  @virginmedia I spoke to your customer service team on 2nd January who advised all issues had been resolved and my sim card was being sent out by royal mail delivery. Even with any postal delays out of your control it seems odd that it hasn't arrived.

  @virginmedia It works intermittently. When I speak to an advisor they fix the issue at that moment. Then, the next day it’ll cut out again and the process repeats. It was working when the engineer left, but it didn’t last 24 hours. Intermittent isn’t good enough. I rely on you for work.

  @virginmedia last month I called up to specifically cancel my TV/BB/Phone contract which ends on 5th May, before the price triples. I started a new BB only contact. This morning I am infuriated to see my bundle has not been cancelled at all & I have been charged for it😡😡

  @virginmedia My complaint has been ongoing and so far you have failed to address it. I have your handler my complaint ref no and he promised I would receive a call back from a manager at 3:00pm. As usual your managers fail to ring back.
