    Mis-sold and given wrong advice. And now sending threatening letters for a mobile hub we used for 28 days while waiting for our wifi service from Virgin Media. Threatening to send us to a debt collection agency is a complete disgrace. @ThreeUK how do you sleep at night?

    @virginmedia your customer service is appalling! After more than 20mins, I finally spoke to someone who confirmed an engineer had been booked. When I checked via chat today I was told no appointment had been made and after a further 30mins offered an appointment a week later.

    @virginmedia We're not prepared to spend hours on webchat we've wasted enough time this week on the phone and webchat and the tv service is still not working! Awful customer service and we are paying £££££ for a service we can't get!!!

    @virginmedia Yes, all we get is a known outage, but been like this for 6/7 hours now. No word or updates have been given.

    @virginmedia We are due to have a new cable fitted outside as we have had months of issues which I have contacted virgin about regularly leading to an engineers visit. The engineers suggested updating our boxes and getting some pods to assist with signal- just ring up. Which I did no good

    @virginmedia Eventually. Very poor service. Your call centre staff are difficult to deal with. So disappointing as your broadband and TV are so good.

    @virginmedia really upset regards service as a long-standing account holder,had problems for months found out old ntl cable problem connection outside- need to update TiVo boxes and need pods as mentioned by engineers- ring up no help !!!!

    @virginmedia Thank you @virginmedia for completely ignoring issues and directing me from helpline to Twitter to virgin community to then say need to ring the helpline- notice that you have also won the award of keeping customers longest on phone- will not be renewing my contract waste time

    @virginmedia Ok thank you and in the meantime I'll have to look elsewhere so I am able to watch BT Sport today because Virgin Media can't provide the service I'd like

    @virginmedia website is so slow since the changes. Paid by Bill online but rather than the whole amount, somehow 45p was missed (not my doing) and its now saying my Bill is overdue. Been trying to pay the last amount for a few says and can't even get through to the payment page!

    Well that was a painful call, but I've managed to half my TV/broadband bill with no reduction in service. Companies like Virgin Media and Sky really make it hard with ridiculously complicated and opaque price structure and punish loyal customers

    @virginmedia Did manage to get through after some wait last night and despite the great effort by the call centre operator, it's not working. Luckily WiFi is behaving today and can be online whilst at home. Have other options to try before replacing SIM card.

    @virginmedia I think he hoped that too when he organised it all in December. As I say, I believe your offer here is more of the same endless circus he has had and that, even with the hole you drilled into the new house, he intends to cancel. Quite a comment on customer service!

    @virginmedia we have spoken to your call centre in India I presume, and they are refusing to send out an engineer to attend to the box which is hanging off the wall on the outside of our property, the service is absolutely awful, can we speak to someone in the #UK please

    @BritishTelecom advise iyou leave bt & join virgin media,my mum dad got digital phone delivered they did not order or want left by the fgarage door anyone could have stolen, 2 hours of terrible consistency that it was ordered, mum dad in the late 80s, digital phone is for u to sell info I bet

    @virginmedia Ive emailed complaints & await response. I have other relatives & friends with Virgin on similar deals & they will also be leaving if we suffer this increase. Its a shame because you are a good company with some good customer service staff. People are struggling in the recession

    @virginmedia hello I am desperately trying to get through to virgin to cancel my contract. I have been sent an email to say thanks for upgrading which i have not requested!! I have been harassed by this company constantly and now I can't get throug. Worst customer service!!
