    I sent a email to @virginmedia on the 15th January, I was given the following Complaint reference: C-150121161 And promised contact within 28 days, by my counting it’s been 2 months.....

    @virginmedia The new box arrived, and the WiFi sorted itself out for now at least. The boosters are still generating the old network also. I’m planning on leaving everything as it is till it goes wrong again, then I’ll call.

    @virginmedia I am extremely unhappy broadband been down since 1.15pm. Booked an engineer. This has been cancelled with no explanation. Can’t book another. Service status says it’s fine but many others online in CT10 says there is an area issue. First person on phone hung up.

    @virginmedia I’m not a technician, can you guys just let me leave my contract after this. Terrible customer service, even worse service, waiting to join @EE but stuck in a contract that only seems to work one way. You really are a shambles.

    @virginmedia Seems every night I lose my tv, on my router I have a flashing red telephone. Sick of paying for tv and not having it, not even got an aerial so when your service goes off I’m left with nothing

    1st day with @virginmedia & **** all is working. Waited all day for an “engineer” to come & make an abysmal attempt at installation before telling me everything was working & then ******* off rather sharpish. Spent the rest of evening on phone trying to sort. Appalling service

    @virginmedia Hello again. Your WiFi is playing up again. Same problem as before, intermittent signal regardless of where in the house. Booster most likely needed. The ‘contact us’ option of your WiFi-tester app is also not working.

    @MartinSLewis Always with Broadband providers. Virgin media ramp up the monthly fee alot when contract ends. Mine doubled to nearly £80 a month literally just for 500gb fibre, no phone line or TV package. Don't take first answer. It took me 3 or 4 calls to knock it back down to £40 odd a month

    @virginmedia @beckykeating97 No we can’t as you are refusing to acknowledge it’s an area issue. It all went down at the exact time an engineer was working on one house in the street. It’s now been 24hours with absolutely NO service

    Hey @virginmedia any reason why your new update and the tv360 is unworkable and more confusing the help pages don't even answer my questions nor to they say what every single button on the remote do this needs fixing as soon as possible as before the update it was fine and worked

    @virginmedia what is going on in Leicester LE2 to not have any service? done every troubleshooting step and my router comes back on my phone just says connected without internet nothing is working! One minute the service status is fine the next it says intermittent signal fix it!

    I've tried 36 times to log in to my account. The process involves downloading an email, pressing a button to return to the screen—what f****** screen?—then trying the alternative options, sending a text, getting to another page, linking something up, and doing this repeatedly. Still only want the router model name. Incompetent and useless. Can't just have an email and a password, gotta get sent a text that doesn't f****** work, get sent an email that doesn't f****** work, do it 38 times or do it for the rest of my f****** life. #Virginmedia made it easier for who the f***? All these corporations and banks always improving either the taste of processed food or their login process and, it's never f****** easy, so who are they improving it for? It's like they are teaching us to take instructions have to get on the phone press this press that press that press that teaching us to obey constantly. Use the app it's easier f*** is it.! #news

    @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia Wait until you get a problem! As I write our VM service has been down for a week with 2 appointments to fix it cancelled by Virgin (not us) thus far. They have rearranged the appointment to Monday 15th - 11 days with no service!
