@virginmedia Already done. Annoyed that we were assured that we could transfer our service to our new house, despite me querying this with the operator at the time. A note to this effect is also on our call log. Surely it is you who is now breaking the contract, not me.

@virginmedia same problem in Lancaster. TV has gone down. Program guide still works just no picture. Same on the App, it says my Internet connection is poor even though its over 200mps. Still got fibre obviously

So, having just moved house to Cumbria, i contact #virginmedia to transfer my broadband, which they said a few weeks ago "would not be a problem" Now they tell me they dont operate around my new address, and are now trying to charge me £250 for breaking my contract. Any advice ??

@virginmedia keep sending me bill's for a service I know longer have with them and no longer have there equipment to use there service TV phone and broadband, they sent out boxes and requested the equipment be sent back to them which I have complied with .1/1

@virginmedia Thank you so much for this. Its an issue in the street that's been left to fester, corroded kit and water damage, so it's gone to the network team I think he said, Chris the engineer said should be here Monday latest and then he's coming back out but until then no TV access.

@virginmedia tried all the usual stuff and would not contact you unless I was having real issues. It’s awful that I am made to go through such hoops to deal with lack of broadband, as I said this has gone on for three weeks and not just appeared. Lack of customer service is awful

@virginmedia I have had a look and it doesn’t report issues, post code is GL50 2RW. I say again this has been going on for three weeks and I am tired of rebooting and resetting the router. This is exactly what happened before - rubbish service then too
