@virginmedia Hello again. Your WiFi is playing up again. Same problem as before, intermittent signal regardless of where in the house. Booster most likely needed. The ‘contact us’ option of your WiFi-tester app is also not working.

Hi @virginmedia my internet has gone down in my house, it has been like it for about 2 hours now. I have the hub3, baselight is staying green, wifi light is staying green and the internet arrows are flashing green. Help please. Have turned off and on, didn't work.

@virginmedia Seems every night I lose my tv, on my router I have a flashing red telephone. Sick of paying for tv and not having it, not even got an aerial so when your service goes off I’m left with nothing

@virginmedia Hello, thank you for your quick reply. If i search via postcode it states there is a broadband issue but if i use my app it just states a tv issue. Have try rebooting twice and issue has stayed.

Not sure if it was just me but, my @primevideouk just went a shit for a few mins. Kept kicking me out the game via my smart tv app so switched to app via @virginmedia box and it was stuttering slightly, like a dodgy stream. Rather annoying. #BURMCI #AmazonPrime #Amazon

@virginmedia I checked on the app and it says my account has finished . I’m not going to waste more of my time being left on hold when I have requested someone phone me back and been told 24-48 hours and still nothing. If only the customer service were as helpful as your Twitter team

@virginmedia The new box arrived, and the WiFi sorted itself out for now at least. The boosters are still generating the old network also. I’m planning on leaving everything as it is till it goes wrong again, then I’ll call.

@virginmedia No help offered. Each time I get to your 2nd line team after an hour's wait. Every time I call, I am told an "engineer will visit the area in 5 working days". This happens and there is absolutely no change to my service. After two weeks, this is now a heavy contractual breach.

@virginmedia I requested to be cancelled. I was then contact by the retention team a out s new real deal. I said I wanted to still cancel but the offer for the new deal would stay for 2 weeks. I then got an email saying my plan had changed without confirming to change this.

@virginmedia Not entitled to any form of compensation as a fix is implemented within 48hrs or the issue is flagged as fixed by your Tech team, meaning I have to ring up and register it again and again. I have been told by retentions that they can see the line working in the time frame (pt2)
