@virginmedia why won’t my Apple devices work properly on your personal WiFi? What is the solution or should I start charging my phone data bills to you. Your boss heads to space, brilliant but his customers can’t get consistent WiFi in the 21st century. Please help.

Keep getting some threatening emails from #virginmedia about the return of media kit. Still waiting for them to pick up as a previously agreed confirmation date was made via their site. Worst customer service ever #virgin #virginmedia

@virginmedia I can never get to speak to someone who fully understands me because all your call centres are now sourced overseas.I need a Manager to ring me ASAP please. Not happy whatsoever how I’ve been treated it’s not acceptable to be treated with ill manners 😡
-
Dave (@twiddlemeister) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England
@dj_damien @virginmedia I once had an advisor tell me that my services (that were going down for an hour or so once a day, every day for a week) must have had no issues because I was downloading tens of GB a day. Can’t wait for BT to put their gigabit lines in round here. Will switch in a heartbeat.

Steve Day (@neyo) reported from Manchester, England
@Netflixhelps I haven’t but I’ve streamed it via Virgin Media and EE’s mobile network, so it feels it’s not likely to be that? Can you or someone on the team try streaming it on iOS and letting me know if it works?

Neil Cocker (@NellyOcker) reported from Urmston, England
@virginmedia so much for Virgin Media to ring me yesterday Friday 6th Aug over three complaints. Phone call from Customer Services never came to fruition .. Not a happy chappie 😳😡
-
John Wren (@WrenJohn) reported from Oldham, England
@virginmedia Told yesterday that it is a local problem due to be resolved by 12th August, however that seems to be a standard reply which is now becoming tiresome. We have to wonder if @virginmedia have fallen back in the hi tech department & that we should move on to a more reliable provider

Neil Critch (@mrcritchy) reported from Chapel-en-le-Frith, England

Neil Cocker (@NellyOcker) reported from Urmston, England
@virginmedia also since my contract inception May I’ve had no 5G or 4G just 3G which is extremely slow when processing fast is needed. Extremely poor & I’m a long standing loyal customer of Virgin Media for over 20 years when it was called Cable Wireless (NTL)😡
-
Dave Garside❤️🇾🇪🏴⚽️⛳️🎸 (@DaveGarside) reported from Manchester, England
@virginmedia Yes there are and there were all 3 times. Currently 4.00pm estimated to be fixed but that’s my Saturday pretty much gone without any service
-
John Wren (@WrenJohn) reported from Oldham, England
@virginmedia told by them today that problems with “catch up” service not something that was paid for so in effect had to put up with the poor performance, in the end offered a tenner! Perhaps there is a better solution, ie get rid of them & get someone who cares 🖕
-
Ian Cardy (@IanCardy2) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England
Unsolicited sales call from @virginmedia offering me an upgrade but pay more! Why would I pay more when the services you already provide are slow & outdated with zero customer service. Prove it works & then maybe 🤔 but £99 a month is already too much!
-
John Wren (@WrenJohn) reported from Oldham, England
So many problems @virginmedia this year, poor system, poor WiFI, poor connections, poor customer service, all seem to be continually getting worse as does the response to complaints. Anyone else putting up with this poor quality? @skytv looking a clear future prospect

@UnpaidCareUK @CarersUK @virginmedia So someone please explain to me how this helps unpaid carers,.. surely carersuk need to put efforts to getting unpaid carers a living wage, via government, we don't have the money to spend on flights of fancy of virgin media...about as much help as the smart meter...
-
Hooverpants (@Hooverpants) reported
@virginmedia Nope still not working
-

@virginmedia Surely I shouldn't be paying out more money for you to provide me with a basic service. Where is Virgin Media's plan b. BT offered a back up through ee
-
Ken Goodwin (@KenGoodwinITV) reported
@virginmedia Clicking this does not tell you if you can upgrade to gigabit broadband (FTTP?) - it just asks you to log in if you are already a customer. Nowhere on that page does it even mention gigabit.
-
R Joberns (@rjoberns) reported
@virginmedia Must be an ongoing issue then cause I have screen shots of the test page on many different days for precisely this reason
-
budgiesmuggler45 (@budgiesmuggle45) reported
@virginmedia I don't have a favourable opinion of your company anyway for a few reasons having been a customer before. Today my girlfriend was on chat for 3hrs with a pushy service rep of your's who told her the delay was due to him chatting with 6 other customers at one time.
-
David💎Just David ( Feliz Navidad ) (@Mr_S_David) reported
@virginmedia Have you given anyone a refund for the recent outage we all suffered?
-
John Withington (@disasterhistory) reported

@virginmedia They gave up and will never give you custom,it seems that only when people see the truth on social media the customer team then wants to know, the best thing is to improve customer care and services for your current and future customers
