    @virginmedia I have had no choice but to take this matter further and make contact with #ofcom and the communications ombudsman - for the disgusting customer service for a problem ongoing for about 3 months! Get the SAME text every single day then NOTHING! 😡 @ShieldVoC

    @virginmedia Your agent told me 72hrs. But then I was also told if I post on the forum I will get support. But we can all see how that has panned out. Just. Fix. The. Problem. Why is this so difficult? I guess copy/paste apologies are just cheaper than dealing with the real issues.

    @virginmedia Still no response. 19 days and counting 🙄. It’s clear you’ve been lying to get rid of me. What are you going to do to resolve this issue before I contact ombudsman? A suggestion: you arrange for someone to contact me. By now it should be clear to you your support doesn’t work.

    @virginmedia Still keeps going off. Has been like this for months now. Has gone off twice this evening. Can’t get hold of anyone. Self service goes in circles. Just need to speak to someone who will listen to the issue. It has to be network level. 2 engineers have confirmed our setup is fine.

    @virginmedia I get that. But several people on there have logged issues. I haven’t used that tool but try it. But issue is defo at your end as between outages speed/latency is brilliant and other people have same issue on street. That’s why I’m so keen to fix not leave as usually gr8 service.

    @virginmedia Was half way through a conversation on text then suddenly a random one saying ive been added to a queue !!! Then silence for the rest of the evening... Ive had to instruct our bank to stop your payment the hopefully when you chase it you’ll rectify our issue😡😡

    @virginmedia Then ive been paying for a service ive not been receiving which will undoubtedly work our worse for you as I have records of all the failed correspondence and support from you!!! And all my emails/texts and calls are logged ... I’ve stopped the payment and now contacted @skytv

    @virginmedia so am missing the football again - about the third time now in about 6 weeks. Engineers have replaced all cables and router but refuse to accept it’s a network issue. How do I actually progress this or speak to someone who cares?

    @virginmedia Yes dropouts Ethernet and WiFi. To be clear that message was not our engineer. Just proof prob is beyond our home. That neighbourhood thread is 14 comments long! We’ve had 2 engineers out. Cable replaced and hub replaced. Problem persists. 4 dropouts this eve alone.

    @virginmedia This is the exact problem. Your agents deny there is an issue in the area. A recent social media post revealed many people in our neighbourhood have the same issue. All your agents want to do is ‘send signals’ to our router and restart our router. Nobody taking issue seriously.

    @virginmedia Yes have posted in forums - no response, called, live chats, SMS. full works. Engineers even told us prob is not at our property as far back as Oct/Nov and neighbours have same issue but nothing is done, call centre staff are rude and treat you with contempt. Ref is C0912202465

    @virginmedia do you have ANY customer service people working? I have tried ringing you for the last 24 hours and constantly get a ‘ring back later’ message. The service these days is appalling. I sent a tweet yesterday that mentioned Amazon and they replied to me. Virgin didn’t!

    @virginmedia Once we got through the cancellations lady she advised that to cancel the WiFi element only it would mean payments increase and there’s be a disconnection fee and to cancel the whole thing it’s be a massive fee. Just mixed messages all the time. Really really poor service.

    Terrible service (including customer) from Virgin Media. 3 days of wifi and tv issues with a full DAY of no service. Not offered an apology or explanation or automatic compensation. Highly dissuade everyone from using them!!

    @virginmedia please advise how we can talk to a person not a bot - phone + chat online no good. Paying for 350mb and consistently getting under 20mb. WFH x2 and this means we currently cannot do our jobs. Extremely frustrating trying to get hold of someone?! Please help ASAP.

    @virginmedia I have not had any help from any of your overseas support team they have spoken down to me & refused to book an engineer to come to check the issue. I have been disrespected because of my disabilities by them also Im honestly fuming. they have not helped at all just hung up on me

    @virginmedia We were then transferred to gadget support who basically wanted to charge us a joining fee and a £5 a month subscription for 6 months for them to look into a problem that you’d already admitted is your problem and nothing to do with put “gadgets”

    @virginmedia When I ring and ask why I get no explanation and most of, not all, but most of the customer service staff have just been rude and unhelpful, I had made a complaint that was resolved because they removed the £99 that was on my bill for work that had never been done

    im honestly getting fed up with your tech support phone team @virginmedia I have been asking for 2 weeks now to have an engineer booked to come out and check the SNR on my junction box and replace my super hub 4 because its faulty and they are still refusing to a disabled person.
