    @Defencebrief @virginmedia I, too, am a previous virgin media customer. They put the price up ridiculously. When I asked to renew the contract at the price advertised online, they refused. So I left. At which point I was bombarded with offers. Not a good way of treating customer or doing business.

    @virginmedia I was heavily sold a renewal based on an engineer installing+configuring everything as we are meant to have the fastest Wi-Fi possible.I installed it and no sign of an engineer,no follow up from Virgin. As per usual.Was also sold some ‘VIP service’ line that’s never been shared!

    @virginmedia I've got a bone to pick with you. We got a new box a while ago, and it's randomly wiping the recorded shows. Not one at a time, all at once. We've been in touch with customer services loads of times, but they all just took us through the same pointless (1)

    Credit where it's due - we alerted @virginmedia to a problem with our broadband (our builder's digger cut the cable, though denied doing so). Within a day, Virgin came and repaired it. I'd heard of dreadful customer service so we were pleasantly surprised.

    @virginmedia The service my broadband service has been down since roughly midnight lastnight, still with no avil of it coming back online. the weird thing is after i restart the router i get internet for 5-10 minutes. Is there any idea of when this will be fixed? Kind Regards

    @virginmedia You can stick your contract up your backside,3hrs and 10mins in the phone,been put back and forth to 4different places numerous times and speaking to 14 different people because no one seems to know what the hell to do,disgraceful treatment of a 10yr+ customer 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia I have the service checker shows no issue on the greater VM network, it only tells me somthing is wrong when i do a router diagnostic after the 5 minuite grace period due to restarting, It says there is an issue with the broadband service. im in RG1 Reading Closeish to the UoR
