    @Ofcom how the hell can @virginmedia seriously refuse to allow customers to raise a complaint??? This is bloody awful!!!!!!! Two calls and both calls refuse to allow me to raise a formal complaint!!! Both call takers clearly in a different country and have issues understanding

    @virginmedia I have got through only twice on tel - was told to email as I want to close the account after moving house. Service at old address not been used for over 3 months now. No one replies to the emails.

    @reddersmufc @Ofcom @virginmedia It is awful! Virgin are very expensive compared to many other TV providers yet the customer service is very poor and does NOT suite the price. I'm sick of arguing with them to get the simplest of issues resolved

I'm sick of calling customer services and getting through to someone who cannot understand basic English language and goes on talking about something else. Then try to speak to three different advisers to raise a simple issue/complaint and they refuse!

    Mis-sold and given wrong advice. And now sending threatening letters for a mobile hub we used for 28 days while waiting for our wifi service from Virgin Media. Threatening to send us to a debt collection agency is a complete disgrace. @ThreeUK how do you sleep at night?

    @virginmedia Hi they returned back to full service early this morning we have issue with the broadband though still I live in small bungalow and we unable to connect to the internet I rang several times with the same issue my neighbours have been having issue to connecting to WiFi

    @farawaysad @virginmedia qualifies as a breach of service and reason to cancel. the worst. Always select the "thinking of leaving" or calling to cancel option if trying to call them, we were having issues for weeks and not getting through, endless hold, calls dropped... That option answered in minutes

    @virginmedia Hi. I willbe available around 10:30 am tomorrow; the complaint will need to be escalated as I do not agree that a WIFI connection should be around 60 meg. If it is at half of what I should receive then I can deal with that but not 60 instead of 500 megs.

    .@virginmedia: I contacted you yday when ‘only’ problem I had was no TV catchup. Now I have: no connection on V6 box, Wifi dropping in & out, Mobile app & laptop will take neither original password nor one I changed it to, & of course tel line ‘busy’. I see I am not alone...
