    @virginmedia services in #Thanet have been off since 1am on the 23rd December and now you are pushing it back until 2pm today for a fix and still no engineer on site - that will be over 36 hours with zero updates to customers right before Christmas. What is happening?!

    @tryingattimes @virginmedia 100% correct took ages to cancel my 80yo mum's service when my dad got vascular dementia. They sent me all sorts of patronising messages on here. All designed to extract money from vulnerable people. STEER WELL CLEAR!

    @virginmedia I’m not a technician, can you guys just let me leave my contract after this. Terrible customer service, even worse service, waiting to join @EE but stuck in a contract that only seems to work one way. You really are a shambles.

    @virginmedia The service status page hasn’t updated since 1pm. Everyone in the area has the internet down and yet I’m being told right now on the phone there is no problem. I had an engineer booked tomorrow and VM cancelled that and now can’t send one until Monday? Awful service.

    @money4nuffin @virginmedia This is the 1st issue I’ve had with them in fairness and not happy with the way they are handling it. Other than screen shots of other peoples phones I’ve had no updates

    @virginmedia @Dan13lBurk3 I spoke to tour customer service team who “guaranteed this fault would rectified by 21:25”. I explained the gravity as I needed to finish work for Xmas. They lied!!

    @virginmedia Why would my page have no update since 1pm? I’m only getting updates via community Facebook page and my parents. My postcode is CT10 2SW. I would also like to know why my engineer visit was cancelled and how I make a complaint.

    @virginmedia not had internet, for 24 hours. I spoke to customer services at 18:00 who “guaranteed it would be fixed by 21:25” I checked this 3 times as, at that point, I could arrange alternatives to finish work for Xmas. Now I can’t and still have no internet. Appalling!

    2. @virginmedia @VMHelpDesk no idea how to get into the account and claim it!! Can't seem to find my own account under either of my usual emails. Obvs I would like the credit as cash as I no longer hold a virgin media account so hoping customer service can help me locate it

    @virginmedia... broadband has been down all day and expected back at 5:25pm, still not working. Now, recheck the app and not expected back until 8am tomorrow! Seriously?! Why? What has happened? How can it be down for that long? Ridiculous, especially when people work from home.

    @virginmedia I forgot to screenshot it today.. But yeah it was showing up. Can't seem to get back on the account atm it's like it was down for maintenance. Will try later. Defo something on there though.

    @virginmedia My phone never ever plugged into the hub. I was told it needed to be updated or it wouldn’t work. So the man done it and it’s not worked since. I won’t be paying the bill why pay line rental for something I cannot use even incoming calls and don’t work

    @virginmedia Virgin, sent me a new Valerie. Seriously, we should be able to cover our living area with Wifi! Your phone agents always tell us that it's our fault! But, I managed to get a technician and he saw how bad the internet was at mine. And, he changed my Valerie again!

    Struggling to find the words to express my frustration with @virginmedia they are charging me double their advertised price that they give to new customers... to even get close... they want to charge me an activation fee... for a service that I already have #ripoff #broadband

    @virginmedia Connection on both wired and wireless has been yo-yoing for close to 30 minutes in the FK4 area. Online says no issue with local service. Hub has been rebooted as well. Any advice? I'm not the account holder so I'm not sure if your team will talk to me via phone.
