    @virginmedia @Dan13lBurk3 I spoke to tour customer service team who “guaranteed this fault would rectified by 21:25”. I explained the gravity as I needed to finish work for Xmas. They lied!!

    @virginmedia I am extremely unhappy broadband been down since 1.15pm. Booked an engineer. This has been cancelled with no explanation. Can’t book another. Service status says it’s fine but many others online in CT10 says there is an area issue. First person on phone hung up.

    @virginmedia I’m not a technician, can you guys just let me leave my contract after this. Terrible customer service, even worse service, waiting to join @EE but stuck in a contract that only seems to work one way. You really are a shambles.

    @virginmedia services in #Thanet have been off since 1am on the 23rd December and now you are pushing it back until 2pm today for a fix and still no engineer on site - that will be over 36 hours with zero updates to customers right before Christmas. What is happening?!

    @virginmedia not had internet, for 24 hours. I spoke to customer services at 18:00 who “guaranteed it would be fixed by 21:25” I checked this 3 times as, at that point, I could arrange alternatives to finish work for Xmas. Now I can’t and still have no internet. Appalling!

    @virginmedia The service status page hasn’t updated since 1pm. Everyone in the area has the internet down and yet I’m being told right now on the phone there is no problem. I had an engineer booked tomorrow and VM cancelled that and now can’t send one until Monday? Awful service.

    @virginmedia Why would my page have no update since 1pm? I’m only getting updates via community Facebook page and my parents. My postcode is CT10 2SW. I would also like to know why my engineer visit was cancelled and how I make a complaint.

    @virginmedia The new box arrived, and the WiFi sorted itself out for now at least. The boosters are still generating the old network also. I’m planning on leaving everything as it is till it goes wrong again, then I’ll call.

    I sent a email to @virginmedia on the 15th January, I was given the following Complaint reference: C-150121161 And promised contact within 28 days, by my counting it’s been 2 months.....

    @virginmedia The customer service on the phone is just useless in the nicest way possible we just aren’t getting anywhere. I’m sure you can understand how frustrated we are. With new gov announcements we also need to work from home again meaning we need WiFi ASAP.

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply but the problem is your end, i have checked all connections and cables which are fine and tested another router which comes up with the same fault. An engineer is coming tomorrow afternoon but that's 3 days without internet or tv

    @virginmedia If you look at the threads you can see all the evidence/screenshots of the flawed cancellation due to incompetent analysis leaving an elderly vulnerable person unable to book a weekly grocery shop. The complaint was made about it this time yesterday.

    So bored of the weekly ritual of turning sky router and TV boxes off and on again so they can talk to each other. I had less problems with Virgin Media!
