    @O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

    @virginmedia Here we go again! So I already have a hub 3 so you won't give a new one even though this one if a few years old and signal drops in and out upstairs. Now we have been charged £77 when the rate we took out was £54 and your advisor on text is saying £77 is correct!

    @CNN Just seen after 31st August we wont be able to get CNN on UKs Virgin Media service. I will certainly miss you. I am sure I already have a long contract on Virgin Media.
