    Another evening. No broadband. Five out of the last nine nights with absolutely no service. @virginmedia you are THE worst service provider I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Appalling.

    OK I haven’t tweeted in months but I’ve now been trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband since Friday. First via WhatsApp, then I gave up and phoned but I’m getting the runaround. Please let me cancel your overpriced service and hopefully never do business with you again 😡

    @virginmedia I called yesterday - after 2 calls totalling about 80 minutes the customer service person said she couldn’t process the termination due to a technical error and would call me back in half an hour. I haven’t heard anything since then.

    So, having just moved house to Cumbria, i contact #virginmedia to transfer my broadband, which they said a few weeks ago "would not be a problem" Now they tell me they dont operate around my new address, and are now trying to charge me £250 for breaking my contract. Any advice ??

    @virginmedia An engineer was supposed to be with me between 12:00 - 16:00 today. Am I to take it they’re not coming? There’s a £25 cancellation fee if I am not in / cancel… I expect that £25 off my next bill please?

    Hi @virginmedia I am shocked that as a customer contacting to say I cannot afford my current price. You spend all day to offer me 5 deals all between 26%-44% higher as the best you can do. You offer new customers a price 29% lower. Why not me?

    @itssunpi @virginmedia That's known as traffic management. As I was told by Virgin before I left the UK they don't regard upstream as important and will manage your traffic with other customers and ruin it. Basically, terrible company, terrible Internet, streamers = avoid

    @virginmedia It arose when a colleague sid my last bill would be adjusted. Told today no authority but that's ok because you still got me in a new contract so aim achieved with no benefit but loss to me. Customer satisfaction zero!

    @katspurl @virginmedia It's the same with @Ask_Spectrum they don't care I went from 65 to 75 a month and I can't even game with 2 devices at the same time lmao the United States has one of the worst internet networks but we have to pay the most like we get get load screens on instagram
