve
