@virginmedia Repeated wifi failure causing issues trying to stream any catch up or live channels. Wifi drops at random intervals. Poor signal strength through my property. Failure to organise the booster as promised way back in September. Failure to call me back after request for my number.

Feeling let down AGAIN by @virginmedia, 8 days ago an engineer finally identifies the problem is external cabling, another hour call on Tuesday and still no idea of a fix date or a call back, in the meantime constant broadband drop out #unacceptable

@virginmedia keep me on hold for 40 minutes then answer and cut me off. Shocking service. Ive tried to update online and get told I have to call. Twice I've been cut off after being on hold and or answered. Conveniently can't email either 😡😡

@virginmedia your service for the price I pay is a bloody joke! I can’t watch a film on the cinema channels I pay for without it pausing every 30 seconds to buffer. There’s no technical help available. I want my subscription money back thank you!

@virginmedia The work has been completed within 2 hours, which is commendable. Have checked my postcode and sadly you don’t offer a service here, even though it’s only about 20 feet from where they have just been working.

@virginmedia Thanks for your reply, the issue is the cable from our house to the road. Needs a construction team, I understand it may take a few weeks but zero comms. Everything I call the tech dept they want to sell me a booster!

@virginmedia The 4 people I spoke to seemed to think they were running late from the visit last Thursday, lady I spoke to was helpful and was calling the tech that visited the problem, another 5 days later and still no update!

@virginmedia I wasn’t given any resolution option despite raising same complaint 4 times. I can’t escalate to #CISAS as complaint not open over 8 weeks. No way of tracking complaint as account closed. Promised callbacks, no one does. Put on hold forever, 35mins today, until I give up
