    @virginmedia I called yesterday - after 2 calls totalling about 80 minutes the customer service person said she couldn’t process the termination due to a technical error and would call me back in half an hour. I haven’t heard anything since then.

    @virginmedia Already done. Annoyed that we were assured that we could transfer our service to our new house, despite me querying this with the operator at the time. A note to this effect is also on our call log. Surely it is you who is now breaking the contract, not me.

    @virginmedia An engineer was supposed to be with me between 12:00 - 16:00 today. Am I to take it they’re not coming? There’s a £25 cancellation fee if I am not in / cancel… I expect that £25 off my next bill please?

    @virginmedia same problem in Lancaster. TV has gone down. Program guide still works just no picture. Same on the App, it says my Internet connection is poor even though its over 200mps. Still got fibre obviously

    @virginmedia Several times. It’s utter rubbish. Sat in bed now having to use 4g (which is poor too) as nothing will load on any other platform through your internet. Full WiFi signal tho, just nothing.

    @virginmedia I was calling to pay my bill after it has been calculated by another CSA who saw the gross incompetence & he closed down the account & set up the proper one. Only to be told I was being charged for an account that didn't even function! That's what your CSAs still can't sort out

    @virginmedia after the customer service weve experienced this past month im surprised youre still in business. Instalation date moved back 1 week, then 3 weeks then 1 and a half months?!!!! And nobody can tell us why. Rediculous. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia @ClaireJen79 It’s everyone else’s fault except @virginmedia hardware. It’s a joke. I’ve had issues and had to fight to get an engineer out every time. Had to speak to Custer service who read off a script only to get stuck when “switching it off and on again doesn’t work”. Will be leaving
