    @gs_lawrenson @virginmedia I bet my struggle has been about a similar time. It’s the shoddiest service ever. Paying for 350 mbps. It was 7.4 today. Never seen it above 125. They are literally stealing my money 😤 Every response from them is scripted. Woeful. It’s driving me mad!

    @virginmedia An engineer was supposed to be with me between 12:00 - 16:00 today. Am I to take it they’re not coming? There’s a £25 cancellation fee if I am not in / cancel… I expect that £25 off my next bill please?

    @virginmedia I called yesterday - after 2 calls totalling about 80 minutes the customer service person said she couldn’t process the termination due to a technical error and would call me back in half an hour. I haven’t heard anything since then.

    OK I haven’t tweeted in months but I’ve now been trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband since Friday. First via WhatsApp, then I gave up and phoned but I’m getting the runaround. Please let me cancel your overpriced service and hopefully never do business with you again 😡

    @virginmedia After the dozens of messages I've posted about this, I would at least think you'd know it was a mobile - when you had your mobile service. I was promised the results of two investigations, but received nothing.

    @virginmedia The issue I’ve never really experienced before. So it will stay connected but there will be an outage for around 20 seconds where nothing will load and it will freeze, then it will continue. You never know when it will happen.

    @virginmedia Jumpier than a kangaroo. You keep saying on the app that someone will be out (not to my house) yet the issue has been the same since May. I suppose you get what you pay for.

    @virginmedia I have just had this from a Virgin Engineer. I hope it’s rectified before Friday. There's a damaged fibre which there working on which is effecting parts of newhall. Could be down till Friday.
