So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

@virginmedia Yes I did and Tuesdays fault was shown and yesterday's wasn't so how about you provide the service I pay for. If this continues I will begin getting quotes from other service providers as I am fed up of dealing with bots and spammers claiming to be from you.

@virginmedia John, please check my file. I’ve called several times, to be told somebody will contact you regarding your complaint. I ask to speak to a manger I’m told, none available. Appreciate this is not your fault buts it’s an utter **** show. I’ll let @Ofcom take the lead from here.

Ok so vigin tv is down and with error code they say ring 150, fine ring 150 as they cant tell us on line the problem but they then say ' right now we are busy, you might like to call us later......goodbye! Thanks a bunch @virginmedia, customer service not good at all

@virginmedia please sort your service out... I have now been on the phone to you for almost an hour. The first person hung up on me, the second was rude and useless. All for £0.01 which I don't owe. No wonder the landlords are removing virgin from all of the apartments

@virginmedia you know when a customer makes a complaint (twice) and you say that the customer will receive a phone call within 24-48hrs. Is this true or do you just make it up as you go along? Thanks.

@virginmedia I'm not typing out everything, having repeated myself for the last four months. See a/c 594717402 (area ref 20) for details. Customer service promised to call 30 mins after our latest conversation today. No call, 7 hours and counting. Just send the cheques!

@virginmedia I was advised everytime that the original agreement was correct in the notes and the bill would be amended. Each time it comes through on email it is wrong. And the credit has not been authorised. I'm paying £38 excess in first month as no credit applied. Help.

@virginmedia Still not working. I tried my laptop and the website said to come back as it was down. Also all my apple products raise an error against my virgin mail account. I tried deleting and reapplying my account on an iPad now it won’t find the account. Help please.

@virginmedia How do I get a new router? Mine keeps losing all its WiFi output (as in it vanishes completely), despite your techies going through the checklist over and over - resetting it is a patch, not a fix.
