@virginmedia why was I not informed of changes to my package. I’ve got the full house package which included kids tv. Name changed to maxit and now no kids Tv. Thank god we have amazon and Netflix which has kids stuff on. Don’t watch either on Virgin as it’s so slow.

@virginmedia just tried calling you about my mums account .. she has vascular dementia and being told no one can help as she cannot remember password is ridiculous.. offered info on direct debit etc was told I was being put through to manager.. got cut off!!!

@virginmedia I was on text chat for 6 days! When I didn’t reply to a message within 5 minutes and on one occasion 2 minutes, I was sent back to the beginning to repeat again every 24 hours. Incredibly poor. Eventually I found someone more helpful than the others and the issue is half fixed

@virginmedia I have had 2 sent that do not work. We have numerous phones and iPads (Samsung and Apple) in the house that are open to any network. They all recognise there is a SIM but state no signal. Both SIMS did not ask for activation PIN. I have been trying for months to sort this. 😭😭😭
