@virginmedia I have got through only twice on tel - was told to email as I want to close the account after moving house. Service at old address not been used for over 3 months now. No one replies to the emails.

@virginmedia Hi they returned back to full service early this morning we have issue with the broadband though still I live in small bungalow and we unable to connect to the internet I rang several times with the same issue my neighbours have been having issue to connecting to WiFi

@reddersmufc @Ofcom @virginmedia It is awful! Virgin are very expensive compared to many other TV providers yet the customer service is very poor and does NOT suite the price. I'm sick of arguing with them to get the simplest of issues resolved

Mis-sold and given wrong advice. And now sending threatening letters for a mobile hub we used for 28 days while waiting for our wifi service from Virgin Media. Threatening to send us to a debt collection agency is a complete disgrace. @ThreeUK how do you sleep at night?

@reddersmufc @Ofcom @virginmedia It's awful! I'm sick of calling customer services and getting through to someone who cannot understand basic English language and goes on talking about something else. Then try to speak to three different advisers to raise a simple issue/complaint and they refuse!

@virginmedia I haven’t got a wired connection set up right now. Wireless is really the issue here. When I last run the ‘Test your HUB’ from my account there were 13 devices and all showed up with an error due to poor signal.

I was lied to multiple times, sometimes in the same day. Final straw was being told it was happening that day twice and it wasn’t

@virginmedia I understand and would fully expect to see a drop in performance if streaming and multiple devices were in use, but the fact is none of that is happening here. I can have just 1 mobile phone try to browse the internet and it all go down and web pages not load

@virginmedia There have been many. All pushing the fix back and variously claiming engineer on site and engineer in transit. Very poor service especially considering the recent price hike. Not acceptable.
