    Same old @virginhelp @virginmedia more important for them to send a driver to personally collect an old Virgin Hub than send the promised engineer to install the new one and optimise the Wi-Fi signal as had been sold to us. 🤷

    @virginmedia I was heavily sold a renewal based on an engineer installing+configuring everything as we are meant to have the fastest Wi-Fi possible.I installed it and no sign of an engineer,no follow up from Virgin. As per usual.Was also sold some ‘VIP service’ line that’s never been shared!

    @virginmedia I’ve explained my issue. I don’t see how being on a queue on the phone is going to be any improvement. I just don’t see it as acceptable that there is no customer support available online until tomorrow. It’s not like I have anything to discuss. I just want my services back on.

    @VMO2News @virginmedia Dear Team, Sorry but your staff is useless because I they have created a problem on 31st and they didn't even sort this out. For reconnection they took 3 days and when I called them they were like our staff made some mistakes and process didn't go through.
