@virginmedia I’ve been trying to do this via WhatsApp for three days now. I’m in a never ending loop of getting to the point where I’m referred to a agent, in the queue, & a couple of hours later, I get asked if I’m moving house, and the whole process starts again. It’s has just started again

@virginmedia Yes it’s an outage and not an issue with our modem, or else others wouldn’t be affected. I’m on your business line, and whilst I appreciate that might not be something you can look at directly, it’s clearly an issue that needs resolving for everybody.

@virginmedia No. All I want to know is this. I’ve upgraded my tv, net, phone and mobile contract with Virgin. The new sim to switch my Virgin mobile service to o2 arrived this morning. I want to retain number. Do I just put SIM inside and wait for it to be automatically ported over?

@virginmedia (3) the response - someone will have to do it for her! I again explained my mum lives alone, I'm not with her and there must be some help you can give to vulnerable people in cases such as this. The response - you'll have to go to do it for her.....
