O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

I was never offered a Hub 4 and it seems like the Hub 5 isn’t available to me either. Numerous calls, visits, BT mesh system bought and it’s still no good. Also had engineer visits and more

This is horrendous customer care practice and keeping customers in the dark about a clearly serious issue is stupidity.

This has been 10+ failed appointments - we are not informed in advance and quite frankly have no idea what is going on. The escalation to my account manager is not sufficient and does not result in any outcome.
