@virginmedia Hello again. Your WiFi is playing up again. Same problem as before, intermittent signal regardless of where in the house. Booster most likely needed. The ‘contact us’ option of your WiFi-tester app is also not working.

Not sure if it was just me but, my @primevideouk just went a shit for a few mins. Kept kicking me out the game via my smart tv app so switched to app via @virginmedia box and it was stuttering slightly, like a dodgy stream. Rather annoying. #BURMCI #AmazonPrime #Amazon

@virginmedia really do provide a disgraceful service. After a year of shockingly bad WiFi I was informed by their call centre that I could end my services upon end of annual contract with no notice period. Phoned again today to be told I had to give 30 days notice, meaning I 1/2

@virginmedia The new box arrived, and the WiFi sorted itself out for now at least. The boosters are still generating the old network also. I’m planning on leaving everything as it is till it goes wrong again, then I’ll call.

Hi @virginmedia my internet has gone down in my house, it has been like it for about 2 hours now. I have the hub3, baselight is staying green, wifi light is staying green and the internet arrows are flashing green. Help please. Have turned off and on, didn't work.

@YardleyShooting @edfenergy Most major companies are crap. I'd say it's deliberate.Make it difficult to speak to anyone. I contacted @virginmedia about these problems. Holding on for 45 minutes to get cut off. Or cut off when being transferred. Their solution was to give me the number again 🙄🙄

Richard Branson is also a rogue as he sued the NHS for not getting an IT contract.
