@virginmedia I’m fed up of paying top whack for a 500mb broadband system that gives very poor coverage. I was never offered a Hub 4 and it seems like the Hub 5 isn’t available to me either. Numerous calls, visits, BT mesh system bought and it’s still no good. Also had engineer visits and more

@virginmedia Phone. Also your advisor laughed when he cut a channel off on purpose which I was supposed to get included. I have been waiting for a manager to get back to me today as promised. Nothing. Was told 72 hours. It's been over one week now. VM have been horrible to me for two months..

@virginmedia I was promised a reply by a manager after one of your staff on Twitter did a live chat gave me a resolution which was complete and utter nonsense. She promised a manager would reply to me by e mail after 72 hours. That was last Wednesday. 148 hours ago!

@virginmedia Speed is ok, but coverage is poor. Had boosters, independent visits, etc. I hate BT and don’t want to go to them, but the BT mesh system improved things. Boosters are a waste of time and have never been offered the Virgin pods. I’ve had enough of what we have

@putasinghonit @virginmedia Reminds me of when Vodafone sold my mum an iPhone for me on the promise it had good coverage in our area and upon discovering the signal was appalling the guy on the other side of the phone said “well you won’t live in that house forever”. No I’m just going to move for 4G!

@virginmedia What do you mean a reference number? We get nothing. No information.. The only reason I am able to even know you are aware of the problem. Is by going at your self check service. It is not 8 minutes to 8 Pm and I somehow doubt my Internet service will be back running in 8 minutes

@robdalby @virginmedia Well I get that, not sure anyone else is better or less bad. Changing just before you move an added complication. My biggest issue was wireless dropouts. Sorted that with power line adaptors. Now I curse the work VPN which is crap.
